I took an ACT Prep course at the beginning of this year, which helped somewhat.
- In the Science section there really is no science. All of the answers are within the text.
- The first 30 questions of the math test are fairly basic algebra and the likes. If you can pass a lot of the first 30 questions you'll more then likely get a higher score overall.
- If it doesn't fit, omit. This meas pretty much in the reading and grammar section if one of the answers is omit, it's more then likely the actual answer.
- A lot of the time on the grammar part of the test, the shortest answer is the best. Do not rely on this one too much, just remember to look at the shortest answers first.
- Above all else, pace yourself. Allow yourself plenty of time to answer each question.
That's all I can think of right now though. Good luck!

Dude, if you were taking the SAT, I could have had a billion advice for you...I took prep classes for the SAT. XD
Anyway, good luck! I heart the ACT is easier than the SAT if that makes you feel any better.
