This is the basic template you will need to fill out when you are applying for a canon character. Before you audition, however, I must ask that you please refer to the canon character list to see if the canon you desire is open. If the canon is already taken, then you cannot apply for it. However, if the owner has been away for an extended period of time, PM the staff about it and we'll see if it has been long enough that we can take away the character from the owner.
Also remember you can audition for a canon from any SquareSoft/Enix or Disney series. Only from those two categories, as well as the whole of Kingdom Hearts. No exceptions.
When auditioning, you must make your inclusion of other characters limited. Also, you must show inner and outer personality in the audition.
In the case of multiple people trying out for the same character, we will compare auditions. If we can't decide, you will be given a scenario to reply to, and whoever does the best wins.
A person may only audition for any canon once a week. This is to prevent canons from being snatched up and keeping the workload of staff stable. Plus, this will make your auditions better. xP
Final Fantasy/Square Enix and Disney characters not in the games You are free to audition for any canon from Square Enix or Disney not in the game. We encourage that you implement some kind of Kingdom Hearts-esque elements into your audition, just like you would have done so in your character's history in order to tie the canon in with Kingdom Hearts. It's not required, but highly suggested since the mods are usually looking not only for your accuracy in portraying the canon but also how well you would be able to tie them into the Kingdom Hearts universe. We are in a KH RP after all. So think of it as a way of boosting your chances of getting that non KH canon you want.
Re-auditioning
Those who have auditioned for a canon previously[and of course, receive two approvals from staff members] do not need re-audition for the same canon if they wish to take the character back after deleting the canon from their character list. To get the canon back, you would have to post up the canon profile with the link to the audition, or PM one of the staff to have your canon's profile moved back to the Perfected Profiles with the audition as proof.
This rule does not apply to canons that have been taken from the owner through a canon challenge or if the canon is currently taken.
