Hey, can I join?
I wanna join with one of my more unintelligent charries. So it would either be the Heartless charrie I'm planning on making soon, or dark Sora, because dark Sora or the Heartless could make interesting 'evil' plots and at the same time be dumb and 'entertaining' with their tricks and weirdness. The Heartless or dark Sora could possibly fit in in the animal section, or maybe even others (if you approve)
(See, the thing is, I can make my Heartless quite unique, so it doesn't need to be a bloodthirsty beast, just in case you're leaning against the notion of having a Heartless join the circus)
So once I make my Heartless charrie, since acceptance depends upon the profile, then I'll decide for sure ^^
My only question is: How intelligent do the charries have to be to be a master at any of the jobs?

I would say intelligent enough to do so something entertaining.

How does anybody feel about us having some sort of secret we're protecting? Like an important item or information and some such thing?
If it's something that people would try to kill to get I say go for it.

Lysander is being designed for the spot of Trickshooter and Barker. We'll see if he's acceptable or not.
As for the secret/behind the scenes purpose, I say we ought to have something.
Otherwise we wouldn't be much of a faction.
My proposal, we remain neutral while hoarding a secret from both sides, preferably in the form of information.
However, I have no idea what that secret could be, and I have little desire to be important enough in the circus hierarchy to know that knowledge. Fighting for it's protection, however, would be a different story.
Reasons: For neutral, it's not that hard to see in my opinion. Taking a side means fighting. Choosing Good means losing a good deal of money because you're busy being a hero and saving the day and not putting on shows often enough. Oh and the evil crowd avoids you for obvious reasons, and being a hero exclusive Circus means that neutrals will avoid you so they aren't targeted by villains. Being Evil is pretty much just the same thing backwards. Neutral means more money, and a larger audience.
As for what we be hoarding being a secret, I'm not totally sure why I want that. It just sounds better than some secret item. But if we do end up having something, it should be something both sides want, drawing even more people to the shows, whether they're there to be entertained or not.

Lysander is finished and in the final drafts section. I may feel the need to change him up a bit, seeing as how my idea of him changed so much changed from start to finish.
It'd be a great help if you could take a look at him any time you get the chance and tell me if he's any good for your circus, Sir Bilby.

I shall Brezzen, when time becomes available, but right now I'm more focused on the organizing than the members. Read the recipe before you add the ingredients, I always say.(Not literally, but its a good summary of my general attitude towards things that people who know me would recognize. lol)
I'm sad so few have responded. Come on people, what secret could our circus have that people would kill for? I've been the main idea man behind an org before and I didn't enjoy being alone on that pedestal. I want more potential member input. XD
By the way, if our circus performances can't be THIS awesome, then we may as well not bother doing it at all.

And a good philosophy it is, Bilby.
Well, since I feel somewhat responsible for pushing this idea into creation, I probably ought to be a generator of ideas as well.
How about something that has to do with the Heart.
I know that the heart can't be encoded into data, so we can't really say we know what the essence of a heart is, but what if we knew a secret, say how to make a heart switch sides with itself. Or the secret of how to make every heart vulnerable or something.
And even better, while most people would overestimate it and say "I hear the [generic carnival name] know the secret to weakening all hearts. We must have this trick at all costs to incite our plans for world domination."
When in actuality the secret is just a piece of paper with the word Love scrawled across it in a glass bottle or something.
It's an idea.

I admit I'd personally prefer something actually worth protecting. lol

How about protecting the doorway to the Dark Realm? We would be a circus because we constantly have to move it, for if we moved it without cover, it would make us look suspicious.

OR, since the Door to Darkness has already been locked, perhaps we could be protecting the Door to Nothingness! The Realm of Nothingness that Ansem the Wise was abandoned in after he was betrayed! An infinite source of nothing... a realm that would grant incredible power to any Nobody that found its way within...
That would also explain why our circus has only been formed recently, since Nobodies have only existed for like 10 and a half years and we couldn't have possibly known to keep them out right away.

Bilby, you sir are a creative genius the likes of which I could never hope to be.
It sounds like a really good idea, and I'm all for supporting it.

But isn't the Realm of Nothingness basically the World That Never Was? It rests in that realm.

Realm of Nothingness is where Axel dies, and where Sora and Riku get stranded, right?
I thought The World That Never Was was just a weird parallel Twilight Town.
