The fruits of training have appeared! Or at least they will once these attempts have been moderated into acceptable abilities. XD
So, character mods, once again please lend me your critical eyes. Thanks in advance.

Ability: God-Like Strength
Upgrade Information: In order to bring out the best of his natural ability Phil and Hercules have spent time rigorously training the demigod's body to draw out the most of his God-Like Strength, but for more than just brute force. All that power comes not just from the muscles but from the bone structure as well and over time Herc's body has been honed into a well-oiled machine. More than just one of the greatest examples of physical specimens around, Hercs' massively powerful body has also become able to absorb force, even if not nearly as well as it can produce it. Still, the hero's physical defence can now take physical blows of even superhuman force very well with his incredibly resilient muscles and strong bones. Even blades that pierce through his skin might not be able to cut too deep once the demigod's inner muscles tighten around the intruder, and actually breaking the bones that can handle the strain of so much weight would be nearly impossible. The strength of Herc's heart in addition to the rest of his body also allows the mortal to compensate for more blood loss than others would able to. His physical condition is improved so much that when combined with his supernatural strength his body can actually resist physical ailments like illnesses, microscopic bacteria, damaging or deadly poisons and even paralysis. Hercules is literally his own cure for the common cold.

Ability: Hero Aura & Aura Guard
Upgrade Information: Hercules has a great complexion. The man's very skin seems to be as bright and healthy as his heroic heart. This couldn't be more true, but it's also a sign of something greater. When Hercules loses his strength due to supernatural deals or a weakened heart his body's inner light seems to die down and his skin becomes more dull and pale, closer to a regular human. This light returns when his power does as well, and it's more than just a cosmetic effect. This healthy look is a sign of the divine energy that exists within Hercules, his very aura. While that aura may come out to the surface every once in a while it's always working it's power even when it can't be clearly seen. Thanks to his divine energy Hercules' has a much higher resistance to hostile supernatural forces, such as enemy magic or spiritual powers, than ordinary people do, dampening their effect on him. Besides the higher than average magical defence, this power might be most apparent of all in Herc's ability to resist supernatural curses or other debilitating effects thanks to the powerful energy that's always inside of him and giving him inner strength. Of course, sometimes that energy also comes out to the surface. This effect remains present in any ability that also makes use of Hercules' divine energy, even if it becomes separate from himself.

Ability: Divine Blast
Upgrade Information: After the flash of light the Divine Blast has an afterglow of yellow around Hercules, visibly signaling that the power was once there. In truth that energy has moved on, outside of the limits of it's initial burst. Taking the form of dozens and dozens of bolts the Divine Blast scatters out from Hercules like an array of light beams bouncing through a hall of mirrors. These streaks of yellow light are the after-image left behind as the divine energy of Hercules homes in on whatever hostile targets are available in the area constantly until they strike something or are dispelled forcibly. The fewer targets there are the more damage the attack can do by having multiple projectiles attack the same enemy. If the target is only one then a complete attack could be even greater than the initial blow of the release would be since few enemies would occupy the entire area around the user in which it takes place.

Ability: Force Punch
Re-Name: Strength Force
Upgrade Information: Hercules' physical strength is so far above what mortals are capable of that it can be used in unconventional ways. It has taken a lot of time but with Phil's imagination and training regimes and Herc's willingness to work hard and never give up the fruits of their labour have started to really shine. The second tactical application of the hero's unmeasurable power is known as the Force Clap. To initiate it the demigod slams both of his hands or arms together, generally using open palms but fists or a mix of both work just fine as well. The trick is that in doing so the mortal holds back none of his God-Like Strength at all, or at least much less than he would when fighting an opponent, allowing both arms to cancel each other out in power. The effect of this small yet titanic clash sends a bubble-like shock wave of force out from Hercules which doesn't affect him but can cause anything else within a determined range of up to five meters, including his allies, to be blown back by the unearthly pressure. The Force Clap's pressure has the down side of causing no actual damage to anything it throws away unless they happen to slam into something as a result. Obviously something with a large enough singular mass just as a boulder bigger than Hercules himself flying with great force would be affected by the shock wave only a slight amount, less so the greater the mass in question actually is. Supernatural and intangible forces like beams of light would not react to it at all. A true hero always uses their abilities to the absolute best.

The Half-Smile of Nike, Goddess of Victory and Triumph
During battle the goddess Nike watches over those competing against one another. It is said that her smile will bestow upon her favoured side the eventual victory. When Hercules battles there is a point at which his opponent might briefly see a vision of a beautiful robed woman with short, curled hair and magnificent wings floating behind Hercules himself, though this vision is invisible to others. In this vision the woman will be looking down upon the demigod and half-smiling at his attempts to win, even if the situation is incredibly dire. The apparition is very mesmerizing to those who can see it due to Nike's divinity and oftentimes can cause a complete loss of focus on whatever the viewer was doing. The vision of Nike is usually accompanied by Hercules overcoming his immediate obstacle due to the true effect of this ability, the opponent's vision being a mere side-effect. When Nike half-smiles for Hercules' future triumph the demigod instantaneously receives a vision of his own victory over the enemy, full and complete in every step from the present until the end of the battle. When that instant ends the memory of the vision is completely erased from the hero's mind as if it never happened but his heart will still remember. Because of this Hercules is filled with great hope and confidence, as well as the will to fight on for glory without doubt. This energizing of his spirit causes all of the demigod's currently active cool-down periods to become refreshed, making all of his abilities available once more. In addition to this the imprint of his path to victory that remains in his heart enhances Hercules' ability to react with the right timing to his enemy's movements and tactics to an almost instinctive level. Unfortunately without conscious memory or even conscious realization this is not a completely reliable side-effect, unable to be used for thinking farther ahead than he could before and it grows slightly dimmer with each passing turn, completely dying out after ten unless a new, fresh vision is imprinted. A true hero never fails to make the Goddess of Victory smile. Nike will not half-smile for Hercules more than once every ten turns.
By the way, I was unsure of an appropriate cool-down for the new ability up there so I just went high and figured I'd let you guys judge, that being your job and all(lol). Lemme know if it's too little or too much or if it needs additional restraint of some kind. In addition to if it or the upgrades can be used at all, of course. XD
Also, as a side note since it wasn't done last time, could whoever handles this eventually please remove the colour edit to the text in Herc's profile so it goes to default? I'd appreciate it.

Complete Ability Codes
God-Like Strength
Though mortal, Hercules retains every ounce of the nearly immeasurable strength he would have had as an immortal god. With his physical might alone he can defeat powerful monsters many times his size and even send them flying after their trouncing, all without having to exert nearly as much effort as other heroes. Because his physical ability is so vastly superior to that of a human it should come as no surprise that Hercules has methods of attack other mortals wouldn't be up to, such as fearless skull-bashing or high speed rotations, not to mention running or jumping powered by his amazingly strong legs. Almost nothing is too much for the god-like strength of Hercules, which seems as boundless as his heroic courage. With his might alone he wrestled all four raw elemental forces that were the titans and threw them into the depths of space at once, though they were later revived by Hades to use against the Key Bearer Sora. In order to bring out the best of his natural ability Phil and Hercules have spent time rigorously training the demigod's body to draw out the most of his God-Like Strength, but for more than just brute force. All that power comes not just from the muscles but from the bone structure as well and over time Herc's body has been honed into a well-oiled machine. More than just one of the greatest examples of physical specimens around, Hercs' massively powerful body has also become able to absorb force, even if not nearly as well as it can produce it. Hero Aura & Aura Guard
Hercules has a great complexion. Some say that in the heat of battle Hercules positively glows. It's not a just a saying or a trick of the eye though, as the Greek's body definitely gains a keen yellow shine when facing powerful foes in combat. The Hero Aura is a powerful protective energy which Hercules gained after he earned back his godhood but chose to live as a mortal. With it's divine protection he becomes nigh invulnerable to damage or other harmful effects for certain periods of battle, usually when he needs it the most since it isn't called on consciously by Herc himself. The protection of this ability also stands against ordinary dispelling techniques that may be used by enemies, but strong skills specialized in breaking protective fields may still force it to release prematurely. When in battle with allies Hercules can also consciously focus his Hero Aura outwards from his body, creating a large bubble of faint yellow light around others called the Aura Guard. This protective field can encapsulate a circular area with a maximum diameter of ten meters. This guard does not encapsulate Herc himself but is created next to him while he maintains physical contact with it. During this time his usual Hero Aura protects the man himself. This energy can defend anyone from enemy attacks as all damage and harmful effects towards the creator's friends inside the bubble are reduced to nothing as if each had their own Hero Aura. The energy dome itself doesn't bar anyone, friend or foe, from passing in or out of it freely. In order to generate this field, however, Hercules must remain in one place, thus losing his ability to move freely as he does with a normal Hero Aura. On the plus side this inability to move or attack and the willing concentration on the Aura Guard, including it's nature of allowing anything to move through it, let it avoid barrier-breaking measures for the sake of the safety of others. On the other hand, if such an ability can be used by the enemy Hercules himself cannot move to avoid it being aimed directly at himself so long as he is maintaining the Aura Guard. Herc doesn't mind though since it means enemies will be more inclined to attack him rather than the people he is trying to protect. A true hero never lets their friends get hurt. When called out from within himself Hero Aura & Aura Guard last for a maximum of two consecutive turns and have a cool-down period of three turns for each turn either was in effect during which time it's constant power is only visible in the healthy colour of the hero's skin.
Divine Blast
Releasing a burst of the divine energy that now lingers in his body since regaining his godhood, Hercules creates a yellow blast of power. This creates a spherical zone of attack roughly three meters in radius from the hero's center of gravity. After the flash of light the Divine Blast has an afterglow of yellow around Hercules, visibly signaling that the power was once there. The pure power used in this attack is far superior to mere magic or physical types of energy, capable of causing large damage to living things and destroying the most solid of structures when necessary, even those of diamond stone. Divine Blast has a cool-down period of four turns.
Strength Force
Hercules' physical strength is so far above what mortals are capable of that it can be used in unconventional ways. It has taken a lot of time but with Phil's imagination and training regimes and Herc's willingness to work hard and never give up the fruits of their labour have started to really shine. The first technique trained by Phil and Hercules for a long time to make use of his God-Like Strength and finally perfected is the manuever dubbed the Force Punch. In initiating this tactic Hercules appears to simply be throwing a large straight punch. With this ability however the force of his own strength then carries the demigod's entire body a distance of up to ten meters, generally determined by just how much strength he uses for it, across the ground or through the air at a high speed.
Unfortunately without conscious memory or even conscious realization this is not a completely reliable side-effect, unable to be used for thinking any farther ahead than he could before and it grows slightly dimmer with each passing turn, completely dying out after ten unless a new, fresh vision is imprinted. A true hero never fails to make the Goddess of Victory smile. Nike will not half-smile for Hercules more than once every ten turns.
