Physical appearance
The first thing that many people will notice about Yuffie is that she really doesn't look her age. It's hard to tell exactly what it is that confuses people, but they often mistake her for someone that is in their late teens, rather than someone already in their twenties. She's a rather short individual too, standing at only five feet, three inches, and she's incredibly light as well. After all, you need to be to do the stunts she does. Her black hair is cut off at her shoulders, only slightly obscuring her left eye as it moves downwards. She's also got this goofy look on her face most of the time, which is an odd mixture between a smirk and a devious glare. It's more than likely due to the conflicting sides of her personality, but it definitely is rather interesting to see, as nobody can really tell what she's thinking.
Clothing/Accessories
If one were to see Yuffie the way she was dressed a couple of years ago, compared to the way that she dresses now, they would, undoubtedly, find it hard to believe that they're the same person. While one outfit is bright and colorful, the other is dark and sleek, much more fitting for a ninja of her caliber.
Back during her time in Traverse Town, Yuffie wore a bright, colorful outfit, that really didn't help her blend in all that well. A green bandana, with grey feathers sticking out of the back, hung underneath her hair, trailing behind her head whenever she moved. A green shirt with blue straps holding it in place covered the upper half of her torso, while the lower section was left uncovered, really not offering up much defense. A bright yellow scarf, fishnets moving down her arms, and bright orange gloves made up the rest of Yuffie's upper half, making a rather... uncouth ensemble. Covering just a bit of her legs sat beige shorts, which a large, tacky belt holding them in place. White socks covered the rest of her legs, running down into orange boots, which silenced her footsteps thanks to padding in the soles.
However, as previously stated, the Yuffie of today is quite a bit different. Gone is the bright-almost-rave-like clothing of several years ago, and much more efficient clothing has taken it's place. A black, sleeveless vest sits over her torso, a navy blue shirt with a floral pattern sitting beneath it. On one arm sits a black glove, running from her elbow down to her fingertips. On the other is a simple white wristband, with several shurikens hidden within it for emergency situations. Black shorts cover the upper half of her legs, while knee-high black socks, with brown boots that are almost as tall covering the rest. Finally, a black bandana, which hands much farther back than it's green counterpart, hands from her forehead, whipping around as she moves. The ensemble makes it much easier for people to take her seriously, of course, which is exactly why she's chosen to wear it. She isn't a kid anymore.

~ Personality ~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Alignment
Good, with some less than heroic tendencies.
Behavior
Even when it comes to her personality, Yuffie is elusive. Despite what people may think, she really isn’t easy to describe, due to a variety of circumstances. But in the event that one wished to try, surely the first few words that would come to mind would be ‘immature’, ‘loud’, and ‘hyperactive’. And while those three words do describe her to an extent, she is actually quite a bit more complex than one may think. Yes, she acts like this carefree, playful girl, who hasn’t got a care in the world, but that’s exactly what it is: an act. She doesn’t want people to see the other aspects of her personality, as she believes that, if she was to let them see, she would lose that aspect of surprise that she holds in her arsenal. But perhaps the best way to begin describing her is to explain the side that everyone knows; the one that she actually lets people see.
Yuffie is actually a rather fun-loving individual, despite the rather tragic events that she’s gone through in her life. She loves nothing more than to kick back, relax, and play the occasional prank or two on her fellow Committee members. Along with this comes her carefree nature, as she seems to be able to keep her cool in the most dire of circumstances. Sure, she realizes the danger of whatever the situation may be, but she really doesn’t see the point of freaking out about it. Doing so just makes matters worse, anyway. She can also be quite friendly, and she has no problem approaching people that she hardly knows and engaging them in conversation. But contrary to popular belief, she isn’t gullible. Quite the opposite, actually. Her constant desire to speak to people she hardly knows is actually a rather devious plan of hers: make friends with people she doesn’t recognize, and if they pose a threat, let the Committee know. And while doing this puts her in danger, she's come to realize that the protection of Hollow Bastian is far more important than her own safety.
Even with that said, she isn't all smiles and laughs. She is a ninja, after all. And being a Kisaragi makes it that much worse. After all, the family motto is 'steal first, ask questions later'. Granted, her years fighting alongside her fellow heroes have stopped her... less-than-heroic actions, to an extent, but she still occasionally finds herself doing so. She hates this fact, as being a thief is anything but heroic, but she really can't help herself. And while it's make her feel as though she isn't quite as connected with her make-shift family as she used to be, she realizes that she can't just stop cold turkey. Heck, she might not be able to stop. Ever. As the last surviving member of the Kisaragi clan, she feels as though it's her duty to carry on the legacy, even if it means doing some... less-than-heroic activities.
As complex as she may be, Yuffie knows that she needs to keep her priorities straight. As long as Hollow Bastian and her fellow Committee members are safe, she'll be happy.
~ Weapons ~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Primary Weapon(s)
ID: Conformer.
Quality: Supreme.
While previously, Yuffie fought with a plain four-point-shuriken, she has since created a much flashier, and much more powerful weapon, known as the Conformer. A purple gem, an heirloom passed down through her family, lies in the center of the weapon, with five rods, starting off yellow and fading into blue, extending outwards. Halfway along these rods sits a ring of metal, which starts off purple and fades into a shade of magenta. A third ring, which starts off yellow and fades into black, sits at the end of the rods, with five blades, magenta in shade, extending from this final ring. In battle, Yuffie will hold onto one of the five bars, enabling her to use the weapon without having to worry about harming herself.Greased Lightning.
Throughout various generations, this technique is one that has been passed down through the Kisaragi family, and was taught to Yuffie just before her parents passed. Leaping backwards into the air and drawing one of her shurikens from the pouch on her leg, she sends a bit of her energy into the weapon, granting it a green aura. After doing so, she whips it at her foe, where it proceeds to act as a homing missile of sorts, following her target at a speed of ten miles per hour. The weapon is surprisingly mobile, and can even turn fast enough to rise over ledges, or move around corners, without colliding with said obstacle. However, after following it's prey for twenty-five feet, the ability wears off, and the shuriken just drops to the ground, any danger it might have posed fading immediately. The chances that her opponent will realize that Yuffie is about to perform this technique are quite slim, as there is only really one sign. As she leaps and tosses the weapon in one motion, there is a very short period of time for them to dodge to either side, although doing so really wouldn't do much, as the weapon would just chase after them anyway. No, if her foe can notice the green aura around the shuriken, they have the opportunity to raise their weapon and parry the attack. Therein lies the major flaw in this technique: on any contact with metal, no matter what kind of metal it is, the shuriken will drop to the ground. Exactly why this happens, nobody is sure, but it just happens that way.

Fury Brand.
Focusing her energy into her shuriken, it begins to glow with a pink light, hovering over her head for a few moments. After these moments have passed, it begins to soar around the battlefield at several miles an hour, homing in on enemies and slashing at them. While the damage this ability causes can be devastating when one opponent is hit by it multiple times, as she has no way of choosing the target, it could end up doing minimal damage, depending on how many foes are present. Her shuriken will never move farther than thirty feet in any given direction, although this area of effect moves as she does. Therefore, even if a foe was to move out of the shuriken's range, Yuffie could move towards them, enabling her weapon to lash out at them once more. Of course, she avoids doing so unless absolutely necessary, as she's unarmed as this ability is in effect. Her shuriken can only attack up to six times while this ability is in effect, after which time it will soar back into her hands.

Doom of the Living.
By focusing the light that exists within her heart into her weapon, Yuffie increases not just one point, but all four points of the Conformer two feet outwards, greatly increasing both it's strength and it's range. However, as these enhancements make it far too tiring for her to carry it around, she tosses the weapon to her left, and it levitates around her at about 5 miles per hour, harming anyone who comes in contact with it. After it makes one rotation, the light fades from the weapon, and she grabs hold of it once more.

Five times per battle.

Limit Break.
As a result of all the training she has gone through in her life -- both from her father and from her experiences with the RGRC, Yuffie has learned that there is no limit to what she can do. Thus, in the heat of a battle, the ninja can tap into previously untouched energy reserves, enabling her to perform a variety of attacks that she would, previously, have been unable to do. And while these attacks are quite powerful, they can quickly drain the ninja's strength if overused. Therefore, she never breaks her natural limitations unless it is absolutely necessary.
Energy Rain ~
Focusing a portion of her strength into her Conformer, Yuffie lets it go, causing it to rise rather quickly, but gracefully, into the air. Once it is either ten feet above her, or has made contact with a structure that prevents it's moving any further, her weapon goes to work. All at once, it flashes with a blue light with such intensity that it often causes any who see it to cover their eyes momentarily, before it begins to spin at more than fifty miles an hour. As it does so, the energy shifts from the center of the shuriken to each of the five points, before raining down on the battlefield in exactly thirty bolts of energy, each of which causes substantial damage on contact. Due to the fact that the energy that is raining down has come directly from Yuffie herself, it will completely ignore anyone that she recognizes as an ally, and will causes no damage at all on the off chance that it does come in contact with them. After the thirty bolts have made contact with the ground and dissipated, Yuffie's Conformer falls back into her grasp. The one downside to this ability is that Yuffie is both unarmed and, to an extent, immobilized as it is in effect. If she was to move, or be moved, from beneath the spinning weapon, the ability would immediately come to a halt, and her weapon would plummet to the ground. The chances of this happening are quite slim, however, as her opponents are more than likely going to be focusing on the bolts themselves than her. It is worth nothing that these bolts are approximately the size and length of spears, and can be dodged. However, they can only really be dodged if the target was already moving at the time of activation, or if they have some kind of agility increasing ability. Otherwise, they will have to either parry or take the brunt of the blow. Parrying them is really not too difficult, as anyone with decent strength can do so, but the sheer number of them is often too much for any one person to block.
Gauntlet ~
In a similar manner to Energy Rain, Yuffie focuses her energy into her Conformer, causing it to glow with a violet light. She then proceeds to toss the weapon high into the sky, in the direction of her foes. Once it makes contact with anything, be it a person, an object, or the ground, the energy erupts outwards in an explosion of sorts, forming a sphere of violet-tinted energy that reaches out ten feet in any direction. Anyone caught within the blast radius of this ability takes moderate-level damage, as well as minion burns, if they have a weakness to fire. Once the explosion has occurred, the weapon leaps into the air of it's own accord and flies back to the ninja, enabling her to resume fighting.
All Creation ~
The third and final way that Yuffie can break her limitations is also, arguably, the most powerful. Focusing her energy into her weapon yet again, it begins to glow with a blinding white light, hovering several inches before her, with nothing to support it. After charging for several seconds, the weapon seems to explode, forming a swirling barrier in front of her. This barrier does not actually stop any attacks, but simply charges for several moments before firing off a massive beam of energy in whatever direction Yuffie is facing. This beam is a good twenty feet across and fifteen feet high, and only halts once it has reached a distance of ten feet. There are a few faults to this ability, of course, the major one being that if an opponent were to strike directly in the center of the 'barrier', which is wear the Conformer sits, of course, the barrier would be shattered, and, in turn, the ability halted. The problem with this is that an opponent would have to be incredibly observant and quick, or must have a previous knowledge of how the ability works to realize that knocking the shuriken aside is all they must do. Also, the beam does not break through any unnatural defenses. Therefore, if a target has an ability that shields them, no matter how weak or strong that shield may be, they are protected.

Energy Rain: Three times per battle.
Gauntlet: Four times per battle.
All Creation: Twice per battle.

Secondary Weapon(s)
ID: Shurikens.
Sitting in the pouch on her right hip is a stash of normal shurikens, which are far more traditional than her Conformer is. Silver and four-pointed, Yuffie is able to, if she so desires, hold four of them in either hand, sitting between her fingers, and giving her the ability to fight hand-to-hand with an opponent. And while she prefers to just throw them at her foe, she does this occasionally.

Acrobatics.
Less of an ability and more of a physical trait, Yuffie has spent years developing her body, bringing her to the greatest point of speed and agility that a human can reach without exterior aid. She is able to jump higher, run faster, and perform tasks that the average person would more than likely deem impossible. Perhaps, if left to her own devices, she wouldn't have come anywhere near the point she has reached, but as she is both a ninja and a member of the Restoration Committee, being able to react quickly is essentially. For instance, she is able to do flips from a standing position without running to gain momentum, and she is able to dodge quite a few attacks much easier than other people.

Radiant Garden was, to most people, a place of beauty. A place of peace, where it's citizens could live without fear of anything harming them or their families. At first, anyway. And while most of the people lived under the rule of the wise man known as Ansem, there was one group, a faction if you will, that decided to live by their own rule. The Kisaragis. A family of ninjas, living in Radiant Garden for many generations, without the other citizens knowing. To them, the ninja clan was nothing but a whisper in the wind, only told of in fables that parents told their children at night. For you see, the Kisaragis did not want to be found. They lived in a remote area, far away from the city itself, only making trips into the Garden to steal whatever they needed, and to find out information about the goings-on of it's people. It was a hard life, yes, but one that they were determined to live with. At any time, they could have abandoned tradition and made their presence known, joining the wonderful society. But they chose not to. They knew that this was the way that things had to be.
At the head of this clan was a man named Godo, a man wonderful and terrifying at the same time. He was quite protective over his people, but had no problem teaching his daughter the ruthless way of the ninja. He was aware that, inevitably, he would die. He may have been a strong man, but he was quickly aging, and he knew that he would need a successor. And while, traditionally, the role was passed onto a son, he decided that his daughter, Yuffie, deserved it. She may have been young, but she was determined, and focused. She had no trouble learning what needed to be learned, even if it she knew it was wrong, or if it was, on occasion gruesome. And, if things had gone normally, perhaps that is how things would have turned out. She would have been the head of the Kisaragi clan, and that would be the end of it. But sadly, this was not what happened.
She was barely eight when tragedy struck, in the form of terrible creatures known as the Heartless. While they had not quite reached the Garden yet, Godo knew that they were coming. And while he knew that he, along with most of the clan, would perish, he wished to spare his daughter that torture. So he sent her away, towards the Garden itself, where she would surely be safe. There, she met two people who she would come to look up to as both friends and family members: Squall Leonhart and Aerith Gainsborough. And while she really didn't know them all that well, she could sense that they were good people, and that she could trust them. It was safe for her to get close to them, as she wouldn't judge her for who she was. A year later, the Heartless arrived. They blew through the Kisaragi's hideaway before reaching the Garden itself, a fact that Yuffie would come to learn many years later.
She and her two companions barricaded themselves within a shop, hoping against hope that they would live through this battle. But, in reality, this wasn't a battle. This was more of a genocide, as the people of Radiant Garden stood no chance. Not many of them had been trained in combat, as they never thought they would need it. Ansem would protect them, right? Well, obviously, they were wrong. Many were killed, while many others were turned into Heartless themselves. Finally, a savior in the form of the building's owner appeared. A man named Cid Highwind, as she came to find out, who took them aboard his Gummi Ship and into parts unknown. Leaving their home behind, the four flew off into the sky, really without knowing what would happen to them. After spending quite a while flying aimlessly through space, they finally came to land in a place known as Traverse Town. It wasn't anything like their home, but it was peaceful, and free of Heartless. At first, anyway. It was safe.
They took up residence in an old motel, not really doing much other than trying to find out what had happened to their home. But, of course, things could not remain peaceful forever. The Heartless found them even here, and they were forced to defend both themselves and these total strangers that they did not know. And while the four of them were much stronger than they once were, perhaps strengthened by the knowledge that they had lost their world, and were determined to let it happen again, they really had no way of defending an entire world by themselves. Years went on, and the four of them matured, each developing new personality traits that they might have never gained if their world had been left alone. Leon, for instance, became much more sullen, and even went as far as to stop calling himself by his real name, something that Yuffie didn't understand. The young ninja herself became much more head-strong and confident, but began to hide it behind a mask of hyperactivity and joy. After all, someone needed to keep everyone from becoming too down in the dumps.
The four formed a makeshift resistance group, doing all they could to stop the Heartless, even putting themselves in quite a bit of danger to do so. But really, they didn't care. As long as no other world had to face the horrors that they had, they would be happy. Many years later, assistance came in the form of a Keyblade-wielder named Sora. And while his appearance was both a blessing and a curse, as he drew the Heartless to Traverse Town just by being there, Yuffie found that it was nice to have a new ally that they could trust. After all, the four of them could only do so much alone. Over the course of Sora's journey, the group did whatever they could to assist him, as he would eventually rid the worlds of Heartless, enabling them to return home and see what had happened to their world. They finally got their chance, and returned to find that there was next to nothing left. Heartless still lingered here and there, but their numbers were greatly diminished.
However, Yuffie didn't jump right into re-building the community. She had other things to do first. Taking her leave and traveling back to her once-home, she found that the pagoda they had resided in was destroyed, and only one item remained. A large shuriken, with a note attached to it. The item had been left behind by her father, and he had spent his last few moments as a human protecting it, and giving it the protection that it would need to stop the Heartless from laying their grubby little hands on it. Making a vow to herself that she wouldn't use the weapon until Radiant Garden was back to the way it had once been, she joined the Restoration Committee, working hard to restore their home. During this time, they all just up and forgot about Sora, as well as Donald and Goofy for that matter. They would later learn that it was due to the powers of the mysterious Castle Oblivion, but at the time, they had no idea who the Keyblade-wielder was. But, a year later, they all just... remembered him again. Out of the blue. It was an odd thing to happen, yes, but it meant that they would be seeing him again soon, according to Leon.
And that they did. An older, better-dressed, and more mature Sora appeared in Hollow Bastion not long after they had regained their memories of him, telling them that he was, once again, on a journey. Over the course of the kid's new journey, the Committee fought to restore their home, from finding Ansem's study to fighting the endless ranks of Heartless that had actually remained behind. But finally, when the Organization, a group of Nobodies seeking to do... whatever it was they were trying to do, was destroyed, their home was able to run much more smoothly. They renamed it Radiant Garden, used Ansem's technology to allow the hearling process to begin in earnest, and sat back, waiting to see what would happen to them next. Whatever it was, they would be prepared for it.

So here's a list of what I did.
I turned Yuffie into a tech, first of all. And just to help out with that, the math:
Excellent Weapon Refinement - 500 Munny.
Supreme Weapon Refinement - 1000 Munny.
Convert Special x2 - 200 Munny.
High Jump - 100 Munny.
Hero Drink x2 - 200 Munny.
______________________
2000 Munny.
Divide that by two, and you have 1000.
Now, regarding Acrobatics. I'll understand if you guys ask me to move it, considering that I didn't exactly pay the full Ability Slot price for it. However, as I already paid for the Ability Transfer before, I figured it would be fair. Regardless, if you guys want, I'll remove it.
As far as the weapon abilities go. Limit Break is the Strong ability, Doom of the Living is the Moderate ability, I combined two of the Weak abilities (can I do that?) into another Moderate ability, and Greased Lightning is the remaining Weak slot.
Concerning Limit Break. I wasn't sure exactly how the fitting three similar abilities into a strong ability thing worked, but from other examples I've looked at, I hope I've got it right. I mean, the three abilities do different things, but they all stem from Yuffie focusing her energy into her weapon, and they all have similar-ish effects. Of course, if you guys want me to edit it, I will.
... I believe that's everything I have to say. xD.
