'Aye, that be a lot of bullets,' Kristoph mused as Xigbar massacred some of the locals. Of course, since he was the one who had actually fired the shots in the first place, he had taken it upon himself to weave back through the crowd under the guise of someone just scared and backing up so that he wasn't anywhere near the black-cloaked man, thus less likely to be taken out in a mass slaughter(Which apparently he had chosen well to do). 'Well, can't say I feel like dying today. I don't have enough legend built up quite yet. perhaps it would be better to make a... strategic retreat.'
And yet... so much gold.
Cursing his own greed Kristoph knelt down in his own little section of the crowd, who were now mostly running away screaming. He would be in the open in seconds, but thankfully the eye patch-wearing freak had spent some time ranting before he made his move, so the pirate had managed to slink pretty much to the other side of the area by then. While still under the cover of the other people Kris summoned his trump card, the Ultima-mG, on the ground under the line view the other people permitted. hardly anyone bothered to give him a second look after Xigbar's move so his work was easy enough. Isaac's Radar-mG let hims cope out his three targets and he quickly went to work aligning the targeting system of the rocket-launcher to who he wished to vaporize.
The time left before he was wide out in the open was no longer measure in time, but in heartbeats.

Bothersome little rats...
Xigbar's single eye darted rapidly as he continued shooting and moving from place to place, upside down and walking as if he was taking a simple stroll. He reloaded his two weapons at separate times in order to keep the firing continuous. Any minute now, someone in the crowd was going to retaliate. Muscles tensed, Xigbar stopped several feet above the crowd, upside down and ceased shooting, as if mulling over something.
He was watching. It was easy to spot anyone up here, even easier to spy some kind of resistance to the pushing of the crowds. Either their backs were to him, or they're on the ground, writhing in pain. He was watching for weapons. Maybe they had left. Maybe they had not...Xigbar's non-existent heart hoped for the best.
"Gotcha, ya little sneak~"
And he was gone.
"Dude, something that gaudy ain't gonna be easy to run around with, is it?" Standing several feet behind Kristoph, the nobody looked over the pirate's weapon with superiority. The people around them had already disappeared, and the stragglers were the corpses that littered the streets or the ones that were too injured to moved. Pointing his weapons at the brown haired rat, Xigbar laughed and fired, multiple times. "Better to have something lighter and more efficient!" [/blockquote]

"It has its uses."
Kris may have been surprised by the teleportation move, but thanks to his Radar-mG he saw it happen on his scope and could get over it faster than if he ahd needed to wait for Xigbar to speak before realizing where the Nobody had gone. As the Freeshooter unloaded into the apparently helpless target Isaac swung around so his left side was facing Xigbar and his right hand was still at the Ultima-mG. The sudden swing through the hood down from his cloak, revealing a brunet with a nasty smile, the eyes of someone comfortable with killing, and surprisingly enough an eye patch as well. Since his was a glass one though Kris automatically considered himself more fashionable than the black-obsessed man.
Despite being defenceless a microsecond ago when Xigbar unloaded his clip there was suddenly a mass of orange between the pirate and the laser arrows. The Shield-mG was summoned to his left arm to absorb the impact of the shots with its rebounding nature. It would normally be a strain on his arm to take the barrage but kneeling down offered him more support, making it quite manageable. While he defending his back Kris made the last necessary adjustment on the Ultima-mG for the now-moved Xigbar and let the weapon loose.
Six laser rockets flew into the air, each one a bright white pulse leaving a trail of energy in their wake like miniature comets. They moved with exceptional speed, making up for the stationary nature of the firing device, and swerved with adept curves in the air to their appropriate marks. Two of them zoomed in to attack Lexaeus on his left and back, one timed just after the other. Another two homed in on Saix from a low above angle and his left in a similar manner. The last two turned right around after coming out of the Ultima-mG and went straight for Xigbar, closing in on him from two sides at short range thanks to him moving in so close to attack. he had the least time of all to react, and Lexaeus would find the rockets packed a lot more punch than Kristoph's Comet-mGs did if he tried to defend with his Skysplitter again.

Oh he was a quick little rat.
Quick enough to respond. Xigbar knew that something was wrong, but he wouldn't have enough time to squeeze his way out of this one as rapidly as he would have liked. Ceasing fire, Xigbar had enough time to backtracked in a rapid movement thanks to the distance [five feet] he had put between himself and the demonic pirate. He liked the look in his opponent's eye, which mirrored his own insanity. He didn't quite enjoy having his own bullets rebound on him. Thankfully, his weapon was sturdy enough to block the bullets aimed at his torso and head. One struck his exposed shoulder, and a few others smacked him in the shins. That was going to hurt tomorrow.
He never stopped watching.
Spotting the strange white glows, Xigbar knew better than to move too fast. Somehow, even though he had compressed space, the brat was ready for him. Did this mean he can read his moves? Xigbar was out of the loop. Two for Lex. Two for Puppy. Two more for him.
Number II jumped, taking to the air right before the bullets can hit him head on.
"Still too slow..." Xigbar chuckled, rubbing the shoulder where the bullet had struck. A taste of his own medicine, but it wasn't a strong enough dose. While he stalled, the nobody started moving away from Kristoph and the hubub below, building up speed as he moved. [/blockquote]

(Sorry for slow posting, life happened) Pingt!
All of these attempts on his life were growing quite bothersome. The Luna Diviner could have easily deflected the attack himself, but why not just let V block it for him? Frowning, VII dropped his arms and summoned Lunatic to his hand as Lexaeus declined his offer. It wasn't a declaration of war against the elder member, but merely a safety precaution. After all, there had been two attacks attempted against him already, so why shouldn't there be more? Also, if Lexaeus had his weapon out, it was better he had his out as well. Doubtless negotiations would be disastrous.
The rock wielder's response was exactly as the Luna Diviner expected. V would not be swayed easily, but perhaps there was something he could do to make him question his course of action? "Contrary to your beliefs V, I do believe that the Superior will view this kindly upon his return. You fail to see the bigger picture here. The reason for cooperation is not out of loyalty to Marluxia, but loyalty to the Organization. Make the Organization strong so that when the Superior returns, he will return to the seat of power as the leader of a group feared throughout all of the worlds. Due to the actions of the keyblader and his friends, we are already known in several worlds outside of our own. Why not spread the name of the Organization through conquest, not through the whispers of our enemies?" VII announced, before his attention turned to the other elder member present.
Opening fire on the crowd was an undeniably vicious act, but not one that Saïx wouldn't have ordered himself if he wasn't busy debating with Lexaeus. It would draw out their trigger happy friend lurking in the shadows. Not to mention warding off or drawing out any other foolish do-gooders that may have been lurking around the area. VII nodded approvingly before his attention was back on Lexaeus.
"You realize that even the Superior fell to the might of the keybladers, correct? Do you know why that was? We did not work together. We were divided amongst our own factions within the Organization. We did not fight together to systematically remove Sora and his friends from the equation. Our pride forced us to each fight alone, and where did that leave us? All members eliminated," Saïx sighed, pausing to keep tabs on Xigbar. Apparently he had found the rat. VII trusted II enough to handle the situation for him.
"Right now, the Organization moves as one, and when the Superior returns we will work as one to carry out any new plan he has come up with. I cannot speak for the group, but I will not tolerate failure and once the Superior returns I will not tolerate resistance," the berserker continued, before his gaze upon Lexaeus hardened into a glare. "I do not ask you to return to the Organization with loyalty sworn to Marluxia. Swear your loyalty to the Organization, and all will be as it should. However, if you wish to be considered a rouge and you wish to battle other members and you continue to interfere with Organization operations, I will eliminate you myself. You will stand down and trust in the Organization and in myself, or you will return to the nothingness Riku sent you to," VII growled, his words to the elder member cold as steel.
Of course, the precise moment where an answer from V would have been warranted, the pirate on the ground fired an attack at all three black cloaked individuals. VII's blade glowed a dark blue as he leapt forward and past Lexaeus. As the shots aimed for Lexaeus and those that headed toward Saix grew closer, the berserker took careful aim. He would have to make this strike count. Saïx waited until every shot was in claymore range before he swung. Using his exceptional attacking speed with Lunatic, the berserker sliced through each and every one of the shots. The glow from the claymore absorbed at least two of the shots, if not all of them, and if they hadn't been negated they would be sliced apart just the same.
Almost the instant the shots were destroyed, a shockwave formed of the blue aura that had absorbed the shots fired straight back at Kris. Standing at the ready, claymore in a battle position, the Luna Diviner glanced back at V.
"Your answer?" --- Eclipse in effect at half it's power Lunar Breakthrough used. Cooldown of 5 turns.

Lexaeus paused, contemplating the argument that Saix had so eloquently put forth. It was simple, and logical.
It was also unacceptable for several reasons, and these reasons were simple enough and solid enough to make Saix's eloquent rebuttal seem complex.
"What you are doing will give a power base not to the Superior, but to the traitor, Saix." Number V shook his head once more. "And under the circumstances that you described, the Superior may very well be weakened from his defeat when he returns. The traitor, with enough power, is potentially a threat to the Superior in such a state."
He held Skysplitter in front of him. "We once attempted to put Riku under our control to defend ourselves from the possibility that Sora would fall under Marluxia's grasp. I was the one that fought Riku to get him to embrace the darkness. That was a fight I should not have started. Likewise, this too is a fight I should not start. But I will return to the Organization only underneath the Superior. Marluxia has far less of a chance to put me under his control should I remain apart."
The red aura burst around him before dissipating. "Saix, fight me, should it be your will. Defend the traitor and give him power, should it be your will. But attempt no more to persuade me to join the Organization while he rules over it."
With that, he slammed down Skysplitter, sending up a large blinding cloud of sand in all directions to engulf both him and Saix.

[You can remove the part of Xigbar getting injured by reflection if you want, High. I think you'd be justified in saying that lasers don't bounce just because they hit something bouncy.]
'Too slow, ye say?' Kristoph thought with a smirk. If there was one thing he valued it was his speed. If the pirate really was too slow then he was done for. Xigbar was occupying his attention right now, but he always had one eye looking right at the Radar/mG's readout of the area. One of the two black coats had rushed right into his shots and now something was coming back at him. 'Argh! Me only shot with that too! Thomas be making some improvements to the little thing when I get back, for sure.'
With that Kristoph bade his Ultima-mG pop away to its near-microscopic carrying size again and, while still armed with his Shield-mG, proceeded to stand and move toward Xigbar. He looked only at the Freeshooter, trying not to let on in the slightest that he was aware of four blue energy shots coming toward his backside. Instead he popped the Excalibur/mG, a green double-edged broadsword, into his free right hand and made to approach Xigbar cautiously. This was to lure him into not having to retreat further right away and also to try and get him to enjoy the prospect of watching Kris get slammed from behind like a fool.
That being exactly what the pirate himself was hoping to enjoy, as the two Ultima shots that Xigbar dodged passed over and below each other after his jump and went on their way behind him but quickly began to swerve in wide curves up into the air to come at the Nobody from behind again, each pointing at his back, one near the base of his neck and the other nearer to his waist. The Ultima/mG may have been a small fry attack, but its one-shot, 1 round charge required nature pumped its power output pretty darn high compared to most similar attacks. If they could land Xigbar would definitely feel it.
ZAP!
The Lunar Breakthrough counter-attack smashed not into Kristoph but into a glowing green energy field that automatically appeared around his body. The Shell/mG was drained of one of its five charges to negate the energy attack, but at the same time this occurred the Ultima rockets targeting Xigbar would reach as well. If they hit Kristoph could use the moment of double-confusion to leap up and perform a wide slash with the Excalibur/mG across the Freeshooter's torso in mid-air while he was stunned by the impact, hopefully slicing him in half or at least leaving a huge gash.

[Sorry for the wait, guys.]
Yes, Xigbar has eyes on the back of his head. Almost.
"Like I said, kiddo...too slow!"
The grin remained on his face [ a bit strained by now...] as right before the bolts could hit him, Xigbar hurtled to the ground like a potato sack dropped from a skyscraper. The bolts should pass right through where he was suppose to be, but if Xigbar knew any better, it would simply turn and continue to try and pulverize him. Before he could hit the ground at such death defying speed, the Nobody tinkered with his gravity some more, making him almost weightless again so that he would not hit the ground and break his legs [the nausea of such quick change in speed would have knocked anyone else out by now].
Now all he could do was keep more distance between himself and the pirate. Xigbar backtracked as he held his two guns in front of him waiting to shoot at the bolts if they try and do a round-a-bout on him. [/blockquote]

(Okay okay. So here's what happened. I've been busy as hell trying to get college crap submitted, not to mention schoolwork, extracurricular activities, and all sort of obligations. Whiiiiich is why there's been no post here for SEVERAL days. Now, this apology and explanation for my failure to post would be followed by, well, a post, but seeing as my partner in crime is on vacation and I don't expect her nor want her to post during her vacation, I motion to put this at a ceasefire until her return. Savvy? Direct all comments, complaints, and concerns to my PM box please. This'll get replaced with an actual post upon High's return to the forum.)

Kristoph weighed his options, found them lacking in profit, and suddenly grew wings. more accurately, he grew two mini Gummi Ship wings that appeared on his back out of nowhere, and a couple of thrusters on his ankles. With a burst of speed he rocketed away from the skirmish entirely, wantign nothing more to do with it until things settled down again and he could make another grab for the Sultan's gold.
[Rogue Armada is apparently defunct so I'm dropping out]
