Well to get things going and provide a sense of life around this forum here's a random little topic. You may not say KHI or II is your favorite game since that will get old really really really fast. Oh and Final Fantasy VII as well. Though since this is the spam board you could just tell me to fuck off and say "LOL KHII EPIC WIN!!1!!"
Mine is Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner. A bit of an odd pick, but that game is perhaps the single greatest mech game ever made next to Steel Battalion, which is awesome because of its enormous cockpit size controller. Really fucking hard game if you ever manage to get your hands on a copy, but I digest.

Ogre Battle 64.
Pure awesome tactical, rpg, fantasy fun. Games like the Ogre Battle series will never be made again, or for a very long time....really too bad. If you're lucky enough to have the nes and snes versions of any of these games you're a lucky SOB. The 64 and Advance ones are good as well, if you find them, BUY THEM.

If I could pick a second place, I'd somehow mesh Golden Sun and Golden Sun: Lost Ages together. WHAT'S ACTUALLY NOT GOOD ABOUT THIS GAME?! (Besides the auto-defend if you kill a monster that everyone has targeted...that is annoying.)
Why did the rest of the RPG/Fantasy industry not pay attention to Camelot's success here?!

Erm..."A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Game" XD. I never even managed to beat it (along with KH1 AND KH2) largely because I have no hand eye coordination and only a finite patience for video games. But it was easy! And I actually made it through TWO WHOLE LEVELS without copious amounts of assistance!

I have to say Disgaea is one of my favorites. I have the one on PSP and I have over 180+ hours on it... If I said that I had that game for over a year, would that take away the geekness off me? Anyway: another one would be Killzone.

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. My first nintendo game. I've never had this much fun with a game before. XD AND I actually beat it. I don't think I did it by myself though. >.>
I don't think I've ever finished a game by myself...o___o

Kind of obvious that I like Kingdom Hearts and all its glory. >>

Super Robot Wars. Kick...ass. So much awesome crammed into one game series that I'm surprised it doesn't explode. Coolest mecha game ever, hands down.
Close second is The World Ends With You.
