Physical appearance ~ : Eldin's body doesn't look very powerful thanks to the small size of his muscles and nearly lanky bone structure. He stands an even six feet tall and much of that is leg length. Eldin's head is more square shaped then round. While managing to be short and unkempt for most of his life, the boy's Nobody's hair has turned a very metallic silvery grey colour from it's original bright blond while managing to appear slightly less erratic. It styles in curves at the front, pointing in collected spiky strands to frame the right side of his face. The Nobody's eyes have also changed and while they retain the full ability of the being's expressiveness their irises now show off a deep red colour instead of a pleasant amber. Eldin's mouth is rather wide, which he used to use for big, happy smile and over-the-top expressions. Even without a heart it remains useful for that purpose to his empty shell.
Clothing/Accessories ~ : Eldin's upper body clothes consist of a single layer. He wears the top half of a sleeveless dark grey Keikogi with a mostly open fold from the solar plexus up. It's lining is a lighter grey. The Nobody's pants are a very thin aqua-coloured material and are pulled up tightly to just below the knees at all times, resulting in a mass of layered wrinkles below it's kneecap. The heart-lacking being has only a pair of blue sandals for footwear. It's belt is a black sash tied in place at the front. In addition to the main garb Chaosin always wears a short, thin scarf regardless of the weather. It is an almost crystal-like light blue colour, so much so that it seems capable of reflecting light like glass. The accessory is worn around his neck and shoulders and is likely an homage to the much longer and thicker red scarf worn by the would-be hero Eldin Desura.

Alignment ~ : Questionably Good
Behavior ~ : Having lost its heart, Eldin's body no longer has a purpose to exist for. The only thing that keeps it going is an imaginary need it has placed upon it's own mind to seek out new things and experience them, as if to validate its existence through living life to the fullest. If possible, it would try to regain it's heart at a moment's notice but no paths to this option seem to be available for it's kind, at least that it knows off. Having deluded himself into believing that he can laugh and feel amusement, Eldin constantly seeks out new things to partake this action from as if doing so enough would eventually make it real. Chaosin himself actually believes it to be true.
Chaosin has a theory, the root of which is ill-founded and spurred on only by desperation. The Nobody believes that through experiencing all of life even as a Nobody he can find some validation of existence even where there is none to be had. Eldin's belief of the greatest thrill in life would be when the life itself is in great danger and in near-death experiences. Because of that Eldin is an incredibly reckless Nobody when new yet dangerous experiences wait to be tasted, especially since feeling fear is not really possible for it. This is further made dangerous by the fact that the Nobody is devoid of the somebody's previous telekinetic and spiritual powers, making it's body no longer like armour and it's lack of a sixth sense now rendering it's dependence on that sense a liability. Chaosin can barely stay aware of the things going on around him anymore because of that loss, but in the end it finds that makes the surprises of life all the more thrilling. He needs that extra boost because the Nobody is incapable of feeling thrilled as it is and having the complete awareness of his old self would make it all the more boring. Chaosin is actually "happy" about this complete inverse in situation because it lets it experience life more as a normal person while seeking the definition it's own, would-be, existence.
He fears that admitting that being a Nobody is the same as not really being alive.
Chaosin hopes to be acknowledged as existing in some form, even if not as a normal person. For this acknowledgment Eldin would go to nearly any lengths, even self-destructive ones.
Chaosin laughs, a lot, at anything and everything no matter what trouble it gets him into. It is the Nobody's only source of diversion from itself and therefore it's main pastime activity.
He seeks acknowledgment for his existence from not just people but from the world itself, Chaosin is loud and attention-seeking whether around people or all by himself. He will proudly talk to himself, even yell, while alone as if shouting would get the very earth to admit he's alive. New things grab the Nobody's attention and hold it strongly until it has had its fill. The non-being is always tries new things when the opportunity comes along and loves, as much as it can without a heart(Which is none), the thrill of the experience. Something it has already tried before, however, is seen as boring and pointless. The only exception is with the thrill of cheating death, but even that must be done in new and different ways to make him interested. While around people Chaosin is social to a fault given memories of Eldin Desura's socially unadjusted disposition to work from when combined with a need to force himself to be a part of the existence of others. He can be very much like a little child, always wanting others to validate him while being questioning and selfish in his ways in return.

Primary Weapon(s)
ID: Boiling Blood
Quality: Average
Chaosin's leftover body actually bleeds, but not the blood of a natural being. The Nobody leaks pitch black liquid that flows even more quickly than real blood and is much less sticky. It easily burns on contact due to being an abnormally high temperature(Ala boiling water). Chaosin is also not nearly as affected by the loss of his blood as a normal would be by theirs, but only in comparison of volumes. Chaosin bleeds approximately 5 times as much blood from any wound that a normal person would, but is just as affected by losing 5 times as much as they would be by the normal amount.
Secondary Weapon(s)
ID: None

Spiritual Destruction ( aka "Spirit Bolt" )
Because of his Other's unique abilities and end, the Nobody Eldin Chaosin is now kept alive by an energy source that is the exact polar opposite of normal spiritual energy and has the power to cancel that opposing energy out. By way of remembering Desura's training Chaosin can pull his soul's power to the surface. Starting from his body and shooting outwards in a straight stream, Chaosin uses his unique powers to destroy spiritual energy in the air from existence. The destruction of the energy creates a bright purple discharge of raw power resembling thick, straight tubular streams of electricity. These "Spirit Bolts" cause heavy non-elemental damage to anyone or anything that they strike. They have a flying range of 20 meters and can be maintained as a steady beam . Their point of fire can move across his body and their angle of fire can be pivoted during use.
Strength: Strong
Uses: Chaosin can have one active Spirit Bolt every turn. If any amount more than one is used in a turn then the number of Spirit Bolts he can utilize in a turn can not exceed 1 for a number of turns equal to that excess amount, up to a maximum of 8. During the recharging period after each turn Chaosin will regain the use of one extra Spirit Bolt after each turn but no more than that. If any of these are used before the required limit is reached then the recharge period will start over from the beginning again.
Expel Spiritual Remnants ( aka "Soul Blast" )
When destroyed by Chaosin's opposing soul, spirit energy releases a discharge of power called Spirit Bolts. After that discharge a lingering supernatural presence is left, christened by the Nobody as "dead spiritual energy". This energy is collected by Chaosin and stored inside its empty shell of a body. It can be forced outside of the body as a sight-distorting shock wave that acts as a force comparable in power and speed to a runaway train to push away enemies, allies, objects and physical/magical hazards.
Strength: Strong
Uses: Chaosin always begins with 0 charges of Soul Blast by default. One more charge can be added to his body every time one Spirit Bolt is used. Chaosin's body can not contain more than 20 charges at one time. Dead spiritual energy that can not be absorbed right away because Chaosin's body is at full capacity is lost and will not add a charge to his stores later. When Chaosin utilizes a charge it creates a burst of Soul Blast with a range of 1 meter outward from the center of his abdomen in all directions. Chaosin can utilize more than one charge at a time in order to increase the range of the blast by one additional meter to its radius for each. If Chaosin concentrates the Soul Blast into a directional force instead of an area wave then it can have a size from that of a nail to that of his own body and reach out a distance of 3 meters for every charge utilized to create it. He can also expend additional charges to give the directional Blast an expanding cone shape for 2 additional meters in the cap radius per charge. Regardless of his stored charges Chaosin can not use Soul Blast consecutively.

Eldin Desura was born of a family of psychics. They had the ability to project their thoughts as force in a technique known as telekinesis. Unfortunately for them their family line was one marred by jealousy and fear. This powerful but small group of people were targeted by the short-sighted people of their world and an attempt was made to wipe them out for their superiority. During this period Eldin was a young child just barely three years old. His parents and siblings were all killed in an assault by hunters, their mental strength depleted through sheer exhaustion over time. The final stand occurred when the remaining seven psychics, Eldin's closest relatives, sought shelter in a cave only to be discovered and have the rocky grave collapsed in on them. The next day a group of monks living on the mountain where the cave was located came down to inspect the sight of the tragedy and discovered that the smallest child had miraculously survived. Having not used any psychic powers before in his life the child's fear and survival instincts kicked in at the last moment, fusing his telekinetic powers with his own frail body in order to make it durable enough to withstand the cave-in. The boy, unconscious but still maintaining his personal barrier, was rescued and brought to the temple at the mountain's peak.
It was decided that the boy would have to be raised here in order to protect him from the evil men who would seek his death. They feared the abilities of the boy in that the monks knew not how to teach him how to control his psychic powers and his family's teachings were now lost forever, but it turned out to matter not. Eldin's psychic energy was stuck that way by the trauma, constantly pouring itself into his body to protect it while at a pace that allowed it to refresh again before exhausting itself. He grew up in the temple along with the monks, taught their spiritual ways ever since he had arrived in order to help him make a fresh start of his incredibly young life. Eldin however was filled with rage by the event that would forever scar his life. Once he was old enough he left his surrogate family in order to hunt down the people who killed his original clan and make them pay with their lives.
Just kidding!
Actually Eldin was fine with how things turned out. The spiritual teachings of the monks allowed him to work out his feelings and issues as he grew up without any terrible emotional baggage. He would miss his family of course, but the spiritual connection he gained to the world when the ways of the temple combined with his powerful mind allowed him to communicate with the dead. More specifically, the dead who were also psychic: his lost family. Normally it would take a man over twenty years of training before they could use the temple's teachings to form spiritual bonds and superhuman abilities but thanks to this Eldin was able to cut that time in less than half and merge his spirit with the seven spirits of his deceased kin before the age of fifteen. because of this for Eldin there wasn't much reason to miss them at all for they were now a part of him, always there to make him feel loved and never alone. Because of this special ability however the boy also achieved something thought to be impossible by the leaders of the temple: Bonding one's spirit with a spirit of each of the seven described types. Eldin's family had each taken on a different spiritual property after death, which resulted in this highly difficult bonding known as the Seven Spirit Circle. His father, a Spirit of Power with influence over force, his mother, a Spirit of Life with influence over light, his aunt, a Spirit of Death with influence over darkness, his uncle, a Spirit of Wind with influence over gases, his sister, a Spirit of Water with influence over liquids, his brother, a Spirit of Earth with influence over solids, and his cousin, a Spirit of Fire with influence over energy. Through the Seven Spirit Circle it was believed that the boy would be able to learn all of the temple's techniques, given a lifetime to train of course. Unfortunately, it was also said that the appearance of the Circle meant a great disaster was coming upon the world, believed to be due to the great amount of power it could cause a single human to attain and misuse. Many wondered if it was true, but also knew that Eldin wouldn't misuse his powers so long as they kept a watchful eye on him. They were successful after all, as Eldin had no feelings of vengeance in his heart to lead him astray.
In the meantime, during the years of his training at the temple, Eldin grew up without much in the way of children's entertainment. The temple was previously only for adults, after all. Eldin was too young for much of the literature around so instead a few of the men went out and brought back story books for the lad to both improve his reading and to entertain himself outside of training. Without fellow kids around, and none of the adults truly being parents but just teachers, Eldin immersed himself in the fantasy stories he read, often going out to get more on his own using what small allowance he was permitted due to his special circumstances. Even when he was older and able to read the temple's literature he still read such stories of heroism's battles against villainy, wishing that the real world were more like the stories. The temple monks had various supernatural powers due to their training, as did Eldin himself, but they were merely used as means towards spiritual enlightenment.
When he was sixteen and still a socially unadjusted teenager Eldin's world underwent a drastic change, as if the foretold disaster was truly at hand. More specifically, it disappeared. Someone found out about the survival of the youngest child of the Desura family, most likely because of his trips to acquire the stories he so loved, and before too long a mob had assembled at the temple gates, demanding to be let in or to have the boy sent out. The people and their weapons were no match for the monks and their heightened abilities, but the darkness in the hearts of these men was like a powerful beacon calling out to the plague of the universe: the Heartless. They were drawn to this assembly of dark hearts and suddenly Shadows began to pop up all around the outer yard of the temple, surprising the monks. The mob was attacked and their hearts gave birth to yet more Heartless which turned their collective efforts on the acolytes. The superhuman powers of the men were fought against using numbers and the deceptive abilities of darkness, overwhelming them in time. Soon the temple was literally crawling with the ever-searching black monsters. Eldin scrambled to retrieve a weapon from the temple's armoury, a spear he was well-versed in using, and defended himself alongside others from the dark menace. The larger numbers of warriors inside the temple made the fighting easier for them and they quickly caught on to the tricks of their mysterious foes. Unfortunately for them the temple was also the location of their world's Keyhole. The Heartless managed to discover it in the inner sanctum before they were completely eradicated and made their way down to the Heart of the World. Everything was soon engulfed in chaos, a terrible shadow appearing in the sky and Heartless in far greater numbers popping up all across the land. Eldin fought against the Shadows with his allies until the end but it was already too late to save their home. After waking up in Traverse Town Eldin learned about the Heartless and, with the help of a new Gummi Ship, began his quest to purge the monsters from every world he could find!
Nope! Got you again!
When Eldin really regained consciousness after his world vanished into darkness all around him it was actually rather sudden. There was a loud roaring of hundreds of voices as if from all around him and his mind was suddenly jarred into focus. The last thing he could remember as everything went black was wishing as hard as he could for a hero to appear and save everyone, just like in his favourite stories. A true hero that didn't fear the vanishing world as Eldin had done. Suddenly there was a loud nose like the clashing of great forces and the thunderous cheers roared again, snapping Eldin's train of thought back to the present. He appeared to be in a hallway of stone, a building of some sort not unlike his temple though the differences in colour and design were enough to not make him mistake it for home. He got up and followed the path towards the noise when the open exit appeared before him, revealing a startling sight.
Outside under the open sky was a square stone floor upon which took place an amazing feat of combat, no doubt the finishing blow of what had been a great battle. As soon as the victor was established the source of the noise from earlier became quite apparent as it had been the crowd watching the fight who now cheered even greater than before, standing and applauding as well. The young boy slowly walked out farther and lined up along the crowd as one of them, watching as another match soon began in the center of this outdoor arena. Both men and beast did battle here, but whenever victory was announced everyone cheered for the same thing: The triumphant hero. Eldin's eyes were practically sparkling with astonishment as he took in all that the day's events had to offer.
Olympus Coliseum. Eldin wouldn't forget that name for the rest of his life. Even though he'd lost everything he'd ever known it was like his heart had taken him to the place where his childhood fantasies were more real than ever. Actually, not everything was left behind. Bonded to his soul remained the spirits of his family, still able to speak with him and offer their guidance. Their concerns for the fate of the world however were falling on deaf ears. Eldin figured if he was OK then everyone else probably was too and now was no time to be worrying about stuff. He had the chance of a lifetime right in front of him: The opportunity to live his own dream using the training of the monks. There was only one thing standing in his way.
Heroes only.
Foiled by this requirement Eldin found himself ineligible for participation in any games. Still, as the days and weeks and months passed, Eldin absorbed the spirit of this new world like a thirsty sponge. If there was anything needed to become a hero he wanted to know what it was and how to get it. He studied and trained endlessly all for this one thing. His spirits helped guide him in taking his abilities, fairly unique to this world, to higher levels. The new world's techniques and training exercises were excellent for improving his body. He even replaced the spear that he'd trained with for so long and taken with him from his temple with a new sword. He thought that it would be more heroic to use a sword, though the sudden change did cause his skill level to go down compared to his original weapon. Still, a hero must make certain sacrifices in order to be as heroic as possible! Eldin also spent much time exploring the world outside the coliseum itself, learning the heroic legends of this land and also trying to act like a hero wherever he went. He idolized the coliseum's undefeated champion Hercules and tried to learn everything he could from watching the demigod in action, both for in-battle and out-of-battle heroism. Desura tried to get permission to compete in the games every single time there was a new competition and after countless rejections his improvement and diligence was finally enough for him to be allowed entry as a Junior Hero. Unfortunately there was now something new standing in his way.
He was on his original world again.
The day before his debut match Eldin was suddenly spirited away back to his world, completely restored from the darkness by unknown forces. Happy as he was to see his old family of monks once again the only thing on Eldin's mind was that amazing world he'd just left and the things he'd seen there. It was at this point, when recent events combined with his incredibly sheltered upbringing, the boy's mental state could begin to be brought into question. He became convinced that the universe was testing him and his willingness and how far he would go to be a hero. He decided to take this opportunity to become an even greater champion while finding a way, any way, back to that place. For the entirety of the next year Eldin restarted his training at the temple, going further and further into advanced practices and techniques. The others noticed a severe change in his personality from before and many even worried about him and his apparent obsession with heroism, much more so than it had been before. Eldin was definitely far more enthusiastic now and arguably even more child-like than he was even when he was actually younger. Still, that didn't stop him from burning the midnight oil while also looking for clues about other worlds in the universe.
After learning certain high-level techniques a little over a year after returning home Eldin suddenly shut himself up into a period of meditation. He spent days in a solitary room, searching his spiritual connection to the world for the other world... the one he wished to return to. When the monks opened up the chamber again after a full week had passed they would find it empty. The boy had transformed his Body and Heart both temporarily into Soul and transported himself across the Sea of Space as a spirit in the blink of an eye. With this ability he had returned his feet to the sandy ground of the world he longed for. Now only one thing could possibly hold him back from competing in the Olympus Coliseum.
The building had been completely destroyed by a rampaging Hydra.
At this point you could say Eldin underwent a process known as “snapping”. It wasn't anything drastic or even that apparent, really. He didn't suddenly go violently nuts and try to destroy everything in sight, which was a good thing for two reasons. For one the coliseum was already destroyed so there wasn't much more to do about that, and for two this world was still a haven for at least one amazing hero who was more than capable of stopping him. Still, at this point Eldin's mentality went over the edge into a rather unhealthy state. After getting over the incredible shock that had greeted him after a long year of waiting Eldin somehow convinced himself that fate wouldn't allow him to fight here until he was the greatest hero in any legend on any world, a goal that completely consumed him and replaced any other desires or goals that may have still lingered in his heart. To this effect Eldin decided to continue his training here where he left off a year ago. Due to the Coliseum's great off-world popularity Eldin quickly learned about inter-world travel and the transit system that had been established. He worked hard and eventually got himself the munny to buy a simple Gummi Ship. Eldin doubted he could use the same trick he'd done to get back here to visit any world he'd not actually been to himself before. The hero-in-training decided that if there were any more worlds out there like this one then he had to get out there and learn about heroes from everywhere across the universe! He'd travel wherever he could and improve his heroic deeds and philosophy until he could compete in the games again as a true hero. The greatest hero of them all!
In his head, at least.
Putting a lot of practice into his heroic poses and catch phrases and stuff over the course of several months, passing even through his eighteenth birthday, Eldin was actually getting a lot of experiences saving people with his spiritual powers. Eldin was confident that he had a head start in this game, because he had already learned what being a true hero was really all about before he even started.
Sadly, Eldin soon had to put that knowledge to the test. When a huge Heartless burst from the wilderness in a world he was visiting a small village was far too unprotected to withstand it's attack. Knowing full well by his sixth sense alone that the creature of darkness possessed far more power than he did. The boy had lost most of his powers from a villains curse earlier that week. His persistence to fight for justice despite losing what he'd always relied on before had earned him the legendary weapon known as the Keyblade... but his experience without his powers and with the new weapon were too small against this level of opponent. Eldin did calculate though that he could at least use the Keyblade's power to buy the people enough time to escape and for the local heroes and warriors he'd been studying for the past few days to show up and slay the beast... but only at the ultimate cost.
Eldin's heart was was taken by darkness that day. The small amount of the stuff harbouring within him became the flesh of a tiny Shadow, which fled the scene into darkness in the wake of the larger monster's continuing rampage. The Heartless was destroyed and the people and heroes of the village would always remember his willing sacrifice. Far away from them, however, on an in-between world of Twilight Town, Eldin's body reappeared. It's shape had remained mostly the same, save for a few alterations... but when it opened it's eyes the new Nobody instantly new something was wrong. Where were it's feeling of happiness and eagerness? It's old sense of benevolence? They were gone.... replaced by nothing at all.
It didn't take long to meet other Nobodies in the tunnels below Twilight Town. They were not talkative per say, but they seemed to recognize his form as a sign of superiority and offered an explanation as best they could. Eventually it understood.... it wasn't Eldin Desura anymore at all. It was just his body, an empty shell lacking the once-powerful heart that had made it exist. The shell was not ready to accept such a thing, however. As time passed it began to journey and try to force validation of it's new existence from the people and the worlds it encountered. It even fooled itself into believing it could feel some things in order to continue the pursuit of acknowledgment and in the quest to experience all a normal life has to offer those who do exist.
It's fruitless journey continues to this day, and every time it encounters a hero among men the empty shell that moves on it's own will can't help but laugh. Everyone knows they truly exist by the confirmation of protecting the existence of others. If it had the heart perhaps it could define it's existence that way to... the thrill of nearly being destroyed often lures it to try just that as memories of Desura's life teach it, but the experience of nearly being killed always seems to far outweigh the saving of others in all ways. Realizing that it isn't the body of a hero anymore the Nobody dons a new family name from the world of Thae, Eldin Chaosin, and moves on continuously through the darkness towards what it hopes will someday be light.
