Temptation of Blood[/li][li] Active, helpful staff
In a world of good versus evil; humans versus vampires, there could be only one winner.
The two races, different from each other in their own ways, have been at war with each other since the dawn of time. Those humans who know of the existence of vampires are known as 'hunters'. These hunters hunt down vampires and kill them through whatever methods they can. Sometimes they succeed, and sometimes they don't.
That's just the way it is. But lately the vampires have tracked the hunters movements and hideouts and killed many of them. The survivors have gone into hiding, watching in horror as a vampire, much stronger than any other, has risen and taken control of the world. His name is Gabriel. After killing the world leaders he has proclaimed himself all-powerful ruler of this new world.
Things are looking good for the vampires, and worse for the humans, as Gabriel, Lord Gabriel now, passes new laws. The newest one states that the humans can now be captured and sold into slavery. Most humans, those who do not want to be slaves to the vampires, have fled. But those unlucky ones who choose to stay, were captured, wrapped in chains, and brought to the marketplace to be sold.
One slave girl, Jessica Miller, was given to Gabriel as a birthday present. He treated the girl like he treated any other human slave. But when he heard that she was to be his personal slave, he started treating her more harshly. But as of late, he is starting to develop some feelings for the girl. Feelings that he thought he would never feel for a human. He chose to ignore them, thinking that they will pass. But they haven't. Now he is wandering what to do with her. He can't have someone in the way of his quest for world domination.
And what of the hunters? There are just enough still surviving that they might have a chance at killing Gabriel, should they band together. However, their fear has stopped them from doing so...so far, anyway. Perhaps they could somehow overcome their fears, and once again take back control of the world.
And just maybe they will even find new additions to their ranks... because there are others who want Gabriel to be dead, humans and vampires alike.
What side will you take? That of good... or that of evil?
