The Heartless she slashed through didn't fade away, which meant she had to go after it and make it happen. They were nasty little buggers with their slashing swords going every which way. Before she could go after it, however, the Fat Bandit charged her. She wasn't able to dodge, so it sent her a somewhat decent distant away from it. It definitely had caught her by surprise, but she wasn't going to allow that again.
"Hmm..." She studied the Heartless for a minute. It had some similarities to the Heartless that she had seen in Radiant Garden. This meant that any attacks on its front would be futile and rebounded. With a serious look on her face, she jumped a couple of times to get behind the Heartless to deal a few blows to its backside.

[OOC: Sorry Dante, but according to my unwritten rules of posting, you missed the 7 day mark so we all get auto-hits on the Heartless here.] It seemed the Heartless were nowhere near as tough as they believed. One of them had already been destroyed after taking two hits from Shinomori, and Iaotros and Adelle herself had also done some major damage to the other two with their respective blades. As for the larger fire-spewer...well, he took a magic strike and a couple of attacks to its back. Not enough to wear down the apparent leader of the gang, but enough to score some major damage. Adelle succeeded in making some space between herself and the Bandit facing her. Enough space for...oh, say a laser? Calling upon the powers of Lennart, she set her right palm forward and prepared to strike down the Heartless with a single blast. And her palm certainly began to glow with energy. ...energy that quickly fizzled away, leaving her to mutter a quick "What the-" before finding herself knocked backwards by a swing of the Bandit's sword. It hadn't done much damage. In fact, the Heartless didn't even worry her. But to think she couldn't call upon Lennart...that was an issue. It was the ability she held the longest, and the one she should be most proficient with...right? If she couldn't count on that, could she really count on any of her Gifted abilities? "I suppose old-fashioned styles aren't always horrid." Adelle decided, closing in on the bandit and jumping last second in an attempt to lodge Chirijaden into its head.
