World: Atlantica
Windy scowled. This would not stand. This was just nonsense. Her inky black hair swirled in a cloud around her frowning face. What a rip-off. She had imagined herself as a more elegant, graceful, undersea creature.
But no. She had to have...ligaments.
A large thing that looks something like a lobster's tail swayed forward and back, keeping her upright. It was a rusty red and somewhat bulky, but propelled her through the murky waters with ease. She seemed to have gotten lost.
She couldn't even swing her bedpost properly underwater! She waved it in frustration, somewhat slower than usual.
There was supposed to be a city down here. Or so her stolen travel guide had informed her. Stupid cheap piece of nonsense. She should have gone for 'Hollow Bastion's Best Kept Secret's'.
Wait a moment...
Was that...
Singing?
What fresh hell was this?

Well. THIS was alarming.
A fiery red-head was floating around a bit side-ways, her wavy ponytail elegantly trailing behind her despite her un-elegant movements. What...what kind of foolishness was this?! She had a clownfish butt! Surely there was another type of fish she could have been, and one easier to figure out how to swim like.
it was a bad idea to come here!!
She wrestled around with her tail, growling ferociously. And seriously, how did anyone think these shell bras were comfortable? She had half a mind to just take it off...the original mermaids from the stories were topless anyway..
Finally she seemed to get the hang of it, though frustrated and humiliated. Her whip was even useless.... the sound of music only served to anger her more. And it was cheesy singing too..
Her purple eyes glared toward its source. She wanted to...
ATTACK!

For all intents and purposes, Lysander was... lost. He'd been trying to get to a place some guy had called Agrabah. A place where his talents would be well received, where he could show off to his heart's content and still be appreciated. Unfortunately he'd shown up in this god-forsaken place, half-naked the other half... He didn't even want to think of it. Yes, his lower half was transformed entirely into that of a frilly, flowy Betta fish. A vibrant blue with highlights of reds and yellows and almost silk like fins. Of all the things he could've shown up as he was the most feminine and pathetic looking he'd ever been, and he swam around desperately to keep from being seen. He was far too pretty to be comfortable.
And to top it off he couldn't even summon his weapons. He was stuck here, useless until he could find a way to get out, wasting time since he couldn't summon his weapons and do anything to show off his talents. He shook his head sadly. This sucked, well and truly. With his head down depressedly he swam as quickly as he could (which was a relatively good speed for one who'd never swam before) until he ran right into something or someone, knocking him back and disorienting him. With a groan he looked up, eyes groggy and vision blurred after the impact.

Well isn't this just something... Mikami thought. How the hell did this happen? First he walking along the streets of Traverse Town, and he decided to go to a world called Atlantica, and now, his lower body was seemingly the end of a fish! Is this what happens when you venture into Atlantica? Well he thought so, since it's possibly the only way to move around here. Maybe it's for the best then... he thought, reflecting upon this new discovery, But why the hell is my nose so god damn long?! he thought, not liking the unknowing fact that he had now taken the form of a swordfish.
After he was able to flush away the small yet savage frustration he had due to the changing of his form, he ventured out a little into the waters of Atlantica, swimming with all types of small fish here and there. He then swam to a point where he heard something very odd, especially under water. Singing, it was coming from the north, and although it didn't bother him, it peeked his interest, and he was drawn to it's musical beauty.

From the three stranger's point of view they would already be able to see someone in the distance that seemed to have gotten that exact idea. The sound of mermaids shrieking in fright echoed as they began to flee. Her bedpost may have been harder to swing, but it was almost as painful.
Sand from the ocean's bottom obscured the view of the flailing girl somewhat, but her battle cries were impossible to miss.
"SHUT...UP...!"
The singing had been replaced by a din of rather ill tempered screeching. Colorful and beautiful groups of mermaids were being forced to scatter by the somewhat less ethereal Windy.
"Get out of here you barnacle-ridden strumpets!"
Within a few seconds of this, they were all darting to safety.
"Send my regards to Broadway, you watery tarts!" She snarled.

GLONK
Kia was sent whirling back as something hit her, ruining her pace of swimming she'd worked so hard to get. Even when not a fish she couldn't swim well, so with unfamiliar limbs such as fins and a tail it was that much harder, ironically. And now she was being bowled over by some mindless moron who wasn't watching where they were going.
Righting herself the best she could, she found it was indeed a mer-person. One with pretty pretty fins and a tail yet it was a boy, it seemed. The pretty didn't distract her though. No, Kia was already angry and annoyed the way it was. Having some fish person blindly run into her only made it worse.
Her first instinct was to grab him by the throat and shake him, but she decided not to. Slapping him with her slender fin sounded better, so she did so then turned back around to face him.
"What's the big idea?" came a rough voice that possibly should have belonged to a little boy, noy the matured woman it came from. "Watch where you're going!" she shouted, crossing her arms over those bra shells she hated.
She then heard shrieks and turned her head, glad the singing was gone, but it was replaced with even more annoying shrieking a yelling. Plus, her fight had been lost.
"YOU RUINED EVERYTHING!" she growled at the betta fish. before he so gracefully plowed into her, she'd been on her way to rain pain down on those cheerful little seaweed eating half fish people.

Lysander's vision had just barely cleared as he saw the clown-fish tail coming straight for his face. Taking him totally by surprise he was sent flying back through the water several feet. A stinging red mark left clearly on his face by his tail, the pain ran through him as clear as any thing he'd ever felt. Whimpering, he huddled back in the water, away from her. "I'm sorry." He whined back. First he had this frilly, flashy, colorful tail that so didn't match him at all, and now he was getting beaten up by clownfish mermaids.
He blinked for a few more seconds trying to reorient himself. "Really, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do anything..." This day just really wasn't going anywhere he would have liked it to. Getting lost had been unpleasant but smacked around by mermaids seemed to just top things off as a day to try and forget.

Anger passing somewhat after lashing out, she eyed him irritatedly with a small scowl, rubbing her slightly red and bruised side. If he'd run into her hard enough to nearly knock himself out, that didn't make a bruise that unlikely. A moment of silence passed after his apologies, then she sighed and shrugged. "Fine, fine..." she huffed, wanting to roll her eyes at his pathetic whimpering. To any other girl it would've been cute or moving upon the heart, but not to Kia.
"...Why were you swimming around like that anyway? You need to watch where you're going or next time it'll be a rock and you'll kill yourself." she stated flatly, though her intense eyes moved from his down at his frilly tail..and all the colors. It seemed to distract her a moment, but only a few seconds before she darted her eyes back up. She felt like smirking at him. It had to be embarrassing to have a lower half that pretty when you're a boy. She was embarrassed enough with her slender, frilly clownfish butt, and she was a girl!

Reaching nearby his destination, Mikami got used to have a tail as the lower part of his body, and could somewhat swim well with his new found "parts". He saw the mermaids who were singing, and wasn't really intrigued by them, but by their voice. It was nice to here something good in such a strange land, but it didn't last long. An irritated woman began screeching at them to stop singing in ways too horrible to contemplate. It seemed like hell was going to break loose if the mermaids didn't stop, but thankfully they did, and ran away while they were at it too.
Mikami brushed what just happened off his shoulder, for it was definitely a sight he'd never seen before, but not a sight that was interesting enough for his jaw to drop. But he did wish to speak to the screeching lady. He saw over to her and she seemed to be somewhat distraught from what just happened. "Are you alright there miss? You seem to be a little aggravated. Why don't you just cool down in the mellow waters of Atlantica? I'm sure once you get used to swimming in a place like this, you'll find it's quite the tranquil haven to get away from a hectic life above water."

An eyebrow raised. An awkward silence ensued. Was this guy some sort of filthy hippy? A communist perhaps?
"...Are you trying to sell me something?"
She would have taken a few steps back from this guy, but she had no feet to speak of. So she flapped her tail a couple times but found herself shooting backwards at an alarming rate and crashing into a rock with a dull thud.
Cursing loudly, she glared at the guy, clutching her throbbing head, fire dancing maniacly in her eyes as she clenched her fingers as though ripping through his carapace dramaticly.
"...You're NEXT..."
Everyone else in the vicinity seemed to have somehow divided into fighting pairs. Therefore it seemed logical that she should definitely try to beat this man to death.
Mm-hm. Yep.
The ridiculously aggressive woman pumped her tail with all her energy, sending her shooting forward, bedpost aloft.

Somewhat annoyed by the young ladies actions, Mikami stood his ground without the slightest expression on his face. He just continued to stare at her, and listen to her excessively trying to demean him for what? Trying to cheer her up? That's bullshit, and this is exactly one of the reasons why Mikami doesn't usually start conversations.
Though.. he was still in a bit of a predicament, and he probably couldn't get out of it until she calmed down. It seemed he was a little better at swimming than her, and because of his agility, he easily avoided her straight shot rampage, although it was much faster than he expected. Damn it, why'd I have to come here... he was thinking as he watched her shoot straight by him.

Windy completely missed, shot out into the wild blue yonder and scrabbled at the ground making in a somewhat ridiculous manner, making sand and tiny rocks fly about in an attempt to stop herself. Eventually she managed to skid to a halt, panting heavily.
She would 'charge' once again, likely becoming victim to yet another quick sidestep. And another. And another. She was a rather strange sight. With every charge, her dark hair would flow straight behind her in the water.
The entire situation began to take an uncanny resemblence to a matador successfuly dodging a snorting bull. Except without quite as many tassels.
That she knew of.
"Stop..." Huff huff. "...moving...!" Huff huff huff.
Eventually she just flopped over and began to float a few feet off the bottom, her chest rising and falling heavily. Maneuvering through the water was terribly difficult.
"...Alright...alright....I give.."

Well this is a strange sight, Mikami thought as she said the words "I give." He pictured her to be such an overzealous woman that she couldn't be able to stop until she passed out, but I guess she reached her limit. He did not create a face of authority, bluntly standing proud, looking down upon her defeat, no, that was way too selfish, and that wasn't how he felt at all. Although he was somewhat annoyed at her cause of dashing straight forward at him, he did respect the fact she did not fail to continuously follow her beliefs.
He swam down to where she was inanimately floating in the water. He grabbed her, and brought her to the bottom of the sea, and rested her against the soft, sand filled edges of a hill. He figured this would help her recovery somewhat rather than just floating in the water looking like easy prey. He didn't know what else he could do for the lady, so, he just laid down near her, acting as somewhat of a protector while she rests, obviously knowing she doesn't truly need it. "Well, sorry about the misunderstanding. I think if we met in a different situation, we wouldn't be in this little predicament right now. My apologies."
