It's funny how people tell the remaining members to "pull crap together" or "wake the fuck up" or other statements involving explicitives and synonyms of "work at improving this place" just before they leave.

The astounding irony never ceases to truly and well astonish me as to how people can actually justify such actions to themselves, but I suppose it might be that it's just my way of thinking that differs.
