Ability:

Heat- Zero is able to drastically change the temperature around a specific area. It is normally a 5-10 diameter dome that is cascaded in heat, but can range from a few inches to about a 15 foot diameter. He can create this heat without the use of any fire. The temperature can reach unbearably high within a few moments. With the ability to add heat, he can also draw heat from a specific source, making it colder. Like its opposite effect, he can drop the temperature exponetially. It can cause almost a flash freeze in a limited area.

You can't produce emotions in Nobodies, but perhaps it could invoke memories of grief in them. Also, it can only work with CLOSE range eye contact or touching. Mere thought is too powerful, you can't have it happen with thought.

Make those modifications, and I'll add it. ^^

I modified the methods of infliction.

Could I keep its effects on Nobodies if I weaken I when it comes to them? Like limit the strength of the emotions or how long it lasts? This ability isn't able to invoke memories, only the power to create emotions then inflict them into himself or others.

Well...Nobodies are incapable of of feeling emotions, so it'd be impossible to make them do so. That's why I proposed that you could make them remember memories OF emotions, without making them feel emotions...it's just something that can't be done to Nobodies, no matter what.

Nobodies lack emotion, which means the just don't have them and are unable to produce them themselves. I haven't seen anywhere where it says that they are completely incapable of felling emotions. (Sorry if it seems like I'm being an ass but one of the main intents of this ability was to have effects on nobodies as well)

It says so in a LOT of places, even in the game, that they don't have emotions. They simply remember what it was like to have emotions and thus they mimic them. So, the only thing you can have Zero do is pull up memories of grief and pain. :/

Alright...this ability seems fine. Mind you, even once I add this to the profile and deduct the munny, if another member staff brings to my attention a problem within the ability, it may be removed with a full refund. ^^
