Never seen this done before. The idea is to tell everyone about an experience you had with a song the first time you heard it, that just blew your mind away. Make it short, sweet, or make it long and thoughtful, who cares, just let us know. If you could, link the song. As an example, Dirty Vegas's Days' Go by I first saw on VH1. The song itself just hypnotized me; but man, that video and the story, WOW. Between the beat, the foreboding electric tone singing, and the dude's dancing it was really pretty awesome to me. Still is. What I remember most then was simply shaking after I saw it and the goosebumps, then saying to myself, "damn".

The first one that comes to mind wasn't positive for me. Lords of Salem. It was the summer before I turned fourteen. Typical summer for me. School was approaching, and I was nocturnal as a bat, worrying about how I was going to flip my schedule around so I could be okay the first week of school. I was terribly sleep deprived. I caught a link to this one way or another, and I thought I was going insane. Watched it maybe eleven times, not sure of what was happening in my head while I watched it. Around 3am, no lights on. It just made me feel crazy.

Right on, never heard the song before that, but that's what I'm talking about in this thread! Nice add Brezzen. Nancy Sinatra's These Boots Are Made For Walking was, wow, heard that and I was like 10. With my mother at the time, and she went on some tirade about how awesome she was, blah blah. Point I got was "don't screw with your girlfriend" or she'll kick your a$$. The song itself is great, and I hate Jessica Simpson's crap.
