General Character Information
--------------------------------------
Character Name: Megara (Meg to her friends)
Character Age: 23
Character Gender: Female
Character Race: Human
Character Position: Good
Character Personality: She’s mellowed out a bit since being literally carried out of the Underworld. Though still a bit on the sarcastic side at times, and still into the role of being a tough, independent woman, she’s not nearly as defensive or angry as she once was while serving Hades. In fact, it has been this moment of peace in her life that has allowed a more caring, nurturing, kinder side to shine through where a mask of deceit was only a few years earlier. She might have even become a bit of a worry-wart now, at least when it comes to Herc. But only when he isn’t looking. Despite his demi-god status, she knows and sees that he suffers from problems that many mortals do. That noted, she takes it upon herself to ease what troubles she can, and to sneak him out every once in a while for a day of playing hooky. It’s obvious she loves the man very much, though it’s still a bit hard to admit it out loud. Sometimes things seem just a bit too suspiciously good. But despite the dream like world she’s woken into, she is and will forever be eternally grateful to Hercules for saving her from the nightmare that was her life.
Character's Appearance: She’s a sassy little thing, sporting a simple pink gown, a purple sash, and sandals. Slender and with curves to show off, long wavy, brown hair and alluringly confident, deep blue eyes complete the look of a mortal woman that could probably send a sailor to an early, watery grave just as well as any siren of the sea.

Battle Information

Weapon Name: None, unless sarcasm, wit, and good looks count? ^_~
Weapon Appearance: Uh, let’s see... Big blue eyes, nice long, soft hair, killer curves like you wouldn’t believe... You know, this is sounding like the ‘Character Appearance’ all over again...
Abilities:
-Divine Protection-
This ability is only a temporary one, uncontrollable and unknown to Meg. It will only activate when her life is in danger- in the form of a golden aura around her body. This shield protects her from both physical and magical assaults by either nullifying the attack or taking most of the brunt of the blow. This move may only last one turn at a time and is followed by a three turn cool down.
-Purify-
Like Divine Protection, this is another ability that has oddly materialized as of recently. This defensive move protects Meg from harmful foreign bodies such as poison, various status effects, or other microbial assailants. It also serves to make her somewhat of a walking antidote, able to cure others of their ailments. Again, this is only a temporary ability, uncontrollable and unknown to her.
-Go the Distance-
Her only permanent technique. Her love for Hercules gives him a boost in battle by replenishing his strength and stamina. This move can only be used once per fight that he is involved in.

Character History

Just your typical boy meets girl, boy screws up, and girl sells her soul to Hades kinda back-story. Things were going well until a certain ‘Zero to Hero’ came along to break up the monotony. And somehow, despite all the odds, she fell for him and earned herself a ‘prize for rotten judgment.’ She honestly couldn’t believe that after all the time she spent in darkness, and with freedom dangling just within her grasp, that she could so selflessly give it all up. But love makes people do the strangest things, doesn’t it? Sacrificing herself for a hero that had almost given up all hope, it was a gamble that paid off in the end. Who knew it was possible for a bad girl to actually get a good ending? Snatched up from the river of death itself, her spirit was reunited with her body. It was the proverbial second chance. One she’s been taking advantage of to its full extent. Things were quiet for a time, until the Hades and the Heartless struck back again in full force, leaving both the coliseum and Hercules in shambles. Thanks to Sora, Donald, and Goofy however, things again worked out. Soon after, the two ‘lovebirds’ as Sora and his friends called them, tied the knot.

Ohhh man, was this ever going to get Phil’s goat. Pun intended. Meg could already imagine the look on the poor coach’s face when he discovered that his student would not be attending the rest of training today. She didn’t have anything against the satyr, well, not anymore. They had settled their differences long ago. Still, that didn’t stop her from getting under the goat-man’s skin every now and then. And certainly there was no better way to do this than to take away his prized pupil for a day.
Unfortunately, this semi-evil scheme only sounded easy. But with a lot of planning and a bit of luck, she was sure to nab herself a Wonderboy today. Equipped with a heavy bucket half full of grain, the woman slowly strolled down the path that connected the small stable and the training grounds, looking for the appointed guard that often kept watch of the area. Hm, perhaps this was becoming more of a habit than she thought. Within only moments of stepping out into the small field, the sound of hooves touching down behind her reached her ears. Turning around, the skeptical look of the winged horse Pegasus brought an almost frivolous grin to her face.
“I suppose this does look a bit suspicious,” she commented with a wry expression, “but come on, can you really blame a girl?” The creature before her replied with a cross between a whistle and a snort. It was obvious he was torn between two loyalties. “Here,” she simply stated, bringing attention to the bucket as she set it down in front of the both of them, “You know the deal. I’ve upheld my end of bargain. So, how about it?” It was cruel to bribe the poor beast of burden with his favorite treat. Honey glazed oats and bird seed. Already the horse was salivating at the sight and smell of it. Petting his head as she slyly walked past, there was no doubt in her mind that obstacle one had been defeated. Indeed, Pegasus, after glancing several times between the retreating form of Meg and the tantalizing bucket of feed, eventually gave in to his sweet tooth and plunged head first into his meal.
Hiding behind a tree, like a forest nymph, the woman appeared quite mischievous as she snuck a glance around its large trunk and towards the large track of dirt that was the training field. She hoped she had timed it right, but at the same time she knew she had. With the stealth of a cat, the woman tip toed quietly through the grass until her eyes at last spotted the napping form of Phil, his small form sprawled out under a nearby shade tree.
A sudden loud snore caused her heart to skip a beat as he rolled onto his side and scratched his rump. It was too bad a video camera hadn’t been invented yet. Else such footage would have been priceless. Still, his restless slumber, though unnerving, was a good sign. Phil only napped when waiting for Herc to return from his morning run. Now if she could just sneak past the sleeping satyr and meet Wonderboy on his way back, her day would be set.
Foot by agonizing foot, in spite of a few hair raising moments, the woman finally made her way past hurdle two. Now only time was her enemy. She couldn’t let Hercules come any closer. A nagging feeling in the back of her mind warned her against allowing the hero to come within yelling distance, or even possibly within sight, of the exercise arena. Hurrying onward, following only a worn trail cut through the grass, she had made some distance but it plain to see that she was obviously no Spartan woman. Stopping to catch her breath, like a wary doe, she stopped to observe her surroundings, both eyes and ears focusing on the sights and sounds around her. Despite the chirping of birds, the singing of bugs, and the occasional rustle of plant life around her, it all seemed oddly quiet to her. Where was her husband?
Megara frowned, not liking at all this feeling of loneliness and confusion. Was this the right path? Logic told her yes but raging emotions screamed their insecurity. Maybe he had taken a different way today? Again, reason spoke to her that this was the path he had always taken. But then, who could say that something hadn’t interfered? Or that he wanted a bit of different scenery? Ugh! This was frustrating! With a deep sigh, the woman walked over to and leaned her small frame against that of an old olive tree. The faint sounds of running could be heard, quickly growing closer by the minute, but drowned out by her now worries and doubts.
Whoa! Her now wide blue eyes darted to the large hand to suddenly appear on her shoulder. “Oh! Wonderboy!” she half exclaimed in both relief and slight sarcasm, as if to try to cover for over-eagerness. Slyly she slipped her fingers into his hand, effectively ‘capturing’ her prize. “What persuasive measures will work to get you to spend the rest of the day with me?” A cute but sassy smile snuck across her lips. Too bad for Herc, ‘no’ wasn’t an answer.
