General Character Information
--------------------------------------
Character Name: Goofy
Character Age: Old. Disney Castle's inhabitants seem to age incredibly well.
Character Gender: Male
Character Race: Some say he's an anthropomorphic dog, but your guess is as good as his.
Character Position: Good
Character Personality: Goofy is one of the friendliest, easy-to-love guys around. He doesn't talk too much, he doesn't lie or insult people when he does speak, and he almost always stays positive despite what bad things might be going on. On the downside Goofy's rather clumsy and is easily swayed by the opinions of his friends, especially a certain pushy duck, even when he might have different ideas of his own. Goofy's easygoing and fairly submissive attitude often has people write him off as simple-minded, but on the upside he has a knack for noticing important things that can be easily overlooked and is able to do what he believes is right without fearing the potential negative consequences that could follow. Goofy is most loyal to his friends, especially Donald, Sora and, of course, King Mickey and Queen Minnie. On a final note, despite both his occupation and the adventures that made him an incredibly powerful warrior, Goofy still dislikes fighting and especially despises weapons. When he knows it is necessary, however, you'll never once hear him complain about what has to be done.
Character's Appearance: Goofy, Captain of the Royal Knights. Thanks to the current state of the universe knowledge of other worlds is no longer a secret, nor is travel between them forbidden. This allows Goofy to go wherever he pleases in his favourite set of armour.

Battle Information
--------------------------------------
Weapon Name: Guardian Angel
Weapon Appearance: The Guardian Angel shield retains many of the physical qualities of it's original form, the Save the King. To stress the important changes, shield's colouring has become completely white all across, the various spacial gaps have been filled in with a shiny crystal substance to give it a rounded shape, and the two main body frames of the original have been modified to have even more of a traditional wing-like appearance, no doubt in accordance to the shield's namesake. The heart emblem in the center of the shield is now an opaque heart-shaped stone. Inside the stone is a swirling mass of white energy that makes it look very much like a miniature Conerstone of Light. Every part of the Guardian Angel is constantly glowing brightly with self-generated illumination. As a direct upgrade to the Save the King, the Guardian Angel has superior offensive and defensive capabilities to the original model.
Abilities:
Logic-Defying Fortitude
Massive blows to the head that result in little more than short naps is only the tip of the iceberg for Goofy's mind-boggling resiliency. Fire, ice, lightning, gravity, physical trauma... it all may hurt but usually Goofy manages to come out the other side alive and well, though a little less well than he was before of course. Suffering char-like burns when he should have been vaporized or lighting up like an X-Ray and then coughing smoke when he should have been lethally electrocuted are but a few examples of Goofy's ability to survive life-threatening experiences beyond the power of logical thought. It may not make the knight immortal but it has managed keep him alive for this long, at least. Among the allies he's had during his travels few are now able to measure up to Goofy in pure stamina, even the hulking Beast.
Physics-Defying Momentum
Massive blows to the head from a mainly vertical angle which result in being thrown several feet horizontally is only the tip of the iceberg for Goofy's mind-blowing ability to defy physics. The ability is hardly all-powerful of course, even when used for attacking rather than just unrealistic reactions to being attacked. Goofy has a few known applications such as rocketing into the air at heights and speeds exceeding what he should be able to jump with, charging through enemies he shouldn't be able to knock over without being stopped, or spinning around and maneuvering himself while doing so without actually using his feet to guide his body.
MP Gift
Like most beings Goofy has the potential to use magic, but he himself has never learned much of it. Instead of letting what power he does have go to waste Goofy instead gained the ability to share his energy with his allies. When MP Gift is cast on a target any cool-down periods they may currently be waiting out are instantly refreshed, giving that character access to their full arsenal of abilities. For obvious reasons Goofy cannot use MP Gift on himself. This ability has a cool-down period of three turns.
Additional Abilities:
Guardian Shine
The Guardian Angel shield constantly shines brightly with the power of the Cornerstone of Light. While it doesn't have the light to protect and entire world from darkness, it does protect Goofy and anyone near him with great efficiency. Weaker creatures of darkness would be defeated merely by the shield's presence, and stronger beings either made of or steeped in the use of darkness would find the Guardian Angel's close proximity unbearable, not to mention direct attacks from it potentially fatal. While within the brilliant borrowed light of the Cornerstone Goofy and his allies are well protected from the powers of darkness and even magical spells or curses used against him would find their effects dampened or neutralized by the protective nature of the Guardian Angel's power.
Goofy's Secret Stash
Goofy's special supply of Hi Potions and Hero's Drinks which he keeps hidden on his person at all times, just in case of an emergency. If he and his friends are in major trouble the guardian will pull out one of the healing solutions. Doing so causes whoever Goofy chooses to recover half of their full health back and fixes up any current wounds or injuries. Goofy has to resupply eventually though and will run out in a battle after using three Hi Potions. He can also, at the same time or separately, open up a set of Hero's Drinks. These potent potions can fill Goofy and his allies with a strong vigor and makes all of their basic attributes, strength, magic, defence, speed, etc., increase for three turns. Hero's Drinks are harmful if taken again immediately after their effect wears off so Goofy must wait five turns before he can use another on somebody. On the plus side Goofy's secret supply is abnormally well-stocked in these rare brews and he won't be running out any time soon.
Super Goofy Tornado
Goofy begins to spin around rapidly, but not like he does for ordinary attacks. With his shield held horizontally to match his arm instead of vertically to be at a right angle to it, Goofy's body begins to float up a meter or so off the ground as he turns and he can also move around freely as he hovers. While doing so the wind swirling around him takes the form of visible streaks of green as the ability's special power comes into effect. Enemies in the area become caught by the strange green wind and forcibly drawn towards Goofy's spinning form where they are held there for the remainder of their turn while simultaneously being struck repeatedly by Goofy's swinging shield. In addition to drawing in and holding enemies the green wind also acts like a barrier around Goofy himself, protecting him from most forms of attack during it's duration. This ability has a cool-down period of three turns.
Ultimate Whirl Combo
A succession attack consisting for four parts over four turns. Bright white energy swirls around the the user during these attacks, protecting them from physical attacks and allowing the moves to deal powerful repeated damage to anyone the technique collides with as the assault is carried out. Strong direct attacks of a supernatural power can only have their damage dampened by about half by the protective energy but that partial dampening comes at the cost of the technique being forcibly ended before it can enter the next level. On the initiation attack, Whirly-Goof, Goofy begins to spin like a top while slamming into enemies. In the second part, Whirly-Goofra, Goofy's body becomes horizontal and spins around like a helicopter blade, continuously hopping up off the ground and falling back down as he starts and ends the rotations. In the third part, Whirly-Goofga, Goofy grabs his own ankles and his body begins to roll around quickly like a wheel, during which time he can makes hops to reach off-ground targets as well. The final attack of the combination, Whirly-Goofja, is a hectic attack in which Goofy curls up into a much tighter ball and directly homes in on enemy targets with speedy, hard-hitting bounces that hammer into his enemies when they collide. The range, speed and attacking power of each of these attacks are all doubled if performed with an another character as a teamwork move where Goofy and the ally hold on to each other throughout the turns. This ability has a cool-down period of two turns for each part of the succession attack that was used.
Critical Cosmo Boost
Goofy's body goes rigid with his shield held up flat above his head for a moment before he suddenly takes off through the air like a rocket, literally leaving a trail of smoke behind him as he flies at incredible speed. During this attack Goofy flies into the closest enemy targets with no less than six passes to deal huge amounts of damage while being nearly immune to harm himself. The power of the attack is at a level that lets it smash clean through the strongest of enemy defences, physical or supernatural, and even reflect spells without losing speed. Goofy can also initiate this ability with the help of a friend by having them "launch" his body. Doing so increases the speed of the flight to new levels, allowing Goofy to better attack enemies who can use high-speed dodges to evade the usual rocket-powered passes. This ability has a cool-down period of five turns.
Mega Drive
Goofy causes thousands of Drive Orbs to fly out form the face of his shield. Each orb is pure energy and can pass through any physical material, including enemies themselves, each one dealing a small amount of damage as they do so. They can also become physically solid if necessary. Damage dealt by each individual orb passing through an enemy is fairly ignorable on it's own but becomes incredibly dangerous when in so many numbers. An improvement over the ability's previous form, Major Drive, Mega Drive also allows Goofy to choose whether to let the yellow balls fly out and spread over an area or to concentrate them into a single stream. This change can be done whenever desired and of course Goofy can freely aim his shield wherever he wants the Drive Orbs to fly. This ability can be maintained for up to three turns and has a cool-down period of two turns for each turn it was in use.

Character History
--------------------------------------
Goofy spent his days in service to King Mickey of Disney Castle as the Captain of the Royal Knights. One fateful day, however, his best friend Donald the court magician approached him with startling news: The King had vanished and left them instructions on what must be done to save the universe! With a chronicler by the name of Jimminy Cricket supplied by Queen Minnie and two Gummi Ship engineers named Chip and Dale, Goofy and Donald set out for a world called Traverse Town to find a man named Leon spoken of in the King's letter.
In Traverse Town Goofy and Donald had no luck finding Leon, but one of his allies Aerith ended up finding them instead, She explained about the terrible monsters known as the Heartless and of the researcher Ansem. When the Heartless attacked Goofy and Donald eventually ended up falling right on top of a boy named Sora, who wielded the very Key the King had told them to find and stick with. After defeating a powerful Heartless together the three banded together, agreeing to help Sora search for his lost friends while they searched for their missing King.
The trio's travels across the world brought many battles as well as many revelations about the Heartless and Sora's Keyblade. Eventually a climactic showdown at the dark castle Hollow Bastion ended with Sora releasing the heart of his friend Kairi from inside of himself, transforming him into a Heartless. While Kairi was able to wake up once her heart returned as well as transform Sora back into his old self, she was also the seventh princess of heart and her presence caused the dark Keyhole to become complete. Sora's possessed friend Riku held back the revealed villain Ansem so that the group could escape and, with a little help from Cid Highwind, Sora, Donald and Goofy made their way back to Hollow bastion to close the Keyhole for good. With their work done the heroes tracked down the Seeker of Darkness to the End of the World, where their final showdown would take place. The Kingdom hearts of worlds was opened and Ansem was defeated, but in order to close the Door to darkness and prevent an enormous surge of Heartless from entering their realm King Mickey and Riku had to lock it from the inside. Goofy and Donald were told to have faith, for there would always be a door to the light.
Immediately after the events at the End of the World, Goofy and Donald traveled with Sora on a world between the planes of Light and Darkness. There they encountered Castle Oblivion, where a rogue band of a larger force known as organization XIII sought to erase all of their memories and replace them with false ones so they could take control of the Keyblade master. Goofy and his friends of course always remembered their faith in each other and overcame the trials, defeating the castle group's leader Marluxia. In order to restore their memories, however, the witch Namine who altered them had to seal them away in pods where they would forget everything that happened to them there.
While they were asleep Ansem the Wise, now known as Diz, had the three heroes transferred to his lab in Twilight Town where they would be safer from Organization XIII. During the entire next year they were fast asleep inside the [pods while Diz worked to retrieve Sora's Nobody Roxas and have him merge back with the Key Bearer so Sora could be complete. It was a success and Goofy and Donald awoke with Sora to find their young friend had grown quite a bit while they were asleep, none of them having any memory of how they had ended up here. After getting some clues about the King the trio was off to Yen Sid's tower where they learned that some villains were still up to no good with the heartless, and old acquaintance of Donald and Goofy's named Pete for instance. They also learned from Yen Sid about the Nobodies and how the threat to the worlds was not yet solved.
Goofy set out with his two best friends once again to meet up with their old pals at Hollow Bastion. While learning about the restoration attempt there the three were confronted by the mysterious remaining members of Organization XIII, whom they had no recollection of. With their current adversaries identified the three traveled across worlds together again, fighting off the heartless and tracking down clues on their missing friends wherever they went. Eventually they managed to meet up with King Mickey again in Hollow Bastion, where he explained about the difference between Ansem the Seeker of Darkness and Ansem the Wise. Before they could all set out to find Riku together, though, the Heartless began rampaging and had to be dealt with immediately.
During the crisis Goofy had to save the King from a surprise heartless attack, earning himself a nasty blow to the head which should have been fatal. He awoke a short time later however and caught up with his sad and enraged buddies, telling them they shouldn't have worried since he gets hit on the head all the time. After rejoining the group Goofy and the others went after the Organization XIII leader, the Nobody of Ansem the Wise's top apprentice Xehanort. They were separated from him by massive hordes of Heartless, but Goofy and Donald both gave Sora the OK signal and each of the heroes took on a force of several hundred single-handedly until all of them were cleared out. During the resulting confrontation with several members of the organization Goofy and his friends learned about how the Nobodies were using the hearts released by Sora's Keyblade when it defeated Heartless to form their ultimate goal, Kingdom Hearts. After some preparations and reassurances the trio was ready to find a way to the Organization's world and stop them once and for all.
After finding their way into the Corridors of darkness via Twilight Town, Goofy and company were assaulted by hordes of Nobodies. The Organization member Axel mysteriously came to their aid, and ultimately sacrificed himself in a kamikaze attack that would clear the heroes' path, or at least so it would seem to them. They entered the World that Never Was without realizing Axel would ultimately survive and stayed true to their goal. They reunited Sora with his friends Riku and Kairi and defeated more members of the Organization. When King Mickey and Ansem the Wise showed up to try to digitize Kingdom hearts for safekeeping they managed to make it unusable to Xemnas but ultimately it cost Ansme the Wise dearly. The united Key bearers were followed by Donald and Goofy all the way to the final confrontation with Xemnas, but in the end only Sora and Riku were given the chance to face the Nobody's true might. Goofy and the others were forced to flee the Castle that never Was and returned to Destiny islands, Sora's home world, in the hopes that the two best friends would find their way back.
On Destiny Islands the returned adventurers and Kairi waited patiently for their lost pals to return. While Donald took their missing status rather sorrowfully, Goofy kept a positive as he always did. He was sure Sora and Riku would come back, just as he was sure their hearts were still connected to each other's. Sure enough he was right and the best friends reappeared on the beach like a miracle, quickly followed by heartfelt greetings from the dog and duck.
With their current adventures over Goofy had to say a temporary goodbye to Sora, heading back to Disney castle where he belonged. About half a year later however, during the party events that would act as celebrations of the newfound unity throughout the universe, Donald and Goofy took a Gummi Ship to Destiny Islands to attend the party there and see their old friends rather than stay at the one being held by King Mickey. While the two were still in the Sea of Space, however, tragedy struck and all four Key Bearers disappeared in violent attacks. Goofy and Donald arrived in time to read the newly recovered Ansem Report for themselves and made haste back to Disney Castle to inform the King and Queen, only to find they were too late to help either Sora or Mickey.
Now Goofy readies himself for the next great adventure under the orders of Queen Minnie. In preparation for the trials to come Goofy was given a special power to help protect the worlds. His Save the King shield was directly infused with energy from the Cornerstone of Light, transforming it into a new weapon of enhanced power and abilities. During the warrior raid on Disney castle Goofy and Donald were away on a mission to warn all their old friends and allies of the dangers that may face their worlds in the near future. Goofy still doesn't doubt that his King and friends can yet be saved from whatever fate has befallen them, just as he still doesn't doubt that he can feel their light within his heart.

Goofy stood tall with his right hand stroking the bottom of his chin. The dog's eyes looked over the object in question with one brow raised high in analysis. In his left hand sat the object in question as the knight appraised it's value to his current mission. If he made the wrong choice here disaster could strike Disney Castle the likes of which it hadn't seen in ages. Everything rested upon him now.
"I'll take it!" he said happily, sure of his choice. Goofy's right hand reached into his wallet and deposited the required munny on to the shopkeeper's counter. It was a simple store with a few choices in jewelry and other knick-nacks. A small room with shelves along the walls to display the modest merchandise. In minutes the desired item was boxed and gift-wrapped and Goofy picked it up carefully with both hands before making his way out of the store.
"I think Daisy will really like this one," he said with cheer as he made his way back to the gates of the majestic Disney castle and it's beautiful green hedge garden. He'd gotten pretty good at figuring out what the female duck liked, he thought. To be fair the captain of Mickey's knights had gotten plenty of practice. Donald had been sending Goofy to buy Daisy's birthday gifts for him while the magician distracted his girlfriend from realizing he'd forgotten the date again for years.
