Going the way of the Bilby...

Sigh. The months of July and August are not going to be kind to me. Aside not being around this previous weekend due to illness and a wedding shower, I don't expect to be around the next few weekends due to a concert and another anime convention. (I'm only going to help a friend at her table.)

Also, at the end of July/beginning of August, I will be gone for ten or eleven days as I take a tour of the East Coast. As great as it sounds, I'm not too thrilled by this. I hate planes... I also hate driving around in unknown areas. But more so than those reasons, I hate family trips in which I'm only invited because I can drive, read a map, and look after kids. -.-; I've never once experienced a good trip/vacation, so I'm not expecting anything good to come from this.

Of course, in order to take this trip, I'm resigning from my job today. Well, technically, I'm giving them my two week notice. (I figure I would have quit soon anyways. I’m getting no where and quite frankly I hate this line of work.) Sooo... that being the case, August will probably be devoted to me not only finding a new job, but also a new place to live. Joy. Both things I really love. ><;;

So there you go. I'm a bit reluctant to do much rping, just because I don’t want to suddenly disappear in the middle of a thread. If this causes a problem after a while then feel free to take my chars. While I’m hoping this won’t be the case, it's really hard to say as to what degree this will hinder me here. I have no idea where I’ll be moving to or what I might be doing job wise. (Yay! Go me and my lack of planning! -.- However, I do intend to visit as much as I can, and to eventually make a full comeback after things settle down.

Well I'm incredibly envious of you for getting to go to an Anime convention (none of my friends like Anime x.x...), and I'm sorry that you're going to go on a trip you most likely won't enjoy. I wish you all the best in finding a job and place to live, and I'm hoping these responsibilities won't completely fill your summer, because I wan to RP with you! >.> Thanks for the warningz, and all the best Larxy.

Anyway, thank you much. And yes! I will add you to my invisible, soon to be typed, list of people that I must rp with! So far it includes... well, pretty much the whole board. xD

But yes, here's hoping for the best, and also a quick return. I'm determined to prove to all of you that I'm capable of making a... *gasp* original character! I refuse to give up on this board until this feat is accomplished! D=<

Now if I can only get through the butterflies-in-my-stomach task of handing my boss my resignation letter today... It will be the beginning of everything. ;-;

Lol, actually, you were right, Ancient. ^^;; My boss was very cool and said it was great that I was doing something like this, though I would still be missed... D= I doubt I'll ever have such an awesome boss like him again.

Yes! An original character that would in turn eventually develop into an all new original character!! *gasp* =O But I won't give anything away yet. Though, since I am doing an original character for once, I might as well do something extravagant! Or at least as close as I can muster... >.>;
