Physical Appearance:
To look at Owen, it’s quite common for a chill to run down the back of one’s neck, which tends to create a certain feeling of discomfort because a person is never quite sure what it is about him that is so unsettling. Standing at 5’10”, he’s quite average in terms of height and he has very little build to him whatsoever, so there’s no intimidating features there.
His skin is extremely pale, his complexion covered by shadows caused by the long hair that hangs down either side of his face, almost like curtains which hide his ears completely. The dark brown locks have a slightly greasy quality, reaching down to just above his shoulders. Peering out from their sockets, Owen’s eyes are an intriguing colour, a cross between a combination of pale green and yellow colours, his large irises contrasting how small the rest of his facial features actually are. A small nose is located above two thin lips possessing a pale peach colour that show as little sign of liveliness as the rest of his face.
When approach Owen, or merely walking past him, one will notice that he very rarely sports anything but the same expression, almost completely void of emotion. Eyes looking either straight ahead or down at the ground and lips locked shut to complete a blank stare that he dons when travelling around. He does certainly appear to be the most plain of people to look upon, nothing in particular stands out about him in his thin build as he strides along in a uniform manner, making him seem almost completely void of energy.
But there just seems to be something sinister about him. Perhaps it’s the shadowy features of his face where if you’re not looking directly at him from the front, it’s impossible to see his eyes. Or maybe the fact that he walks with an almost bolt-upright posture with a manner that makes him tend to walk in straight lines and deviate only with sharp right angles. Or perhaps it’s the fact that the very personality within Owen seems to radiate out and touch those around him, allowing them a slight insight to the mentality of the Black Knight.
Clothing/Accessories:
Only once in a blue moon will you ever see Owen adopt a costume different from what everyone has become used to seeing him wear. A very strict sense of uniform is shown with his appearance, making him appear very sophisticated for someone of his age.
First off is the long-sleeved white shirt that is buttoned up fully to the base of his neck and both cuffs done up as well. Over this is a plain black waistcoat, fitted perfectly to him with all three buttons done up. His trousers match the colour of the waistcoat perfectly, mimicking that of a school uniform in their appearance as they spread down over his legs to his feet, covering the tops of his shoes with only a small bit of bagginess. A pair of black leather shoes covers his feet, with a thick brown sole. Owen, at first glance, would appear to be the perfect schoolboy if you were to judge him by clothing.
Simple, but sophisticated, it’s rare to see him wear anything in the way of accessories. Perhaps a silver watch on his wrist if he’s out and about and needs to keep an eye on the time. or maybe a black jacket over the top of the waistcoat and shirt, naturally matching the colour of both items to keep himself looking together. Appearance and impressions are held in quite high regard as far as Owen is concerned; he always wishes to look professional in whatever he is doing and rarely cares for what other people may think of him.

Alignment:
It’s quite difficult to classify Owen under one particular status as far as alignment goes due to his methods of approaching things. In truth, he is someone who just wishes to screw around with the world purely for his own enjoyment, but he has his own methods that he must follow in order to achieve that. Whilst ‘Lawful Evil’ would probably be the most applicable term, even he will change his methods to suit himself. Seeing life as somewhat of a game, he loves for nothing better than to pick people to ‘play’, to sit back and watch how they fare in his court.
Behaviour:
The mind-frame of Owen Ashley Faust is a complex one, but there is one thing that is crystal clear; he wants nothing more than to play with the world. Certainly evil in intention, he wants nothing more than to see the world collapse before him and to just screw things up in order to sit back and watch how everyone handles the situation... only so he can start all over again. In short, Owen is bored with the world and has decided that it’s time to have a little bit of fun.
Upon first glance, there is certainly something unusual about this person. He keeps himself to himself and isn’t exactly the most social of people. That doesn’t mean that he rejects people should they address him, Owen simply prefers not to talk to people if he can help it. His manner of speaking is perfect, he is a complete gentleman and will be completely polite although a little lacking in the response department. He is essentially very good at making it clear that he doesn’t wish to speak to anyone, but very capable of doing so in a gentle manner. The last thing he wishes to do is to draw attention to himself.
It’s very rare to see Owen make any form of scene or outburst in public due to this wish to not attract attention. Should he be bothered by somebody, his reaction would be to quickly get out of the situation but to leave with the ability to come back at a later date and seek vengeance. Therefore, it’s quite simple for him to be seen as a pushover due to his apparent will to not retaliate. Anyone who intervenes to protect him is seen in a positive light, but is certainly not considered void from future challenges unless they show a certain degree of affection. After all, Owen’s targets are chosen in a very particular fashion.
Is he capable of compassion? Surprisingly, yes. As part of an exterior to help hide his secret wishes and desires, he has been known to befriend certain people and socialise to an extent. This cover of being social with a few people often allows him to use people as alibis or to conduct parts of his plans for him without even realising it. There are very few people that he completely trusts, there are only two. Beyond that, people have never succeeded in going far enough in proving themselves as worthy humans to enter this circle of trust. Most of the time, people fail to meet the criteria and end up with their lives being... ‘taken’. There is one piece of longing deep within his heart for at least one person to spend time with... even if it’s just to share his art with them and to be acknowledged for his skill.
He always appears to be busy and preoccupied with something, even when he isn’t, just to create the illusion that he doesn’t possess the time to sit back and socialise; mainly because he doesn’t want to. This time is usually spent finding things to keep him entertained, or merely trying to think of the next step to drag someone into ‘playing’ his game. Spending time simply walking around in the open contemplating and plotting, it has led him to circumstances where his subconscious will make him travel to certain locations; actually doing the job of answering what he needs to do next for him, such is the extent that he will think on the matter.
However, beneath this seemingly calm and minimally sinister exterior exists something quite horrible that when allowed out of its cage is quite terrifying. It’s known as ‘The Black Knight’, another side to Owen’s personality that is unleashed whenever Owen begins to play his ‘game’. This persona is completely void of all compassion towards humanity and will stop at nothing when it... ‘plays’. Its only drive is success in everything it does and to then move onto the next step. It likes to toy with people, mess them around and put them into situations whereby a person’s very humanity is put into question and people are made to show how they will act when their lives are put on the line. Full of hatred and anger, ‘The Black Knight’ is a calculating and extraordinarily intelligent being, much like Owen normally, making every move with deep care.
It’s fair to say that Owen sees the world as one massive game, with every decision being something that leads to a final ending point, every single step needs to be played carefully and people can be dealt with through a series of steps and moves, their choices able to be manipulated accordingly and that they can essentially be controlled to an extent. Everything is thought through with the utmost care and every possible outcome is considered whenever he plays his piece. Cunning and clever, he hides his true ambitions from the world unless he truly finds someone worth sharing them with. As much as he likes to work alone, he does enjoy having a ‘pawn’ to play around with.

The Chess Board
The book that Owen carries around in his arms is his weapon for fighting opponents. However, this book is not for what most people would suspect it to be used for. There are no magic spells to be read out in this book, only the ability to summon forth a giant chessboard to the arena, covering the entire floor between Owen’s opponent and himself, bringing the battle to a new stage.
It requires the book to be opened to a specific page and by Owen to activate the summoning. Otherwise, this appears to be no more than a harmless book that Owen can go around a jot notes down on.

Summoner
Summon One: The Chess Board
Owen’s opponent will appear on one side of this board once it’s appeared, standing on the position of the white king. Owen will appear on the other side, behind the board and behind a series of chess-pieces that will do his fighting for him. These chess-pieces stand at different heights. The pawns are 6 feet in height, the rooks at 7 feet in height, the knights are 8 feet in height, the bishops are 9 feet in height and both the king and queen stand at 10 feet in height. Able to move around freely as they wish, they will attack with varied weapons depending on which piece they are.
When an opponent is within range, they will attack depending on what square you are stood upon as to whether they are within their range. They will attack and move within chess piece ranges as far as squares go. The intriguing thing about this ability is that an opponent on the field must also move as a chess piece, moving however many squares they wish and then attacking. The entire fight becomes turn-based, with each player moving and attacking and then ending their turn, or attacking a piece in their range and then moving. However you move and attack is up to you, but be warned. However many squares you cover is however many squares the pieces will then cover; either by just one piece or by multiple. If you cover 8 squares in your turn, the chess pieces will.
The interesting bit to this is how you attack. At the start of the fight, you pick a piece to play as; a pawn, a rook, a knight, a bishop, a queen or a king. Depending on which piece you choose grants you the ability to launch a special attack as that piece. Whilst you can attack other pieces should you be right beside them and cause them damage, using a special attack by attacking another piece as that piece would will remove them from the fight. So, if you chose to be a knight and attacked a piece by moving as a knight would onto their square and attacking, you would kill them. Otherwise, if you were next to a piece, you could move into their square and attack them and then move back. Bear in mind, if you use a special attack, that counts as both attacking and moving, so you wouldn’t be able to move again after ‘taking’ the piece you’ve attacked, you would occupy their square. Otherwise, if you were next to a piece and moved in to attack it, you would be allowed to move however many squares you want afterwards. Or, you could move however many squares you wanted so you were next to a piece and then move in to attack it and move back to the square alongside it. Or, you could just move.
Head hurt yet? Mine does.
Whilst you could use magic from a range on these pieces, you’ll find that it does absolutely nothing unless you are in either of the attacking positions. The point of this situation is designed by Owen to make an opponent think very carefully about their decision-making and how to approach him. It is not possible to attack Owen until you have toppled the other pieces, you cannot exit the board without conceding defeat aside from through defeating the pieces before you. Once you have gone through this summon, Owen is essentially defenceless as the ‘king’.
As far as taking damage from these things goes, you take damage as you would from their weapons as per normal. With a sword strike from the pawns, it will do normal damage to you and so on and so forth with other weapons. When they attack you, they will move into your square and force you one square backwards. Evading attacks is possible at the cost of jeopardising your next turn; allowing you to only either attack or move, not both. Blocking the attack is possible, if you fancy trying to block an attack from something that could probably break your block with very little difficulty.
[Insert Ability One name here]: The Grunts.
[Description of ability]
This includes the ability to summon forth the pawns and the rooks to the battle. They are blessed with the ability to move as they would in a chess game and attack as such. The pawns are naturally the weakest of the pieces, only taking two ‘attacks’ before they will eventually topple (not including a special attack). The rooks are stronger, taking three ‘attacks’ before they will topple (not including a special attack).
Strength: N/A
Uses: However many times the opponent moves designates how many squares either of the two pieces move.
[Insert Ability Two name here]: The Artists.
[Description of ability]
This includes the ability to summon forth the knights and the bishops to the battle. They are blessed with the ability to move as they would in a chess game and attack as such. The knights can take three ‘attacks’ before they topple (not including a special attack) and the bishops can take four ‘attacks’ before they will topple (not including a special attack).
Strength: N/A
Uses: However many times the opponent moves designates how many squares either of the two pieces move.

And so... our game begins. Tactics are important here if we are to gain our victory...
The Realm of Shadows, home to the outlawed people of the land of Mystic Sky, those who in the past had committed so much in the way of treachery and mischief that they had been banned by overlords themselves, punishment for the mayhem they had tried to unleash. Locked away in a realm where they had no access back to the real world, they were instead forced to get by and start afresh as if they were back in the prehistoric ages. A step back from the renaissance period they had left, but using their knowledge of technology and science meant that it wouldn’t take them long to catch up with Mystic Sky.
In a few decades, the new world was established inside this land of darkness. Small towns littered this small world, with overcast skies meaning that agriculture was impossible to maintain. Botanists had to use their powers to grow plants to make up for the lack of sunlight and healthy earth, proving a struggle at first until they were able to adapt to the conditions. Eventually, they would become able to sustain their environment and begin to climb back upwards to the famed status they had in the real world as powerful sorcerers. They loathed the overlords for the way they had been treated and exiled and were planning a comeback. Their plan was simple, to trick their way back into the real world... with an army of the future.
Sorrow’s Cave, an appropriately named location for the town that lay within the most dangerous cavern in the realm. The overlords had been cruel, planting various creatures to cause more trouble for the inhabitants, making their life even more difficult. But time had seen them handle these monsters with little difficulty and now the people were the predators and the animals lived in fear. Within this cave, hidden away from the sight of the gods themselves was the centre of the plan for vengeance. The vendetta would begin here as children were born and taught dark magic from a young age, some even cursed with secrets that would be unleashed upon the world in years to come. Lycanthropes, vampires... there were many monsters created here.
And then... there were geniuses.
A young baby boy entered the realm, dubbed to be the child of the ‘Faust’ family, son of a sorcerer renowned for his love of traps and cryptic puzzles and a mother who was well-known for her intricate thinking and tactical ability. Owen Ashley Faust was one that the higher-ups in the Realm of Shadows had great plans in mind for. As he would grow up through his first years, he was forced to play games... lots of games. Backgammon, chess, draughts, solitaire and dozens of card games to craft his mind into a state whereby everything he did was seen as a step-by-step process. His life became something he saw as being influenced and he learned to comprehend actions quite simply by cause and effect processes. Sorrow’s Cave was seeing the growth of a tactical genius who would be joined by hundreds of others in the rebellion.
We start by organizing our defence, moving into place the pieces we can afford to lose... all to make sure that we have the protection for the one that’s most important...
As he grew up, his powers were becoming clear. His father was forcing him to learn how to summon things, creating things from mere scratch and how to bring things forward from items, making things come to life in menacing ways. Owen had little time for this however. His upbringing around tactical games meant that he only ever wanted to play them and it proved troublesome for his father who wanted to encourage him to embrace the dark secrets that everyone else specialised in. But, despite his best efforts, Owen was only ever interested in his games. Therefore, his father would concoct plans to try and influence him otherwise. All failed.
That was of course, until he had a spark of genius.
He would use chess as the purpose of Owen’s summoning and teach him how to summon forth a life-size chessboard with pieces, the reward at the end of it being a game of life-size chess. Owen was captured immediately by the idea and would practice constantly with his father to perfect this, just so he could play afterwards. Everything was falling into place for the elder sorcerer who was already considering how this could be applied to battle situations. With such tactical genius, it was obvious that using games would be the key to success in a combat scenario. Therefore, Owen would learn how to draw people into fighting situations and then plant them in the middle of the warzone to be slaughtered by the brilliant mind he possessed.
As he developed mentally, it was clear that the lack of time socialising with other children of his own age was having an effect on Owen. He was cold-hearted and had no time for anyone unless they were helping him benefit towards his work or unless they were to play his games to be beaten. He became obsessed with being the best at whatever he played and chess became his trump card. He remained undefeated throughout the realm, even against his mother; he would win with a full-sized chess set. Despite how much she prided herself in her abilities, she couldn’t help but shed a tear for how brilliant her child had become.
The overlords had begun to pay a lot of attention to the Realm recently and had noticed how well the citizens had coped by themselves and how they hadn’t sparked any internal conflicts since their exile. They would allow a select few back into the world, to be nominated by the citizens themselves. Knowing that they had the chance to begin their revenge and their comeback, they would send through an instructed set of people, told that they must be on their best behaviour to eventually let the others back through in order to wreak more havoc. Keeping their army hidden from the overlords, they would send the people through and lay in wait for the next lot to be allowed through.
With the defence set up, we begin to poke and pry to look for the way through the opposition. We may toy with them in order to achieve this, but we must lose only a minimal amount from our side.
It took almost a year before the next group would be let through, but the overlords were very careful about allowing yet another selection to come through. This time, a few more well-instructed would be let through in order to merge back into the world and go about creating a good impression. In the shadows, the army would continue to train and a young Owen was becoming quite the phenomenon. His lack of mercy was unprecedented and he just loved to subject his opponents to torture as he toyed with them in-game, leaving them absolutely distraught when he did finally beat them. He wanted nothing more than to simply win.
As word would come back from Mystic Sky that the selected few were seemingly doing well, it was declared that they would soon lift the ban on the exile should they find enough reason to deem the banned population as trustworthy. After all, with them gone, the balance of the world had been slightly unsettled. Darkfire, the avatar of all that was evil, had shown his discomfort at the banning and requested that things would change, stating that he would keep control of situations whilst giving his honour; something that could certainly be trusted. In the time remaining, the people knew that they would have to speed up with their training, aware that any chance of doing so back in Mystic Sky would risk discovery and exile again. The children would be put under a rigorous training regime to make sure they were fit for when they returned.
There would be various meetings prior to the restoration of the Realm back into the world of Mystic Sky as they planned dates and events for when they would begin their comeback. Deeply discussed plots were exchanged and they would work out the most effective and efficient ways to destroy the civilization with their new army. It would be agreed that they would have to wait for a fair few months before they would unleash the children upon the world, knowing that they would also have to sacrifice themselves in order to allow the army the gaps and opportunities to attack at the heart of society. People were selected to do their part in the plan and they would be instructed as to when and where they would go about accomplishing it.
The overlords would open up the realm as promised and return all of the citizens back into their previous homes, allowing them to begin new lives as most of them hadn’t actually seen Mystic Sky before and to prepare themselves for what would happen in the long run; the complete desecration of the world and a take-over of evil as the outcasts would get their revenge.
We will then begin to take people out should we deem it necessary and begin preparations for the devastating strike. Once we are done with preparations, we shall unleash.
It would be reported throughout the world that certain people of great importance were being assassinated, something that was beginning to happen a few months after the restoration of the people back to the world. Immediately, the finger was pointed at the outcasts. However, with no proof nor evidence to support claims as well as the constant denial of any involvement from the outcasts, nothing could be done. Even the overlords failed to see exactly what was going on. In the dead of night, vampires were ravaging through towns and taking care of necessary tasks. The elder sorcerers were utilizing voodoo magic to take out major forces in the political parties of the world and hallucination experts were rendering the most important of people utterly insane.
Steps were being made by the exiled to prepare for the army to be unleashed with full force. Only one child dared to practice his skill under the knowledge that he couldn’t be accused of doing anything wrong. Spending hours every day in front of a chessboard, Owen would win match after match against whoever he faced, the best people from around Mystic Sky travelling up to defeat him and being defeated without so much as a sweat broken from the youngster. His parents watched on in glee; no-one was going to beat him once he unleashed the magical qualities of his chess-playing. He was unstoppable.
With figures of authority dropping like flies and there being no way to prove what was happening, the exiled were rubbing their hands in anticipation of what would happen when the right day finally came when all hell would quite literally break loose. As the weeks passed and the day drew nearer, families would relocate to put themselves in place and await the signal for things to commence. Owen would be fully instructed in all of what he had to do, being told who to kill and how to approach them. The disturbing thing was the smile that came at the end of all this. For the 15 year old, he knew nothing else aside from how to beat people at chess. Despite how mature he was beyond his years, this was all one massive game to him.
The world was about to be played.
With everything out of the way, it’s time to unleash. We will destroy everything and anything that may threaten us to leave us with our final goal; capturing the ‘king’.
The day came and the world screamed in terror. People dropped in the streets as monsters appeared out of nowhere, the shapeshifters from the exiled worlds as they ravaged through the streets and slaughtered people. All of the adults and elders were keeping the authorities distracted whilst the new generation army would move into position. As the armies of the world would come forth, the elders would throw themselves at them with full-force, some being batted away as other tore through to remove any potential problem for the children. Eventually, as the stronger warriors would beat away the former outcasts, the children would need to unleash their true powers.
As night came, a new wave of fear struck the town as the lycanthropes and vampire emerged, feeding on the armies and obliterating the numbers completely. Necromancers stepped forward behind them, raising the dead bodies and using them against the armies, the endless supply of the dead proving priceless in value in this mini-war. The overlords watched on in horror as the balance of the world was tipped into the darkness. They would need to intervene quickly before it was too late.
Owen had played no part yet, he was aiming for an ultimate victory. He marched to Titusville in search of his target; Alixer ‘Twilight’ Gray, one of the most powerful warriors in the world. To beat him would be the ultimate feat as far as he was concerned. He had been joined by a team of hydromancers as they attacked the water-based city at night, using the waterways to attack unsuspected, evading the deadly Leviathan that swam through its waters and then unleashing upon the palace. Once news had spread of attack, Twilight arrived as quickly as he could. He would approach the palace and would be intercepted by the hydromancers. Swatting them all away, he would then be locked in battle as Owen opened his book to begin play.
They would lock and Owen would begin his toughest battle ever. He knew that this Twilight was by far more intelligent and had a greater sense of tactical knowledge than anyone he had ever faced. As Owen would move forward, Twilight would move and evade constantly, sliding through every piece and defeating them systematically. It didn’t take him long to figure out the system for beating these summons. Owen was being tested here but knew that the advantage in numbers would soon thwart Twilight. His prediction was correct, as Twilight was eventually pinned back into the corner and Owen would finally end his toying and end the life of Mystic Sky’s saviour.
But, the battle would be interrupted. Owen had been unaware during the battle that his back-up had been wiped out entirely as the overlords entered the fray. With Twilight unconscious, the overlords entered Owen’s battlefield without realising what they were moving into. Half an hour later, Twilight would come around, having been curiously left by Owen who had considered that match a default draw. The bodies of the overlords lay dead before him. Even they had been unable to break his magic once inside. He had beaten them with no more than a mere game of chess.
And he had moved on. He had taken out the major forces and was onto his next target. The one person who despite his argument to get the exiled back into Mystic Sky was the one major threat to the exiles as they continued their spell of dominance over the world. Darkfire was the next target.
With the forces out of the way, we play a game of snare and kill. We trap the ‘king’ where he cannot move and force him to a position where he cannot move. Then, we lock him in checkmate.
In the weeks that it had taken to infiltrate Titusville and then work about destroying the overlords after a match that had taken almost a couple of days, Owen became aware how long this process of domination was taking; longer than originally expected. Finding Darkfire proved an extraordinarily difficult task. Owen knew that the avatar was constantly monitoring his movement, but was refusing to engage him for now. Fear? Doubtful. Darkfire, as much as he had promised to keep an eye on things was most likely finding this entire event quite amusing. It was years before Owen finally encountered the avatar, when the world was now most certainly in its darkest state.
The avatar had decided that it was time to settle this once and for all.
Owen’s summoning magic was thwarted immediately as Darkfire merely cancelled the ability out as soon as it was cast. Indeed, the avatar was stronger than anyone had actually imagined. One of the six gods that originally controlled and maintained the world, his magic was rarely used but was stronger than anything that anyone else would surely ever have witnessed. Without his summoning, Owen was useless as a warrior and stood in horror as he watched the featureless humanoid approach him steadily.
Speaking to him, Darkfire addressed Owen as if he knew him very well, which he naturally did through studying him. He expressed his decision that it was time to give the world back to the people and to end the unnecessary violence that was going on. He stressed that there was a point where fun became unnecessary. Despite his clear abilities to destroy Owen right where he stood, he expressed that he had enjoyed watching his methods of dealing with people over time and that to kill such a quality would be somewhat of a waste. Therefore, he would allow Owen to keep his life, but not for him to remain in this world.
He would send the army to other worlds as punishment for the continuation of their actions beyond necessity. Owen, now a young man of 19 years old, would be sent to an entirely new universe where he would be forced to start afresh as a new man and learn the hard way about dealing with life somewhere where there were numerous other people who were as unique as he was. Darkfire was aware that where he was sending Owen probably had no real ability to handle his ability, but perhaps it would educate him in being a person.
The destination was that of Kingdom Hearts, a universe where Darkfire had contacts already who could keep an eye on the young genius. Owen would be sent there under the instruction to learn about the world and to suffer the pain of being thrown into a world where you know nothing and have to experience no longer having a purpose but merely having to live. He would be forced to make a life for himself and decide what he could become from the point of being no more than a tool previously.
Darkfire would transport him to Kingdom Hearts, say no more than a taunting message about being by himself and then leave. Owen would stand and look out over the endless sea that lay before him and simply stare. He was by himself; he had no-one to turn to for instructions, no-one to even turn to in order to converse with and no-one to even play against. He had been dropped at the End of the World.
Standing in solitude, the silence made his skin crawl and sent shivers up his spine. He didn’t know where he was or how to get out from where he was. For the first time in his life, he was completely and utterly alone and by himself. Slowly lowering himself to the ground, he would sit and just stare in silence at what had happened to him. He wondered what the entire plot to gain revenge on Mystic Sky had truly been in aid of, what was the true intention for the place once they had succeeded... if they had succeeded. What had been his role? Had he been no more than a tool?
Questions ran through his head as his hands nervously clutched at his book, his arms beginning to shake awkwardly. After a few moments of awkward silence, he would slam the book on the floor and open it to the right page and unleash the chessboard. He stood on one side of the chessboard behind his pieces as he stared out to the other side. Empty. But he didn’t react. Instead, he just stared on at the abandoned side of the board where no opponent stood in wait to begin a match against him.
For hours, he didn’t move.
For days, he didn’t move.
For weeks, he didn’t move, constantly asking the same questions in the back of his mind as he stared outwards over the board. Hallucinations came and went as he remembered what had happened and he began to hear the voices of those from the past, instructing him in tasks that he would need to complete in the big event. The voices came often and eventually they would change in their content. They would tell him other things, about society and what to make of it, about nature and why it’s necessary for the survival of mankind, about food and how it keeps us alive, about bunny rabbits and why they are so affectionately recognised by everyone, about the joys of watching someone’s blood leaving their body, about the glory of victory and seeing someone disappointed in defeat, about superiority and how great it is to be on top. But lastly, about how great it is to have found company within one’s own mind.
