You're all phenomenal people-- though some of you need some polish around the edges. ;D

So, I just typed up a real tearjerker, and then IE killed it, so I'm gonna make this one simple and sweet--

I'm leaving.

But I'm not.

See, I nearly failed a grade.

This is because I am an addict.

Namely, an FM addict.

Compare my sign up date with Bilby's, and then compare our post counts.

YEAH. I AM AN ADDICT.

So, it is in my best interests to outright leave, never see any of you ever again, and laugh all the way to where-ever-I'm-headed.

But, as I have said, I am an addict.

Besides, I wish to keep my mind limber, keen, and monkey clean! (At least, if I'm to write my book. X3)

So, here's the deal...

I do hereby apologize to both factions I am in, and accordingly bow out. Rest assured, your secrets are safe with me.

And by that I mean that if you change your passwords, I will be feeling most sad and untrusted. T_T

But totally understanding. ^^

I have half a mind to drop Vexen-- I've no interest in keeping a canon in as high demand as an Organization member if I'm not going to be active enough to use him properly-- but I've decided to hang him on a dangling carrotstick.

Auditioning for Vexen will not be a canon battle-- if you meet the criteria of the judging staff members, he is yours.

Until such a time, I'll gladly keep him warm in my pocket, ready for someone else's use.^^

I do hereby kill the Arena Contest Quest-- that thing died the day Shinn left. XD

I do hereby hand over the following Quests to Batman Pryth:

He volunteered for them all, and I have obliged him accordingly. He has been informed of all there is to know-- and more-- in their regard, and is more than capable of riding them all to victory!

I will be keeping the Way of the Wind, lest Nascent feel the need to bow out. 'Nuff said.

I do hereby drop all Speed RPs, all plots I am participating in, and apologize accordingly. (*is too tired to retype personalized apologies and links to all people in an rp with me*)

I will not be active-- I will not be chatting in the cbox much, if at all.

I won't be making conversations in the chat/fun/happy board.

And I'm dropping all my regular threads. Every last one of them.

I also bow out of all the Quests I'm in.

Basically... I gotta hang up Rocket the Hyper.

I'm well on my way to failing this year.

And... I can't let that happen.

I gotta be Rocket the Aloof for the time being.

I won't really be taking more than two threads at a time-- one Quest, one RP.

And that RP has gotta matter, if you don't mind my saying so. I'd prefer it to be something more in line with a one-on-one plot, with the general line of events plotted out.

See, I want to improve.

But that means I gotta stop playing, and start paying.

Starting on all that other school and obligation goodness.

I might be more active during vacations, summer... y'know. ^^

But we'll see, aye?

Rocket, I want to make it clear that I've always admired you as an RPer... and I think you're making the right choice. Still, I know that all of FM will eagerly await your return -- you are loved here, and not merely because you've been so active, but because you bring an undeniable sense of quality to everything you do.

Since school is your focus now, don't worry about Way of the Wind. It can wait. I can wait. Real life comes first. Do what you gotta do, and show 'em what you're made of!

Rocket, I'm really going to miss you. You've done so much for the Org, and it has always been a pleasure talking with you. But I'm really glad you're keeping Vexen.

This occasionally happens, I was wondering when it would happen again.

I was pretty shocked to see your post count go from 200 to 1300 in only a summer.

You need to realize though there's a really good way to avoid getting on a forum, get yourself banned and come back after a few months (speaking from experience here). Just ask the admin to ban the account. Set a deadline, like winter break, and have the ban lifted. If the community cares about you as much as they've shown, they'll lift that ban right and proper for you to come back.

This does work for forum addictions, assuming you don't use proxy/have a dynamic IP, etc.

School and RL are much more important than here, don't forget that. Adios senorita.

Owch! Dontcha worry about any of those speed rps or quests or whatnot. Just focus on getting life back on track. We'll all be waiting for your return.

Well there goes my Party member that never posted. I had such high hopes too. But school is more important than this place so it's okay ^^. Remember a D is still passing but shoot for C at the least.

I hope you aren't referring to Trig. Cause if you are, I'm about in the same boat. Kinda. I have a 76 in that class. And if not, well then, ignore that part of this message.

I understand why you're doing what you are, and I've done similar things on other rp sites. In fact as Kempff said, I went and got myself banned from one and when I came back, the ban was lifted (though the members who didn't realize my little show that got me banned wasn't real, and thus many of them glared at me with the eyes of 1,000 starving cannibals).

Take your time, and come back when you are ready. I'm sad you are handing over the King Helu quest, but I understand why, as I've said before. Do what you got to, then come back ready to party, cause when you do my friend, well let's just say I've decided I will not be doing any villainy (other then in the rps) the day you come back.

Arrivederci amico mio.

And upon your return may the rocket you are explode with excitement, destroying all your enemies (and mine as well, wishful thinking on that part).
