(Story bit first)
The song of Halloween Town, a world where it is always Halloween. They're all about handing out scares, and being frightening, but something is terribly wrong.
Something's scaring the inhabitants of Halloween Town, badly. Something that isn't all that nice, in fact, it's attacked the citizens of this world, and well, they just put out a fire that it started.
There whispers about just who, or what this thing could be. Some say it's a Heartless, others say there is no way. They think it's something that they claim is much worse.
A creature that was once a citizen of Halloween Town himself, he was perhaps the scariest creature of all time. In fact he was the king of Halloween up until the time he changed. For you see, he wasn't always Headless. Back in the day, he was referred to as the Black Knight, a warrior in black plate armor, with a black cape, and a black sword and shield. The sword looked as if it was made out of steel human bones, and the shield had a skull engraved into it. But one day after going out to scare some humans, he simply vanished.
Rumor among the town's inhabitants was that he had been captured by the humans, and was beheaded (for at this time it would have been during the dark ages of England). And sure enough, it was true. This was found out when the Black Knight had returned to the home of nightmares headless. He would become a creature hated and feared by all, as his attitude had changed. He became violent, and cruel. He would attack his own people, and laugh if they screamed in terror or were hurt. Though just how he was able to laugh was never figured out. You know, because of him being headless and all.
After a few years of torment, the people of Halloween Town made a choice. They would run him out of town, and out of their lives. And so they did. And he hadn't been seen since. Or at least, it hasn't been confirmed that he's been seen since. And if those who claim that the Headless Horseman has returned, then why has his appearance changed, and just why does it look like he has a head? One member was able to paint a picture of her attacker, and this was what she had painted.
So are you going to help these creatures of the night rest in peace? Or is the temptation to scare the unscarable just to much to ignore?

I will allow two people to join this as main guys. These guys can be either good or evil, I don't care. Since it does take place in the town of nightmares, your outfit does change to a nightmarish costume, so state so in the opening post. You know the rest. Sign up, be active.
Also this will be the first opportunity for canon realizers to work together with Quest Masters. I will allow only one to join this quest, and it's a first come first serve basis. Though as mentioned with the joining members, please be active. Feel free to discuss this amongst yourselves as to who joins. When you have decided, please let me know who is the one that will be joining, and what canon they will be portraying. The Canon Realizer will get two synthesis materials if the quest is completed, and will no matter what receive a 200 Munny compensation prize.
As for you questers, well you'll have to wait to see what your prize is.
