I guess I'll try this.

Name ~ Wish Wash

Description ~ An ability that is commonly used by Dumbo to ward of any enemies that are coming near. Dumbo raises his trunk and gathers water, soon shooting it out in a powerful jet. Dumbo may also spin while using this to create a spiral like barrier for a short time that hurts enemies on contact when they touch the barrier.

Strength ~ 4 Ap

Uses ~ Since commonly used, this ability is able to be used up to five times. If Dumbo uses the barrier, though, he shall be limited to using the jet only once more and if Dumbo uses anymore than one powerful spray, he can't use the Barrier.

Name ~ Water Drill

Description ~ This is a stronger ability of Dumbo's that takes a good time to charge (3 posts). Dumbo will gather water like in the Wish Wash ability, but, instead of having it gush out, the water will form around Dumbo's trunk when it sprays out and will begin to shape into a drill. Dumbo will then charge at the opponent like a bull seeing red.

Strength ~ 6 Ap

Uses ~ This can only be used once, but it's duration is great. It lasts for 4 posts!

I've just got to take a shot at it.

For the abilities to be truly appreciated, I have to go out on the edge with the possibility of being disqualified. I have to add in a weapon.

Weapon Name~! Dumbo's Trunk!

Weapon Description~! Though not a weapon in the typical sense, this is one of Dumbo's most powerful tools. Being Dumbo's main opposable appendage, he can grip, tug, push, pull, lift, and even hang from precarious ledges and branches should the need arise. Though it doesn't look like it, Dumbo's trunk is very strong and can support his body weight for short periods of time. That being said, it also acts as a powerful and effective cannon of sorts. With the capability of slurping up any liquid material or small projectile he can find and fire it out in pressurized bursts. This makes for a very versatile weapon indeed. As an added bonus, all snorkeling opportunities become ten times more convenient.

Now: Let's do this.

Name ~: Peanut Barrage!

Description ~: Loading his trunk full of peanuts, Dumbo turns his elongated snout into a semi-lethal machine gun! Highly inaccurate and without a large storage capacity, this is more for personal security than anything else.

Strength ~: Weak/2AP

Uses ~: This attack requires a one turn reload charge, and in turn gets one post of concentrated fire.

Name ~: Ne'er Seen An Elephant Fly?

Description ~: With this ability, Dumbo, mustering up his courage, makes an attempt to fly! With a great and mighty flap of his ears he lifts a few inches off the ground before falling back down. But that's not all! The true effect of this ability allows Dumbo to send a gust of wind downward, lowering visibility in a full circle around him by kicking up clouds of dust. This area affected is almost ten feet in diameter. While those immediately near him might suffer some minor damage from the buffet of wind, the real intention behind this ability is to buy time to escape from harm.

Strength ~: Weak/2AP

Uses ~: Though great for a distraction it requires a two post charge, and can't be used for the three following posts, which leaves a five post gap in between each use. Although the clouds of dust last for two posts. Additionally, as a side effect of this attack, the dust has a negative effect on Dumbo's allergies, and while encompassed he is plagued by a fit of the sneezes.

Name ~: Pink Elephants on Parade

Description ~: After producing a bottle of strange liquid from under his hat, Dumbo slurps it into his trunk and attempts to shower a single target with it. This liquid is special in that should it come into contact with the enemy it impairs movement with a 50% chance of sending them into a daze. During this daze they will, oddly enough, see pink elephants marching around.

Strength ~: Moderate/4AP

Uses ~: This ability is only to be used in dire circumstances. Though the liquid soaks into the enemy's clothing and slightly hinders their movement, the daze affects the enemy only 50% of the time. On the other hand, Dumbo is sent into a weakened state. With no physical damage, and only a 50-50 chance of daze, as well as a powerful drawback it is quite unreliable. Finally, it requires a one post charge, can only be used once per battle, and sends Dumbo into a weakened state. Dumbo's weakened state lasts six turns during which he can only use his last ability*.

Name ~: Heroic Hiccup!

Description ~: This ability works only after Dumbo has used "Pink Elephants on Parade". While stumbling about in his weekend weakened state. Dumbo declares one enemy and begins to charge. Midway through the charge however, he hiccups violently, tripping over his ear and rolling into the first object in his trajectory.

Strength ~: Weak 2/AP

Uses ~:Incredibly inaccurate, this has an immensely small chance of hitting. Almost one in ten, the likelihood he makes an effective attack is a rarity. Luckily, he can perform it once a turn.

Name- The Human Trunk Cannonball
Description- This was a trick he learned while performing at the circus. Dumbo uses his trunk to suck up an opponent into it and once he can no longer contain them, fires (or rather sneezes) his opponent out at a great velocity much like a cannon.
Strength- 5 Moderate
Uses- Once Dumbo has the opponent in his trunk he can only hold onto them for two posts in order to build up pressure. Once he is done he can aim his trunk and fire the trapped person like a cannonball. After that he must wait three post before he can perform it again. (He has to blow his nose after all that junk that went in there). He can only fit one person in his trunk due to his size and they can only be sucked up as far as his trunk is long which is about four feet. They don't have very much mobility due to the cramped room in his trunk and could only escape if he sneezes them out.

Name- Sideshow Attraction
Description- Using an old trick from his days as a circus clown, Dumbo brings out a red and white ball and jumps on top of it. Then he begins to roll around the area as the ball gets bigger and bigger.
Strength- 5 Moderate
Uses- The trick only lasts for five posts and during those five posts the ball will grow five feet taller than it's normal size of five feet. The ball will also become more stronger and deal alot of damage should anyone get caught by it. Once his five posts are up the ball magically disappears and cannot reappear for five posts.
