One minion slot for Vexen please! Grade: C
Name(s): Dusks
Appearance(s): Vaguely resembling humans, these low-ranking Nobodies cover themselves in grey garb, and have tentacle-like limbs. As with most all Nobodies, the Nobody insignia is imprinted on it's uniform-- the top of the head, to be precise.
Abilities:
Benderwall: Dusks have the ability to move on empty space as though it were ground-- this includes sideways.
The Dusk cannot exceed twice it's own height. Strength: Weak Uses: Passive
Slipstream: In a quick twist, and a jolt of power, the Dusk can propel itself forward at a quicker pace than one might think from their roundabout fighting style.
Can only be used to dash-- no jolting up to a strange height or anything equally eccentric.
If one is hit by a Dusk while it's dashing, it will be affected as though hit by it normally. It will not stop the Dusk from continuing forward (pushing forward, not through forward), and it will not push the opposing character dramatically.
Strength: Weak Range: 10 feet Uses: 5 uses
Elemental Weakness: Magic
History: Dusks are the most basic foot soldier in the Nobody ranks. Commanded by virtually all other Nobodies, these low-level peons can often be used for target practice by less kind Organization members.
In numbers however, these Dusks are an invaluable tool. Acting together, they can bring down men five times their size in a matter of minutes with careful planning.

EDIT: While I'm at it, I think the Blizzard ability as written below...
...is in dire need of updating. Shall we? Glacial Torrent At his call, Vexen summons forth a massive snowstorm of wind, hail, and ice to ravage the field, dealing moderate damage each turn the blizzard is in effect and significantly lowering the range at which opposing forces can see-- in the snowstorm, it's very much impossible to see beyond 20 feet (at absolute most, and without an ability aiding eyesight) into the stormy hail.
However, it takes a post to charge. During this charging period, the Freeze Pride or ice sword will glow positively blue.
The area effected by the blizzard is approximately 50 x 50 feet, with Vexen at the center. The torrential downpour of hail will have Vexen at the absolute center of the storm at all times.
While this blizzard cannot harm Vexen and anything immediately under his command and power, it can harm allies as well foes. However, by remaining still for a turn, Vexen can focus his energies towards the snowstorm, allowing it to continue without harming allies that turn. Only autonomous utilities-- such as minions, passive abilities, or certain weapon abilities-- can be in effect while Glacial Torrent is being focused to avoid damaging allies.

I would recommend talking about the Dusks abilities over with the whole Organization, so all the Dusks are more or less the same. Though, if you don't want to, that's not an issue.
Glacial Torrent:
'Not including the Glacial Torrent itself'?

Both fixed for clarification! Now, while I have your attention... Supreme Weapon Upgrade for Vexen! BWAHAHAHAHAHAGiven he was at Fine level, this results in a Moderate and Strong ability, a status, element, why am I still talking you know this already... Element: Ice
Icicle Burst At any time Vexen so desires, an icicle can burst from the ground to accompany a physical attack from the Freeze Pride. The icicle is approximately the same size as Vexen, albeit thinner, and can only be accompanied by the final blow made in a post by the shield in question.
These icicles do not remain on the field afterwards, and do not piece the being or armor of the target. Rather, they shove an opponent off and away, as though pushed. This is in addition to the moderate damage dealt by the icicle.
Icicle Burst is used in place of the aforementioned final blow-- this ability is not in addition to the last attack in a post made by the Freeze Pride.
Strength: Moderate Uses: Once every three posts
Aegis Unleashed Through long and arduous study, aided by the research made for obtaining Hearts from a distance, Vexen is capable of controlling the location of his weapon at will.
So long as the Freeze Pride is within 15 feet of Vexen's person, it can be moved at approximately 32 MPH-- the average speed of a human fist.
Vexen's hand must be free to direct the shield, however.
Strength: Strong Uses: Passive
Frozen Confines Vexen's shield glows bright for the following three turns. If hit by the Freeze Pride during such a time, an opponent will be encased in ice, effectively frozen.
Player characters caught in ice can break free from it in their next following turn using physical force due to it weakening in strength over the course of a round. Characters trapped in the Freeze status receive damage only if their prison is shattered by a physical attack. Magical attacks will only cause the ice encasing them to be dispelled, freeing them from their bad status. The damage dealt when a physical attack breaks their ice prison is considered magical with the attacker's physical attack power boosting Vexen's magical attacking power. No damage is dealt unless the ice is shattered with a physical attack by someone or something. People or objects frozen but not freed by an attack of some kind have the ice simply melt off of them after five rounds.
Strength: Status Uses: Inf. Duration: 3 turns (to attempt to make contact with opponent); 5 turns (if not dispelled or broken beforehand) [blockquote]Element: Ice

Duration: 3 turns (to attempt to make contact with opponent); 5 turns (if not dispelled or broken beforehand)[/blockquote] This makes for 750 less munny on my own account. NOW, TO CONTINUE! A Moderate ability for the Vexen fellow. Glacier Burst Vexen causes rough-looking icicles as tall as he is and thicker than spears to burst up out of the ground. At first they can only appear right around the Nobody himself but they can travel with speed ranking of three points across the ground in a growing and free-moving line. The resulting stalagmites can endure for up to three consecutive rounds, should Vexen himself not be interrupted during the constant casting such a long attack would require.
Five new stalagmites can appear each turn.
Strength: Moderate Uses: Infinite Cooldown: 4 turns [blockquote]Glacier Burst Vexen causes rough-looking icicles as tall as he is and thicker than spears to burst up out of the ground. Strength: Moderate Uses: Infinite Cooldown: 4 turns[/blockquote] Making for an additional 300 munny owed. IN ADDITION! A Strong Ability for the Vexen fellow! Redoubtable Reverence With no small amount of skill, Vexen produces spinning ice constructs around his person that resemble snowflakes. These have sharp edges, and would best be avoided if possible.
They come in two varieties. The first...
These structures hover any where between one to three feet above the ground they were initially summoned atop.
The constructs move along the ground at relatively slow speeds, normally. Around a speed just ahead of walking speed (jogging speed?)-- ten miles per hour. They will continue in a straight line until they reach a wall (in which case they rebound accordingly), hit a person (in which case they rebound accordingly), or attempt to go beyond a football field's distance of Vexen (in which case they rebound as though hitting an invisible wall).
However, if a hostile is at any point within ten feet of a structure, the ice structure in question will acknowledge the being as a foe and begin moving at more than twice the previous speed-- 25 miles per hour, exceeding the average human's running abilities by a good 10 miles per hour. Any time that ice structure hits an object (person, wall, object, another ice structure, distance) and rebounds, it will rebound straight for the hostile previously acknowledged.
The second...
The constructs move laterally at a speed of 15 miles an hour-- around the speed an average man can run. They don't lock on, they don't make an effort to discriminate friend from foe.
The structures travel along using the floor to guide them-- these constructs will hover a full foot above the ground at all times. Any time there is no ground, the constructs will rebound as though hitting a wall. To reiterate, they will continue in a straight line until they reach a wall (in which case they rebound accordingly), hit a person (in which case they rebound accordingly), or attempt to go beyond a football field's distance of Vexen (in which case they rebound as though hitting an invisible wall).
Vexen can only have one type of construct out at a time-- he must remove all constructs of one type from play before implementing the other.
A construct can be destroyed by an ability of any strength.
Vexen can bring forth three constructs per turn, setting each off in a specific direction as needed. Similarly so, Vexen can only remove three of his own volition each turn-- he cannot, obviously, summon forth more of the ice structures during such a turn.
Being hit by a structure will result in being knocked back a good two meters, being dealt Moderate ice damage, and have the object rebound off of the person in question. (No, it will not rebound off of one person to attack the exact same person before rebounding once more.)
There can be no more than twelve structures in play at once.
Strength: Strong Uses: Inf./Passive; no more than 12 in play at a time [blockquote]Redoubtable Reverence With no small amount of skill, Vexen produces spinning ice constructs around his person that resemble snowflakes. These have sharp edges, and would best be avoided if possible.

Erm, what about Glacial Torrent, in the first post? It's supposed to replace the Blizzard ability, free of charge...
And the weapon quality needs to be fixed to "Supreme". ^^;;
Lemme whip up a quick copy/paste solution. ^^

[blockquote]Physical appearance ~ : Vexen is a cold individual. (Rightly so.) He has green eyes, overset by a large forehead. (He has a big head! HAH!) He has blond hair that goes down his back, save for two locks of hair that fall to the sides of his head. He is a tallish fellow, exarcerbated by his body's slim nature. Despite this, he gives off a stocky appearance, and looks to be a bit sturdy on top of that. He's spindly like that.
Clothing/Accessories ~ : Erm, the robe. That big, black, Organization robe. Yeah. That thing.[/blockquote]

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~[blockquote]
Alignment ~ : Evil
Behavior ~ : Vexen is a peculiar individual...
Superior - Vexen is one of the founding members of the Organization, and is highly intelligent compared to most of the other members. (The Superior is always the exception.) Because of this, Vexen views lower ranking members as inferior and treats them as such, giving them little respect while demanding much. He also places far too much faith in himself, taking pride in his alleged superiority.
Scientist - Vexen is, at his lack of heart, a scientist. He is naturally curious about virtually anything that is an anomaly, and will go to great lengths to determine the reasoning behind such a thing. In this, his thinking is also methodical. The scientific method, to him, is applicable to most everything.
Fear - Vexen is one of the few Nobodies capable of showing true and cold hard fear. He fears two things above all else: the Superior, and death. All those beyond him in power are the type of people Vexen gives a wide berth to. Dying is something that he cannot determine, something that cannot truly be studied. He fears it irrationally, and will cower like a dog to avoid it.
[/blockquote]~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~Weapons~
Suddenly, a Heartless appears in front of you, brandishing its claws and threatening to attack. You reach for your weapon and equip it, ready to defend yourself.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Primary Weapon(s) [blockquote]ID: Freeze Pride Quality: Supreme Element: Ice
The Freeze Pride is a fine shield of impressive make. It's a deep blue kite shield, armed with spikes across the top.
Levitation: The Freeze Pride is capable of moving of it's own accord, for an indefinite amount of time, in a manner allowing Vexen to multitask defending and pondering. The kite shield cannot go beyond half a foot of Vexen, and must always be facing outwards from Vexen while in effect.
This cannot be used as an attack in any way, and is only capable of being used of defending against non-ability and non-equip attacks. i.e. Physical attacks from an opposing party are the only attacks capable of being defended from while the Freeze Pride's Levitation capabilities are active.
Upon being struck three times by a physical attack, the shield will temporarily lose this capability. Being attacked otherwise will not be defended by the shield. (The shield will only react and attempt to defend against physical attacks. Other attacks will not be guarded by the shield.)
If outright and purposely attacked with an ability or otherwise non-physical attack, the Freeze Pride will automatically return to Vexen's hand and the cooldown will begin, as if attacked three times by a physical attack. However, doing so is ONLY attacking the shield, unless the attack is large by nature, and will not affect Vexen as previously stated under accidental conditions.
Strength: Weak Uses: Inf., 5 Post Cooldown
Duration: 3 turns (to attempt to make contact with opponent); 5 turns (if not dispelled or broken beforehand) [/blockquote]
Secondary Weapon(s) [blockquote]ID: Ice Blade
A sword hastily made from ice. Sharp, has hand guards, hurts when hit by it, but relatively easily destroyed. (In which case Vexen makes another one.) [/blockquote]
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~Abilities~ Just as you're about to fight the creature, you feel the power of your ancestors filling you. The strength of a thousand men courses through your veins as you prepare for battle.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
[blockquote]AP left: 0
Prideful Impasse With his massive kite shield, the Freeze Pride, Vexen can prevent one ability or attack from harming him whatsoever for a full turn. If the ability or attack extends beyond that first turn, it will break through the Pride's magical defenses and effect Vexen normally.
Strength: Strong Uses: Infinite; 1 post cooldown.
Strength: Strong Uses: 3 Charge: 1 round Duration: 7 rounds Cooldown: 4 rounds
Data Collection Field Using a special device Vexen invented himself the Chilly Academic creates a circular white image bearing the symbol of the Nobodies within it on the ground in front of himself with a diameter of ten meters. After being deployed this field can move freely across the ground, or any surface, in any direction at the same pace as the natural running speed of an adult human.
The field's effect is activated whenever it gets into the same vertical plane as any creature or character besides Vexen himself during a turn. Whenever it does the field scans the creature and starts to record and transmits all the data it can on them back to Vexen's device which is hidden on his person. This data can not be saved permanently, but during the course of a single battle it can be saved and then transmitted into artificial life-forms of darkness that the scientist also crafted called Anti-Personas. If an Anti-Persona is called to the field after having received data from the transmission it's form and power can be altered, though in exchange no more than one Anti-Persona can be called at a time as it must receive a constant feed of data. Another restriction is that an Anti-Persona already called to the field can not receive new data from additional scans, only those already performed prior to their calling. A newly called Anti-Persona is required to take advantage of newly-collected data. For every one turn it gets beneath a target, one scan is performed.
1 SCAN: The field will have copied the physical size and shape of the life form. An Anti-Persona called after this much data is collected will now be a doppelganger of the target, but entirely black and with any eyes glowing yellow. Their base physical power and speed will remain very low and their vitality before destruction will remain unchanged as well.
3 SCANS: After two additional scans the physical properties of a target, such as their weight, natural physical strength, or the density of their clothes or armour will be copied as well. An Anti-Persona's low vitality, however, will not be changed aside form a possible increase in defence if the target was wearing protective gear if one is called after collecting this updated data.
6 SCANS: Once a total of six scans on a target have been completed a called Anti-Persona will gain new power. Data will have been collected on any of the target's passive unnatural traits, such as superhuman strength, toughness or speed. Only character abilities that are always increasing the target's basic statistics can be copied though, no temporary boosts or magic spells can be scanned. The Anti-Persona's core vitality will remain low, however, unless the target's vitality is unnaturally enhanced as well. Even in this case it will only be enhanced from the Anti-Persona's low starting point. If a character's attributes are enhanced by equips or weapon abilities but not their own character abilities then the Data Collection Field can not scan it.
Strength: Strong Uses: This ability is passive and can remain on the field indefinitely.
Skimming As with most all Nobodies, Vexen can skim along the ground indefinitely at a height not surpassing one inch. This allows for dramatically increased speed, nearly 25 MPH-- just under double an average man's running speed.
This ability doesn't apply midair. A-duh.
Strength: Weak Duration: Inf. Uses: Inf.
Recharge By focusing his energies, Vexen can propel himself straight up into the air and remain there for a short time. He is no more than 12 feet high during that time, and cannot move in any direction.
During this time, Vexen can restore a single use to a single ability of his choosing.
Strength: Weak Duration: 1 Round, 5 post cooldown Uses: 5
Glacier Burst Vexen causes rough-looking icicles as tall as he is and thicker than spears to burst up out of the ground. At first they can only appear right around the Nobody himself but they can travel with speed ranking of three points across the ground in a growing and free-moving line. The resulting stalagmites can endure for up to three consecutive rounds, should Vexen himself not be interrupted during the constant casting such a long attack would require.
Five new stalagmites can appear each turn.
Strength: Moderate Uses: Infinite Cooldown: 4 turns
Strength: Strong Uses: Inf./Passive; no more than 12 in play at a time
Items
1.
2.
Equips 1. Blizzard II Allows the user to shoot a head-sized spiky ice crystal at high speed with slight homing ability. Very difficult to dodge at medium range. Shatters upon contact and deals weak ice-elemental magic damage. 10 uses per battle.
2. Dream Shield This equip boosts the power of the Shell Aura class ability, allowing it to completely guard against even strong-level attacks. In exchange this equip enforces a period of three of your turns between each use of Shell Aura. Guardians with a Dream Shield must only wait one of their turns between uses.
3. Guardian Shield This equip gives a Guardian character two extra sets of Shell Aura. Other character types will gain one set of Shell Aura to use.
4. Stop When activated this equip causes the area within ten feet of the user's casting position to be surrounded by a perimeter of magical images of time pieces. Any opponents still within this area at the end of their next post become afflicted by the Stop status, frozen in time. A character affected by Stop can not actually sustain physical injury if attacked while frozen, but all attacks made on them during their Stop status hit them at once as raw damage to their stamina when it ends. The status lasts for only 1 of the opponent's posts. When attacking a Stop-afflicted target a character may use only one attack ability or one three-hit physical attack combo. 3 uses per battle.
5. Sonic Thrust The user can perform a thrust with their weapon or body which propels them at Strong-level speed across a distance of ten feet. A slipstream surrounds the user that dulls any attack made on them from the front or sides during this movement but it also dulls their attack if it involves a bladed or piercing weapon to only cause blunt damage. The propulsion can only move the user in a straight direction and only over a surface, not through the air. 4 uses per battle with no other limitations. Sonic Thrust's damage is equivalent to a Weak ability.

Name(s): Anti-Persona
Appearance(s): The Anti-Persona's natural state is simply that of a small black orb, roughly the size of Vexen's head, with a single yellow eye. It has no means with which to attack or defend itself.
Abilities:
Dark Enhancement The base movement speed of the Anti-Persona is tripled by the power of darkness.
Strength: Moderate Uses: This ability is passive and remains in effect regardless of any additional data they receive from Vexen.
Elemental Weakness: Light
History: Experimental life-forms of darkness created by Vexen to be similar to the Heartless. They have an instinctive mind to attack the Chilly Academic's enemies. Their main use is their ability to receive transfers of data from the Data Collection Field that their creator designed. [/blockquote]

[/blockquote]

[blockquote]Vexen was previously known as Even. Even was a student under Ansem along with Xehanort when Xehanort and Co. became Nobodies.
Now Vexen, he remained allied with his former friends to form the Organization, in the hopes of regaining their lost hearts.
As the Organization's scientist, Vexen has been put to the task of researching the heart and all similar topics.
He was assigned to the bottom floors of Castle Oblivion during such a time, given his ineptitude. There, he allied (if you can call it that) with Lexaeus and Zexion in a bid to prevent Marluxia and Larxene from overthrowing the Organization.
He was forced into combat with Sora, however, and lost miserably. In his final hour, Vexen strove to reveal the truth to Sora, so that he would not become Marluxia's pawn.
Sora didn't become a pawn, but it wasn't exactly happening because of Vexen.
Axel struck down Vexen, and killed him. Through as of yet unknown means, he has returned. He has a burning hatred for Axel for his actions, shadowed by fear that it might happen again.
Who knows what the plan is this time?[/blockquote]
