"Resistance...the darkness just wouldn't let go." "Aaagh..." Sora let out a sharp cry, being caught in mid motion, the jerking action; indeed it caused a fair bit of pain to the Hero of Light. Yet Sora sprung into action immediately at that. Seeing the armour rise up, or at least attempt to, caused Sora to conjure a Thunder Spell on the Black Knight. This should help to immobilize it. Meanwhile Sora also casted Fire in order to surroundh is perimeter with oribiting flames. This was to prevent any surprise back-attacks or movement from behind from coming close. Though to be safe, he made sure to move towards the hopefully shocked Black Knight. This way if anymore pieces wanted to bond with the Knight, they'd have to go through him first!
"Don't be afraid...I can help you and...so can my friends, please trust me!"
Sora too thought about Merlin, whom may know a thing or two about these mystical armour pieces. Clearly they weren't human. Thus they had to be enchanted with magic somehow, but what about the prisoner? Did he (or possibly she), have control over this armour? Well either way, it looked as if Sora would have to battle it out to the death before the mystery of the Black Knight would be revealed. How would his partner Guy, fair on his side?"Troublesome side...?" Letting go of Anna, at least so soon was perhaps a fatal mistake for the martial artist. Pain had engufled his mind for now, thus his focus was reduced. The power of Mystic Leg residing, he decided to explain his plan to Anna. Of course, explaing your plan to the enemy was just not a good idea. As he rested on the ground, catering to his legs, Anna approached him. She moved to rest her left hand gently on his shoulder.
"Why do you want to get rid of me? Am I that troublesome?"
Her words could easily strike a chord in those whom had a conscious. They come off as hurt, yet docile as well. Words alone weren't the only tool here. Looking up to her form, particularly into her emerald eyes; it would be easy to see the pain that his words had caused. Yet there would not be enough time to respond back. Within Anna's right hand, Eloquence materialized through light. No sooner was it plunged down into Guy's left leg. Eloquence was rather unusual in this iteration. It had a familiar blue, not unlike the glow of the Black Knight's Axe when it moved to cleave. Except this was not a cleave, this was a Pierce! The power of the stab alone was quite deadly, but more importantly...any armour that was protecting the leg, any shield...it would be irrelveant. Pierce, born of a warrior's experience would penetrate such protection.
This new form, this new ability, it all aided to draw out further power and capability from the White Knight. Evolution followed revival and it would seem that the Anna before him, was simply a reincarnation of the White Knight itself. The Emerald eyes shifted to a possesed sapphire, a dazzling blue cape, just as the White Knight's own materialized.
"I will not be held captive but you will lead me to this Wizard. I seek answers, answers to my powers...answers to the start of my existence."
At mention of this, the left hand (depending on if it rested upon Guy's shoulder or not), would glow blue. In the case of not being rested upon the shoulder, the palm would be more visible as light began to surround it. A similar moment had occured just prior, when Anna was fighting against the Darkside. This amused the White Knight for it meant it could finally use capabilities of its hostess. Should the hand still be on the shoulder, Guy would feel a searing pain, like lightning jolt through the shoulder just because of the contact. Though it wasn't certain of the full extent of this power or how much it could tap, perhaps it would get a chance to find out?

"Answers...?" chimed a voice as polished and vitric as a sip from a crystal flute. "Answers...? Oh, come now White Knight. Why so trite with, his majesty? He only seeks to steer you from peril. As only the ages have ever told, a Basilisk is never bettered for knowing it was mothered by a toad."
It suddenly seemed deathly still. As if the air around them- the invisble comings and goings of migrant dust moats and coronary breezes, expired in a gasp. Then- the laughter clapped down upon them in a rush of stinging wind. High, cold ruthless laughter that rang from every vacant window, every dark gleam in the gutter, every piece of black iron and soot. It rang and rang and rang until the mortar shook and crystal clarity of the voice shattered into jagged malice that sent black birds screaming from their perches and foundations groaning with mirth.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!"
"Do you truly believe that old fool could grant you purpose? This selfsame maiden so prudent with her sword, so vigilant with her heart? Mayhaps you are afraid of the truth? Will your fear cause you, and your quest- so noble, so bold, so valiant to part? Part ways in the coming years and the coming days, until wonderous soul, vitality fade. Until speculation stalls- as to why you had been born. Until armor rusts and eyes dim with feeble wizard’s words. Until naught is left to mourn?"
Thunder boomed overhead with the promise of lightning, underscored with a softer even more fearsome laughter that pealed between the tinge of mauve on the horizon and roiling clouds in the distance. Although no one was to be seen the heavens shook with Maleficent.

'Gruurgh!' wailed the illegible thoughts of Henry Trudeau, this body beset by electricity and his mind jarred by the forces Sora had called down. The child was used to being knocked around a bit inside the suit he wore whenever he engaged in combat for whatever reasons, but with his armour torn off in places still this was his first time exposed to such raw magical forces as Sora's Thunder crept into the holes the hero had created. The young boy was no trained warrior, his body was indeed thin and frail from years upon years of atrophy. A shock like this without the Black knight acting as his shield? How could he possibly withstand it!?
Yet Henry's eyes relaxed and opened while his jaw unclenched and his mouth released its solid clamp. The bolt was withstood. How and why? Perhaps, the assault being magical in nature, Henry had grown more resistant to supernatural forces than an untrained body would normally be thanks to his heart slowly being converted by his choice of resting places into a fountain of dark power. Regardless, he was still untrained and he was still in no shape to handle another literal shock such as that. Henry's heart rushed and darkness flourished, calling to his scattered pieces.
That darkness, though still focused into his armour and not filling the environment as it had before, was no longer protected by the Black Knight's Enigmatic Shell. The presence of his darkness and his heart was free to be detected by those who could do so. As Henry's remaining fallen limbs and pieces quickly rushed to rejoin their frame no longer at a leisurely pace but like metal magnetized to a powerful bar he had to use its two arms to act as a grapple against the fire-shrouded boy who rushed into him. The magic flames heated the suit and made the temperature for Henry a little less than bearable, but it was still better than the lightning that had touched his flesh and blood before. Still, it quickly became apparent that his presence in the armour was no longer a mystery to a certain someone...
Laughter. A strange, bewitching voice rang through the alley. It seemed to address Henry at first. It was enough of a distraction for the reunited armour to simply look around as it braced against the powerful teenager right before it instead of pressing any further defence or counter-attack. Was this boy with the Key a king of some kind? Then it laughed, and seemed to be speaking to someone else entirely. Indeed it was, far in another part of the reviving city...

"Argh!"
On both fronts of the battles taking place today young boys were being exposed to some rather unfortunate amounts of pain. In his case, the would-be hero Guy was feeling the pain of a shaft of pure energy being stabbed right through his still-sore left leg. Simultaneously robbed of whatever mobility he still had and one of his two deadliest weapons, the teen grasped at the shaft of light on reflex and tried to remove it, finding the weapon unresponsive to his physical demands.
'That's what I get for trusting a pretty face.' he thought with grim self-reflection and a depreciating smile. The man grit his teeth against the constant throbbing of the pain and listened as much as he could to the girl-turned-armour-turned-mix's demands. By the time she/it finished what it had to say Guy's inexperienced mind thought that he might dispel his current prison by firing up his special ability once again, but its drain on his life force was troublesome and the relatively safe landing he;d provided the two of them from their forced free-fall had drained a ton of the stamina from his legs anyway. It might be difficult to pull off, plus a fight here might involve bystanders.
"Yeah... I'll take you..." the black-haired martial artist said between seethes of pain with only one eye truly open. He wanted this girl... thing looked at by the Wizard anyway. Rumours said he was one of the best around, though guy couldn't recall the old magister's name for the life of him, and he might be able to help. Plus he'd have to have his leg freed to lead the knightly individual, which was a definite immediate plus.
Then the air was filled with dread. A voice... it seemed to be somewhat far away, speaking to others, yet it was clear as day and venomous as a snake bite. Then there was laughter of the kind that made one lose all self-confidence, followed by the voice reappearing much more close to home. That last passage was definitely spoken to Guy right? or rather, it was definitely spoken to the White Knight! But what was going on? And how were they being addressed by one voice from two different places in town?
Maleficent was here... and she was everywhere.
