Inekyas' smirk, which had been on his face since the battle started, dropped slightly at Xaldin's words.
"Tell me, what would a worthless being who always took orders from another worthless being know of the ways of kings? My subjects do as they see fit, and if I dislike their actions, they are destroyed. However... I've grown tired of this charade. I'm going to end this now.
Snatching one of Xaldin's lances out of the air, he used it and his blade to send the others flying into different buildings.
Then, he used the lance to boost himself into the air at Xaldin, leaving it stuck in the ground. As he flew at the Nobody, gauntlet first, the fingers blasted off, connected by dark chains that crackled with energy. If the nobody didn't dodge, he'd be shocked horribly. If he did, Inekyas would use his momentum to continue the aerial engagement. ___________________ The Magisters were hit by Tidus' attack, and flew back slightly, only hurt a little by the wooden sword. As they flew back the lead one spoke in a weird, whispery language to the other two.
They then broke away forming in a wide triangle in the air around the building Tidus was on in, and began chanting. _______________ Sera had finished her enemies, and began climbing the building Tidus was on to engage the other Magisters as well. What she didn't notice was a black circle on the ground, following behind her as if waiting.

"Memoirs of the Friend who was left behind, Chapter 2." It's not like they were just randomly frozen in time, you know; that time when the heartless seized their world. Sora had been brought to Traverse Town, so where did the others go? It was a mystery that had not been answered. Rest assured, not only did they make it back (just like Kairi), but they looked out for their friend. Even if she did want to play hero with the other boys. Everyone has a part to play, with Sora and the others not here (again), Tidus knew he had to step up.Sending the magisters flying via his Boken; Tidus flashed a confident look. The guy was just too good at things. If this was another world, another side, another story; he could have been the hero. Tidus, saving the day...? Well he was certainly doing something, right now in particular.
As they whispered briefly, Tidus got into a stance. He wasn't going to let them escape if they planned to flee. Soon as they attempted to move into position, he took off as well. He literally sprung up, in no doubt what could only be described as a High Jump. The magister whom was closest was the target. The blond prepared to make a sudden swipe with his boken. Considering they were chanting a spell; as well as underestimating him (the attack was weak after all), it laid down the perfect opportunity. Ever since their Destiny Island time began to flow, Tidus had a few things on his mind. He was busy with Wakka co-inventing a cool game. Then he had his own training to do, otherwise he couldn't claim to be the best. His training allowed him to access some cool tricks. Ones he'd been hiding from Wakka even, just because they were used both in the game and practice spars. This little number could only be performed by an ace.
His form literally vanished from the sight of the casting magisters. Then again it was a possibility that they weren't directly focused on the boy to begin with. Since Tidus was quite the Aerial Ace, his form zipped through the air. It was just enough speed to get the job done, though nothing impressive enough to catch Xaldin's eye. His boken would be aimed right to the back of the closest magisters head. Hoping to utilize the brief distraction and other factors (mentioned prior), he'd aim to knock this one out. Certainly a blunt object to the back of the head and this speed was enough to do the trick. No need for an awesome sword, to do that!
Yet Tidus was a bit impatient, as well as eager. Thus he didn't stick around for the results. Leveraging his momentum, he'd no sooner take off to the other two magisters. Repeating his feats in much the same way, before skidding to a halt on the building. If luck was on his side, that number would have done the trick. Yet if there was more to the performance; then he'd play the part.

The attack had him dead to rights and should have skewered him. Of all possible responses, Xaldin summoned a broomstick. It was a paltry defence, but the moment the attack smashed into and through the flimsy wood, Xaldin had already leaped onto it with a speed that were more than human and used the business end of the broom as a springboard and was hurtling up even higher.
He was out of range to control his lances. But not to summon them. One found substance beneath him and as he reached the apex of his leap he grabbed the top and hurtled downwards in good old dragoon style.

Tidus was extremely lucky with his blow, which caused the Magister to dissipate in to light and dark energy, it's base elements.
As he landed though, the other two moved, the beam of energy between them bisecting the building right on top of them.
As the attack reached critical levels, Sera raced forward, and tackled Tidus out of the way with a shout of, "Look out, idiot!"
As she moved the boy, the beam shot downward, slicing the building in half, and the half the two allies were on was quickly approaching the ground.
Seeing no other choice to save them, Sera fired an arrow at the ground below them, this one crackling with a dark brown energy that caused the dirt to turn to powdery sand in a crater where the arrow struck.
Sera landed face down in the crater, and then had the wind knocked out of her from Tidus' body landing on her rather heavily.
"Get off of me, you're really heavy!" ____________________
Inekyas used the momentum he already had to land on the side of a building, his claws now anchoring him to the side, and kicked off, the claw tips still holding the building.
As Xaldin descended where he'd been, he began reeling himself back towards the building and Xaldin, trying to skewer the Nobody with his blade.

"Memoirs of the friend who was left behind, Chapter 3" Tidus barely landed atop the roof, he was poised to zip over to the next magister when suddenly---he was tackled. Apparently someone was playing heroine today and decided to rescue the idiot of Destiny Island. Smooth, for now the duo were in the air and rapidly falling to the ground below. Of course, Miss. Heroine didn't stop her antics there. She fired an arrow towards the ground, mutating it into sand. Yet before this charade of indecency could continue, Tidus utilized his Aerial dodge.
Thus he was the one whom ended up breaking the fall.
"Now we're even..."
Despite saying this in but a whisper, his pupils clearly took on a "KOed" expression. Well, at least for the moment, as no sooner did he ease himself up. There was a building collapsing down on their position yes?
"Come on! We've gotta get to safety, we'll finish these guys when we can get some altitude."
Tidus had instructed, except now wasn't the time for idle banter. Thus he did this as he already began to move. Though it was up to the heroine to follow the Co-creator of Blitz Ball or not.
