Soul
I. "Where does your journey begin?" “My journey huh? Hmmm I don’t know really If I had to guess I guess it would be whenever those heartless creatures came to my home world. I was about 14 whenever those heartless first arrived there I was foolish enough to think that it was some new animal that lived there but I was sadly mistaken. In the midst of our blind happiness with the creatures they took stole the hearts of several of the people who lived in our village, We became scared of them when we saw this happen. My mother being the protective lady she was, forced me to stay inside at all times until the heartless went away. After many weeks of complianments we struck back every one except for me and the children, whom I was ordered to protect at all costs even at my life. What seemed like hours passed as a loud “CRASH!” hit the door the children and I were in several more smashes hit the door. “Stay back!” I yelled at the children “Should they breach the door run into the next room!”, the children opened their mouths to speak but they could not get a word out as the heartless came barreling through the door. I was fighting them off with all that I had until a larger heartless appeared and forced me to take a defensive stance “AAAAHHH!!!!!!” I heard a loud screams from behind me as I looked and saw each and every child losing their hearts. Unfortunately this distraction caused an opening as the heartless I was defending against swung its arm at me sending me to a wall. I struggled to get up but not before I felt my heart disappearing from my body. I suddenly collapsed backward, I did not feel like I was dead instead it felt like I was asleep stiffly or in better words, a coma not an hour or day come no this was a different coma. During my time in my coma I sorted through my memories as I soon realized to my self that I was no more than a tool used to do what my mother wanted me to do that day I soon became aware of this and decided to embrace this change as I did with the heartless arriving. A year passed as I soon felt my self wake up from my coma to find myself not truly myself instead I felt incomplete.”
II. "What is your goal to accomplish?" “My goal? That is simple for me I will travel from world to world until I find a heart for this shell I call a body. I would express my sorrow right now if I could for my lost heart. I am a nobody a heart is probably what I desire most right now no not probably it is what I desire right now.”
III. "What happens if your fail in your goal?" “ I honestly don’t know if I had to guess I would say that I would remain the way I am right now. I would probably follow in the footsteps of my ancestors I will not let emotions get in the way of my goal or others goal if I fail at getting a heart.”
IV. "What happens if you succeed in your goal?" “I guess that depends really on the heart that I get. I guess I would get traits that the person had like kind, funny those traits.”
V. "What was one of the hardest decisions you had to make?" “The hardest decision I ever had to make would be to let my mother go into battle alone without me from our family. She offered me the chance to go into battle or to protect the children. three days I pondered it and I finally made up my mind. I was getting ready to go tell the head of the defense my mother told me that I was to protect the children, resentful I followed her orders instead of disobeying them.”
VI. "What was the biggest change in your life?" My biggest change for me was finding out I did not have a heart. When I awoke that day I ran to find my mother but as I yelled out to her I realized that my heart was not really into the yells I was giving out.”
VII. "What was the happiest time/moment in your life?" “The happiest moment in my life would have been whenever I passed the fighting exam at the age of 11. The exam was quite simple really, each of the graduates in classes of at least 15- 20 students who were in the exam had to last at least 5 minutes in a battle against the proctor. 9 passed when my turn came around. The exam was yelled to begin by the chief of our town. 5 minutes felt like 5 hours in the exam as my fans would block his blades then attack him, Eventually 5 minutes had passed as I was told that I had passed. I felt proud, ecstatic and surprised that I passed the exam as well as the others who took the exam.”
VIII. "What was the most shocking moment in your life?" “ The most shocking moment for me would have been when I was having my heart taken from my heart I felt shocked that they were able to get past me to get the children’s hearts and take me down. I also felt saddened and disappointed that I couldn’t stop the heartless from stealing theirs and mine hearts. But soon those emotions didn‘t really have any place in me as soon as my heart left.”
IX. "What was the darkest event in your life?" “The darkest moment for me would have been when my mother forced me to stay and protect the children. Although I wanted to help my mother I forced my self to obey her order. I was cursing her feeling angry as she forced me to stay behind away from the battle. So I guess cursing her would have been my darkest moment.”
X. "What angers you the most in your life?" “How I must remember that. Simple if people do nothing but hurt those who did nothing to harm them. I had a friend when I was but a small blossom too immature to comprehend the meaning “We are one, We are the world.” She was an outcast of sorts due to her unusual gray hair and turquoise eyes, she was my age but always picked on by the other kids by these differences at first I didn’t seem to notice but as her bullies picked on her more and more the more I began to realize the pain she was in. One week before we met the heartless I saw her getting picked on yet again unable to contain my anger I hit the ones hurting her not caring for what would happen to me. Eventually after two more beatings I gave them they left her alone. That is what angers me the most.”
XI. "Where does your strength or determination come from?" “My strength and determination comes from my desire to protect as well as have a heart. As I went through out my few years at the academy we were taught one specific meaning “We are one, we are the world” as the years passed we learned what it meant. It means that we are all part of the same world and one part of the world should be protected by the other parts. The world represents everybody in unity, and every body represents an element that makes the world what it is and how it is.”
XII. "Who or what inspires you to succeed?" “ What inspires me to succeed is my desire to have a heart and as for who inspires me to succeed it would be the girl whom I beat up those bullies for . As I roam from world to world it is these desires that cause me to move on for a heart my desire to have a heart is part of the reason why I must move on. My desire to protect is also why I must move on, if I do not then I do not feel alive.”
XIII. "Where does your story end?" “ I guess when I finally get a heart and protect some people is when my story ends. I cant say for certain I guess like most people I will simply follow the winds of destiny and see where they take me. Bad or good I don’t know but I know that I cannot stop walking I must keep going in order to reach my goal.”
General History
As a child, Sharis grew up well in a happy home. She was an only child, living with only a mother in the good part of town. However, even though it was the good side of town, it still had its fair share of crime. Based on this, to protect her daughter Shari’s mother enrolled her in a fighting academy of sorts, where she was taught martial arts and how to wield a weapon. The girl didn’t go with the popular choice of katana, though. She chose to learn to fight with two large fans. She became quite skilled in both areas, her sensei seeing something special in her. He gave her private training, with advanced her skills even further.
Finally the day came when she’d have to pass the graduating exam. The exam was quite simple, each of the graduates in classes of at least 15- 20 students who were in the exam had to last at least 5 minutes in a battle against the proctor. 9 passed when her turn came around. The exam was yelled to begin by the chief of her town. 5 minutes felt like 5 hours in the exam as her fans would block his blades then attack him, Eventually 5 minutes had passed as she was told that she had passed. She felt proud, ecstatic and surprised that she passed the exam as well as the others who took the exam.
When the heartless took over Shari’s home world she was thought to be gone from this world, killed by the heartless. Actually, she was in a deep coma and heartless after heartless tried to steal her heart until eventually they succeeded in taking it. Eventually, after sora's efforts, Shari woke up in Traverse Town apparently face down on the ground unconscious from roaming the darkness to arrive there as she also discovered her natural nobody ability as well as discover that she is to find that she was not her normal self. She did not feel any sort of emotion. No sadness or happiness! She felt no emotions at all and so she began to travel from world to world starting with Traverse Town and moving from there forward looking for a heart so she could feel whole again.
Body
Name: Shari Takamina
Appearance: Shari has deep aqua-blue eyes, which most have commented "look like the ocean‘s depths". Raven black hair, shining like polished onyx falls only to her cheeks in a short, no-styling-needed style. Her skin is a milky, smooth peach tone, healthy even though her cheeks lack any blushing. No make-up touches her face of most occasions, seeing as she is a very traditional girl. She stands 5 feet, 4 inches tall, thin build allowing for her quick and lithe fighting style. Her body from her shoulders to her feet is covered in a kimono that’s red on the bottom half and white at the top. There are intricate red swirls sown into the white around the edges of the sleeves, advancing up the arms, though becoming less and lighter until it stops at the shoulders. She also wears socks and brown straw sandals that lace up her calves in black ribbons to secure her shoes.
Personality: Usually, she is very timid an not talkative. Whenever battle comes around she can be a great strategist and a ferocious fighter. She cares not for much, as she can’t feel emotions. That being said, she has the normal “personality” for a nobody. Emotions, if shown at all, are feigned and based on memories of emotions she felt as a human, her personality back then when she had a heart.
Weapon: She wields two large fans, one in each hand which she seems to be very proficient at wielding. The fans are about the length of her thighs, and when expanded extend about the width of two people standing side by side. The metal parts are made of a shiny, strong silver-toned metal that are sharpened on the edges to allow swimming motions to injure the opponent. The paper parts are very decorated with beautiful cherry blossom patterns, the tree trunks black and twisting, contrasting the fragile beauty of the pale pink petals that flutter across the white, crinkling heavy canvas material.
Armor: At times her fans can also be used as a shield, as well as the fact that her kimono is fireproof.
Accessory: She has a thick red ribbon tied around her wrist, which she uses to tie back her hair in sticky situations.

World: Shari’s home world was a peaceful place much like destiny islands but with a Japanese sort of feeling to it. There were small flower gardens scattered all around the place even in places you wouldn't expect there, adding an unexpected but welcome splash of color and spice. The inhabitants of the place were surprised when they saw that the heartless were appearing in their world, and soon found a lot of it in chaotic ruin. Her home is not so peaceful anymore.

A) Power of the Warrior.
"What do you want outta life?"
C) To be strong.

A) Getting old.
"What's most important to you?"
B) Friendship.
Abilities:
1. Winged Façade: Sharis can give her great fans a powerful flap, sending air against the ground to launch her into the air. This allows her to temporarily fly, as her arms are incapable of keeping her airborne long before tiring from the strain. This can be used to escape sticky situations or avoid attacks. Can only stay airborne for 2 posts in battle and must rest for 4 turns before using again.
2. Metallic Deflector: Sharis extends both fans to full length and holds them long ways end to tip, the first fan shielding from her head to her waist, the other from her waist to her feet. The metal sides of the fan expand and cover the canvas part, providing a tough resistance from elemental attacks, as well as physical attacks from weapons or fists/ feet. The shield can only last for one turn, and has a cool down of three.
3. Dragon Lords Wind Fist (Ryu Shokou Kaze Kobushi): Shari takes a stance where her right arm is cocked back away from her, wind is wrapped around her fist as it is condensed into a solid form like a dragons head, as she punches the head flies off her fist and gets bigger as it approaches the target and hits them with the force of a punch, this move requires two turns to charge and has a 5 turn cool down.
