Okay, so... after watching some code vidoes on youtube for fun I realized that I had misrepresented two of Leon's combat abilities. Just so you wouldn't have to read through both the original and new descriptions to find what's edited, here's what I changed:
1. Magic Bomb Bullet originally stated that Leon used his gunblade during the attack. Turns out this isn't right, he just uses his hand and I only thought he used his gunblade because the energy gathering effect distorted your view of him while he does it. So, I changed Magic Bomb Bullet's description to correct that misrepresentation.
2. Lion's Heart originally stated that Leon was unable to use his two other abilities while the gunblade enhancement was in use, but it turns out that he can still use his magic shot attack while it's in effect. Not only because he doesn't need his gunblade for that spell like I thought he did, but more importantly because I've actually seen him do it in-game now in a KH2 video. So, I edited Lion's Heart to reflect as such.
3. I added a 1 post cool-down to Magic Bomb Bullet to make up for it's now available use during Lion's Heart.
4. In KH2 if Leon uses his gunblade enhancement ability you can still see the blade inside of it, so I removed the "weightlessness" bonus from Lion's Heart. This was also to help balance out the fact that he can now use Magic Bomb Bullet while Lion's Heart is in use.
Hopefully these modifications won't be seen as unbalanced or in need of change, but if there's any problem please let me know. Sorry for my mistakes about the character's abilities. luckily I have not used Leon in any combat situations yet, so there won't be any forum continuity/consistency problems.

Magic Bomb Bullet
Leon focuses fire magic into his hand, forming a small, glowing yellow and orange sphere. After a few moments of conjuring it is fully formed and fired forward at a target. Upon impact the sphere detonates and releases a potent blast. The shot tends to be pulled down by gravity after flying so far, which reduces accuracy on long-range targets. Because of the time it takes to charge up the necessary magic for each shot this attack has a cool-down period of one turn before it can be used again.
Lion's Heart
This powerful technique is also Leon's answer to the question of how an ordinary man can fight the forces of darkness. This ability allows the warrior to draw out the light residing within his heart and channel it through his gunblade. This process takes one full turn to complete. The resulting effect of this action causes the heavy steel blade of the weapon to be encased in a weightless blade of powerful light. This energy glows bright white, and it not only enhances the attacking power of the blade but it also increases the length and width by about two and a half times for each. With only the weight of the usual gunblade itself to handle the size of this new blade is of little and inconsequential additional trouble to wield. This technique comes at a high price, however, as the gunblade's shot ability is useless while the steel of his weapon is inside a layer of light energy. Thankfully the additional power of the light is usually more than enough to make up for the loss of the weapon's usual explosive effect. If deactivated for any reason, Leon must wait at least seven of his turns before he can try to activate Lion's Heart again.
