The raging gust of slashing wind slices through an opponent's attack or defense, negating it completely.
it is triggered instantaneously upon the desired surface or effect. Making it a very deadly attack when the opponent has little abilities and options to use. However, this ability is not deadly to the opponents skin but can pack a punch if hit with it. It may knock the opponent off their feet, but that's about all it can do besides leave a bruise.
