Physical Appearance

In the immortal lyrics of legally blonde the musical: 'look into her cold, dead eyes.' When it comes to Irina, this couldn't be any more accurate. While, say, children, have that bright innocence in their eyes, and happy people have that playful glint in theirs, she has nothing. Absolutely nothing. While they are a rather beautiful shade of green, the atrocities she has committed, and her indifference towards those around her have stripped them of their natural beauty. They aren't bright, not deep, just a flat, cold shade of green. Those that stare into them are generally unable to do anything but shudder. If eyes are, in fact, the window to the soul, than perhaps her suspicions are correct. She has none.
If Irina had wanted to keep any connections with her past life, then her hair would still be a pale shade of blonde. However, these days, she's chosen to alter her hair color to match her eyes, making it a rather light shade of green. It may seem odd to some, to see a girl walking around with hair that looks like seaweed, but she really couldn't care less. Her hair hangs down to the middle of her back, and is often just left down, despite the fact that it constantly gets in her eyes. She just doesn't see any reason to put it up. Far too much effort.
Irina feels this unnatural need to strive for perfection. While, of course, this is unattainable, she's come pretty damn close. Luckily for her, she was granted with a variety of tools to help out from the moment of her 'birth'. She stands at a rather imposing five foot nine, but doesn't weight very much at all, considering her size. But don't allow this to lull you into a false sense of security, she's still quite capable of skewering you.
Clothing/Accessories
Unlike many of the other adventurers she's come across during her travels, Irina actually dresses somewhat sensibly. Of course, it's still somewhat out there, but at least she's not running around in a tube top and mini skirt. To be more precise, even in her new life, she wears the armor of an Asheran general, as she considers becoming one her biggest accomplishment in life.
Atop her head, Irina wears a blue helm with a golden cross running along it's center, which hangs down a little over her face for added protection. Covering not only her torso, but her upper legs as well, is a cotton dress of sorts, which is loose enough to allow free movement, but thick enough to protect against even the harshest of temperatures. On top of this is a lime-green piece of leather armor, which lies beneath a blue chest plate, lined with gold. Similarly colored shoulder guards sit a few inches above this, held to the chest plate by two leather straps. Covering her arms are thin cotton sleeves, which offer a bit more protection against the environment, strengthened by leather straps circling their way around it on their way up her arms.
Her legs are left, for the most part, bare, save for a pair of blue straps that serve no visible purpose other than aesthetic reasons. Covering the lower part of her legs, however, are a pair of blue, knee-high boots, laced with golden string, with similarly colored straps keeping them in place.

Behavior
Irina is an incredibly independent individual. She tries her hardest not to count on others to be there for her, something that she learned to avoid back in her time as a general. In fact, she’s been taking care of herself for as long as she can remember. Because of this, she can appear to be a bit of an ‘ice queen’, something that she often struggles to avoid. She’s picky about who she talks to and associates with, as she’s deathly afraid that she’ll come to actually enjoy their company, which could very well lead to her depending on them. This can also make her seem like a bit of a snob, as she expects people to listen to her, while she often doesn’t even try to listen to what they’re saying. She’s also rather used to getting whatever she wants, due to the luxurious lifestyle she lived in the past. Therefore, whenever she’s let down, lied to, or disappointed, she tends to either walk away from whoever she’s speaking to, or fly into a rage that cannot be contained. It’s rather ironic, though, considering that these emotions are just echoes of the ones she used to have, something that she herself acknowledges and is constantly confused by. How could she feel such rage if the rage isn’t real?
Though she can be hard to get along with, Irina has a rather good sense of what’s right and what’s wrong. Along with this, she is able to follow any rules of guidelines that she is told to follow, as much as she would like to disobey them. Once again, she can only assume that this is due, at least in part, to her military training. She avoids doing things that would be scandalous or detrimental to her own reputation or that of the people she would call her allies, as she values her reputation more than most things she owns. But this isn’t the only reason why she’s so determined to follow the rules. Back when she was a ‘Somebody’, Irina was determined to make her father proud. But as he wanted nothing to do with her, and paid almost no attention to what she was doing, she was unable to do so. That’s why, despite all of the ridiculous rules that he wanted her to follow, she obliged. Anything to make him love her, and care for her. And while her father has been dead for years, the need to follow the rules others impose upon her is still there. One could go as far as to say that she’s introverted, due to the fact that her father made her feel unloved and unwanted. And even to this day, though she’ll say a few words to her allies and companions now and then, she refuses to let her in. She’s locked up her heart and thrown away the key.
And while she does her best to do what others ask her to do, she has a terrible habit of letting her emotions get the better of her. Not easily, mind you, but, with enough provocation, she will say things that she normally would be too polite to say, and has been known to break any bonds that she has with others because she can’t shut her mouth sometimes. There’s a reasonable explanation for this, of course, which is, once again, her military training. As she was in a position of power back then, she’s still used to acting as though the people she knows are below her, and that they’re less mature than she is, a fact that is, in most cases, not true. When she gets angry, she cannot help herself from just letting everything that’s been building up inside her, everything that she’s been keeping bottled up within her loose. Think of it as a cork popping out on a wine bottle. You just pull it out, and bam. It all comes gushing out, with no way to stop it in sight. Altogether, Irina is a rather sad and bitter person, a fact that, once again, confuses her to no end. How can she be sad and bitter without a heart?

ID:
Soul of Ashera.
Quality:
Supreme.
Type:
Primary.---
The Soul of Ashera, while appearing rather simple, is actually an incredibly majestic weapon. It has a violet shaft, with golden pieces on either side of it, engraved with ancient runes. It also has a curved blade on one end, with a white section running along one edge. What truly makes the weapon special, however, is that it contains the soul of one Princess Ashera, a long-deceased ruler of Irina's homeland. This allows the spear to have several unique qualities that will be described in greater detail below.---
Light Bending ~Unlike many other Nobodies, Irina still has a fair amount of light within her heart. Er... within the space where her heart used to be. Because of this, she is more than capable of manipulating this light in a variety of ways, each based on the ability to channel it through her spear.
Aether.
Taking her spear in hand, Irina thrusts it towards the sky, a bead of light growing at it's tip. This light grows more and more intense over the course of a few seconds, until the point that it's nearly impossible to look directly at. This light remains at the point of her weapon for a short period of time, enabling Irina to send arcs of light outwards with each and every swing of the spear. This means that she does not need to be anywhere near her opponent for this ability to work. These arcs are two feet long, and one foot wide, and travel at about twenty miles an hour when released. They can move a distance of up to twenty feet, dealing a rather large amount of damage to anyone they touch. Another benefit of these arcs is that they can move through solid objects without making a dent, making the idea of hiding behind anything futile. The arc will find you, and hurt you. A lot. So deal with it.
Uses ~
Four uses per battle. Lasts for two posts with each use.
Cooldown ~
Six posts.
Sol.
Focusing the light within her into her spear, Irina causes the blade that already exists to fade, only to be replaced by one made entirely out of light. This blade is several inches longer than the other one, and has the ability to do three times as much damage as it normally would. And while this light blade only lasts for a short time, it can turn the tide of a battle incredibly fast. So it's advisable for anyone who's fighting her to run the moment they see it. Or else they're gonna get cut.
Uses ~
Three times per battle. Lasts for a single post.
Cooldown ~
Five posts.
Light Cages.
Irina once more causes a bead of light to form at the tip of her spear, although this time, she stabs the weapon into the ground. Four blinding white lines shoot out in different directions, only to be connected a few moments later by even more lines. Essentially, this creates a square that is thirty feet long on each side. This square, for as long as it lasts, keeps anyone who was outside of it at it's time of activation out, and anyone [ or anything, for that matter ] that's inside in. And while this could, depending on when it's used, trap Irina in an area full of foes, it can also help her separate massive amounts of enemies, making them much easier to handle. It is also worth noting that the cages can be broken by any shield-breaking ability.
Uses ~
Twice per battle. Lasts for four posts.
Cooldown ~
Seven posts.
Strength ~
Strong.
Desert Wind ~Back when she was a 'Somebody', Irina was known for spending days at a time meditating atop the highest mountain in the land. And, as many can figure out, sitting atop a mountain means that one would be subject to incredibly harsh winds. So, as time went on, Irina learned to manipulate them. Just a little at first, to make them avoid her. Then, a little more, to keep any of the fiends who managed to climb the mountain at bay. Until finally, she had near complete control over it. And even to this day, despite her death and consequent rebirth, she is able to manipulate the air around her in a few different ways.
Sandstorm.
By manipulating the air patterns around her, Irina can form a tornado in the center of the battlefield. This tornado is able to draw in anything around it, with the exception of people. However, it has the secondary effect of expelling massive amounts of dirt into the air, clouding the entire area and limiting visibility to incredibly low levels. While this inhibits both allies and enemies, Irina is exempt from this, due to the fact that she's controlling the sandstorm. It's worth noting that this storm is not nearly as large as a normal tornado would be. Rather, it's only about twenty feet across though it reaches straight up into the sky. It is also worth noting that this storm cannot pick up people, though it can pick up almost any object of low to medium weight, even if it happens to be nailed down. For example, she is able to toss small boulders around, but buildings are unable to be affected.
Uses ~
Twice per thread. Lasts for three posts.
Cooldown ~
Four posts.
Propulsion.
Shortly after realizing she had the ability to do so, Irina created a small but powerful gust of wind about her feet which allows her to not only leap up to forty feet, but also enables her to propel herself along the ground at speeds up to fifteen miles an hour. She can turn this wind off, if she so desires to, but she can call it back at once, if she needs to.
Uses ~
Passive.
Cooldown ~
None.
Strength ~
Moderate.
Levitation ~Due to the strength of the bond that Irina had with Ashera back when she was a 'Somebody', this bond has remained, even after the death of both of them. Therefore, Irina can not only communicate with Ashera's soul, but she can make the weapon fly around her, controlling it with her thoughts. The spear cannot fly any further than ten feet away from her, but she is able to attack foes from afar with this, and can stop it from being knocked too far away from her. The spear moves at about ten miles an hour, making i rather deadly, should it hit someone.
Strength ~
Weak.
Uses ~
Passive.
Cooldown ~
None.
Harrowing Gale ~Irina has the ability to focus the wind into her spear, granting it the ability to move at three times it's normal speed for a short time. This means that she can attack three times as fast, dealing more damage in a shorter period of time. It's a rather simple technique, but one that is quite dangerous at the same time.

Equips
I. Aero
This equip causes swirls of grey wind to spiral all around within three feet of the user. Anyone who gets within that space will have weak wind elemental damage dealt to them constantly while there. In addition to this whenever an attack is made on the user during Aero's presence a bubble of magic will flash around their body and block the damage and any possible physical injury, but will not prevent the character being pushed by the force. This bubble drains the user's health and stamina by half of what would have been lost from an unblocked attack every time it activates. The user may move freely while Aero is active. Lasts 4 posts and has 3 uses per battle.

~ History ~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The path that Irina's parents followed is almost identical to the one that she did. They were both successful soldiers in the Asheran army, and were known far and wide as an unstoppable force on the battlefield. If one was to see them, it was quite rare that they would live to tell the tale. Thus, it was with much regret that they were forced to take their leave from the army to take care of their newborn baby.
However, as they were forbidden to ever return to the armed forces, due to a rather odd law that had been put in place several years earlier, they made a decision that would alter their daughter's life in an irreversible manner. Thus, from the moment she was able to walk, they had her learning how to wield a variety of weapons, and how to think in the heat of a battle.
So by the time she was sixteen, the required age for joining the armed forces, she was far more prepared than most. She excelled in the entrance exams, and rose through the ranks faster than anyone else had, achieving the rank of general within the short time of two years.
But one day, disaster struck. Rather than their normal opponents, who were mainly composed of soldiers from nearby kingdoms, these creatures were unstoppable. They seemed not to realize when they had been harmed, whether they'd been chopped in half or set ablaze. It was as though they could feel no pain.
And that day, everyone died.
Well, their hearts died, anyway. And most of the people of Ashera became regular Nobodies, leaving their homeland to ravage other worlds, under the command of the more powerful Nobodies. Irina, however, refused to let that happen. She fought the desire to become mindless, like her former allies and loved ones. If she was going to become a Nobody, she would not be some insignificant little beast who would be destroyed by anyone with the guts to try.
She would be powerful.
There, as she lay bleeding and broken, a woman appeared to her. Not quite alive, but not entirely dead either, this woman introduced herself as Princess Ashera, a long-deceased ruler of the kingdom. Offering to grant Irina power, as long as she would allow the princess' phantom to join her on her journey, she manipulated Irina's transformation, allowing her to retain a human appearance, despite her new change.
Removing Irina from her former home and transporting her to the distant World That Never Was, Ashera used the last of her power to seal herself within the soldier's spear, informing Irina that, if she wanted to ever regain her former body, she would have to find a Heart. And it would not be an easy task at all...
