Okay, let's see...
Light/Shadow: Appears at the Great Maw. Moves to Castle; Light begins research, Shadow guards. Begin searching the area/town. "Retreats" to tell about findings.
Dawn/Dusk: Appears in...the Garden? Begins searching entire castle. *MAYBE* research the Library? (Most likely Dawn would and its up to her) One way or another (blows up floor, someone triggers it, etc), finds the Cornerstone and Timeless River. "Retreats" to tell about Cornerstone and Portal.
All the while the Husks are fighting people who don't want to die in various areas of the areas. For Radiant Garden, I'd lean to Great Maw and the Town, for Disney Castle....I don't know lol
We are only going to be taking minimal damage and only from very skilled writers. Masks should remain undamaged, trenchcoats can have *slight* ripping and tearing, but should still remain about 75% undamaged.
Hmmm...Maybe we should have some kind of limit between our posts? I mean, think of it this way, there are going to be DOZENS of people attacking us! lol I mean, we could have like 20 people post between each of us if we aren't careful.
Maybe 3 people are allowed to post between each warrior's post? 5 or 6 at most >.>

Pffft...I won't even take ONE percent damage! D: XD
But uhhhh...as for the amount of people allowed to participate, I've been thinking of this, and I think four is a good number. Also, we should make it known that you SHOULD NOT participate unless you are acceptionally skilled in RPing. This will not only make it more interesting for us, but it'll also prevent n00bs from attempting anything.
Sadly enough, Im not one who practices tact, so I'll just say it.
If someone like "angelous" participates in either thread....I think I'll have to leave staff forever. XD

No no no, I don't mean limiting the number of participants, just limiting the amount of posts between each of ours.
And yes, we need to make sure people understand that to be honest.
People *need* to understand that only people who are very skiled writers and are unafraid of the chance of dieing should attack us, all others should fight the Husks.

Oh I get it..><; xD
Uhm..yeah, then maybe four or five posts between each or ours. Just...somehow, make that point known. Only the most skilled should target us. The others face the Husks.

There isn't really a way to monitor people and keep them posting that way.
I say we just allow 6 people in per thread and then make the thread Closed. That is 24 people participating in the event total. That is plenty.
Or 4. 4 works too.

<.< Yeah there is lol, but yeah, I guess allowing only a few people would be okay, we just have to make sure we get our points across.
Also, we should make another point that other people will be allowed to participate in the NEXT Event, we need to keep a list to keep the same people from participating EVERY time...
Okay, so we'll send out a Mass PM and state it very simply.
24 different people will be allowed to participate in the Plot Event, 6 in each thread. It will very simply be "First come, first serve", with no arguements.
These people should recognize 4 things. 1, they must be *VERY* good writers with great skill or else they won't last very long. 2, they must be willing to take the chance of dieing. 3, in order to attempt to keep things fair, they will not be allowed to enter the next 2 Plot events. 4, only 3 people are allowed to post inbetween each Warrior post, that way everyone has a fair chance to make a move and not overwhelm the others.
How does that sound?

I don't think people should be limited on how many events they participate in. That is stupid. Obviously, only the active people will get to participate in events, and that is fine. Doing this promotes activity.
On a side note, everyone is only allowed to use one character per event.

<.< And then we get bitched at because people who are in a different time zone than us, unable to get on because they are SLEEPING, and are more active than the people who join the Event, don't get to, makes GENIUS sense...
Fine, the NEXT Event they have to skip it.
That should have been obvious, with the "24 different people" comment.

That arguement doesn't hold much ground, because it isn't like we'll ever by catering to the needs of people in time zones that are too extremely different. If people can't get online during the day, then they really aren't able to participate. End of story. And, if they can't get on during the day for time zone reasons, then they live in England or something and so there are too few of them to really worry about.
Skipping one event sounds more reasonable.

There are more people here from Europe than I think you'd believe lol, and I know several people from Asia too, so I wouldn't always assume that.
But alright, one event.
Think there is anything else we should say?
Also, since we are only allowing 6 people to enter the 2 Husk threads, should we still make it "no death" or should we make it the same as the Warriors?

Giving the less...fighter-esque people/characters a chance is something we should do, so yes, keep the 'no death' thing.

Things to say in the Mass PM:
24 different people with only one character each will be allowed to participate in the Plot Event, 6 in each thread. It will very simply be "First come, first serve", with no arguements.
These 24 people should recognize 4 things: 1, they must be *VERY* good writers with great skill or else they won't last very long.
2, they must be willing to take the chance of dieing if they intend to join a Warrior thread.
3, in order to attempt to keep things fair, they will not be allowed to enter the next Plot Event.
4, only 3 people are allowed to post inbetween each Warrior post, that way everyone has a fair chance to make a move and not overwhelm the others.
Can we think of anything else to include?

Another thing, make sure people know that this is all happening "live", that events that happen here actually DO happen.
