Just doing a few minor edits on Cordell. Since I'm not messing with her Abilities, Minions, or anything that would require an expenditure of Munny I'll just do the edits myself (seeing as we have so many staff out right now due to IRL concerns).
First up, some slight tweaks to the overall look, featuring character art drawn by my dear sister (birthday gift that came six months late, even after much poking) and Photoshop'd by myself.
Secondly, an update on one of her secondary weapons:

Physical appearance:
This lady brings to mind a cobra waiting to strike... prematurely, perhaps. She has a youthful, nearly girlish face and large brown eyes with a peculiar hint of light blue near the center of the iris, almost like someone had dropped minuscule shards of mirrored glass into her gaze (a rare deformity known as central heterochromia or "cat eyes"). Her somewhat-curly brown hair is a bit past shoulder-length and is worn in an artistic, nay, overdramatic style like a manifestation of the sea breeze itself. She is a bit short but well proportioned, having a slender and agile build. Her wardrobe is gaudy and expensive-looking considering where she's from, much of it in dashing shades of deep red and black, topped by a large scarlet coat with long coattails and large inner pockets.
She has the perpetual air of a woman who thinks far too highly of herself, and a stupid grin of supremacy to match.
Clothing/Accessories:
[Body Armor]
Sandwiched in amongst her layers of apparel are pieces of iron body armor, of which all but the chest piece actually have fabric sleeves enclosing them so as to make the captain's protection less than noticeable. This gives added defense to her chest, back, and forearms; it's enough to turn against the slash of a sword or the shot of a pistol, but not the thrust of a spear or the bullet of a rifle.

Secondly, an update on one of her secondary weapons:
[Defender's Cutlass]
Ah, the blade of choice for the sea-faring warrior! No pirate should ever leave dry dock without a pistol, a dagger, and a cutlass. Oh, and a map usually helps, too.
Cordell's version of the classic pirate blade is a bit different from the standard fare, geared more towards defense than offense. The blade, though being long and thin, is of very sturdy make -- combined with the fact that she wields it in a back-handed style makes it adept for blocking and parrying an enemy's melee attacks. For blunt impacts the hand guard has been expanded upon with a small rounded steel buckler roughly the size of an average bowl. Given its small size and the somewhat limited physical power of its wielder, however, the buckler is still very much a hand guard more than anything. Attacking with this weapon requires Cordell to get in close to her foes, which she prefers not to do, so it is generally teamed up with a pistol in her other hand while in close combat.
