Souls of Bleach is based off of an alternate Bleach Universe, post Quincy War. Both Quincy and Shinigami suffered in this epic battle, most of the Captains and Lieutenants were killed during the struggle. It is now present time, and both sides are rebuilding themselves and their efforts, but the Hollows have other plans. More and more are appearing each day, and they are beginning to overrun the Shinigami defenses in the living world. Soul Society needs help, is there anyone who would come to their aid?

Hey, I know that Souls of Bleach hasn't an affliate of the site yet, however, I think maybe a little more insight into the forum would greatly help everyone when looking at it. I think the forum is great, heres a little information about it, see for yourself:



The current setting in this iteration of the Bleach Universe takes place in an alternative past.

Hollows, beings formed out of Pluses whose soul links have rotted. Their once calm, human nature has been replaced with a primal rage that rivals that of the darkest souls the world has ever known. Shinigami... The last bastion of defense against these lost souls. This is the world of Bleach, a secret world which lay unseen, mystical swordsmen who bear a symbiant relation with their swords, named Zanpakutous. And Hollows, the darkened souls of the lost. These two primal forces fight with fury in this unseen spiritual world, each trying to overpower the other.

After a cataclysmic clash with the Quincy, a group of supernaturally enhanced human beings, the Shinigami were devestated. Most of their captains, high-level Shinigami who led groups within Soul Society, were killed in this monumental struggle. Likewise, the Quincy were nearly totally wiped out in this collosal fight. Now the Shinigami must elect new Captains to lead their leaderless squads, to bring up the fight against the Hollows once more.

But in the time of their clash against the Quincy, the Hollows have also began to move. They have begun to change, new Hollows stronger than the Menos Grande Gillians have begun to appear. Adjuchas, more semblant of their original animalistic, and perhaps human, forms, have come to usher a new era of chaos and destruction. Even more troubling, there have been rumors of Hollows that have removed their masks, bestowing them the powers of the Shinigami themselves... But who would dare believe such a thing?

As if the current turn of events were not unsettling enough, there has been a sudden boom in the number of supernaturally-gifted human beings. In the four corners of the earth, spiritually adept humans are rising from every nook and cranny. Armed with abilities not of this world, these humans seem to side with whomever they desire... Some fight the hollow, and some turn against the Shinigami...

There is a great question in all of this; What is exactly happening? Why did these Adjuchas suddenly begin appearing? Why the great increase in spiritually adept humans? And worst of all... Shinigami who fight with Hollow masks on... It seems as if a guiding force unseen is ushering these events...

There are not many left after the Great Quincy war... Many Shinigami have died, many Quincy have perished, and humans, being whimsical creatures, fight at their own discretion for whatever side they desire.

Earth needs a hero, will you answer the call?

Or perhaps will you follow another purpose... And usher in its destruction.
