Okay here's the thing. I am doing an arena type story based rp. It takes place in Olympus Colleseum. Phil is setting up a tournament in which a variety of people can take place. Now it is just to see who will fight Herc next, but I'll have a NPC trying to get Phil to make the winner his next hero in training, or something along those lines *evil smirk*, you'll have to join to find out for sure. Anyway here are the things you need to know.
Rules:

3 abilities, and 1 equip for the WHOLE battle, NO switching.
AU, killing allowed.
Eight people to start. It will be a bunch of two on two matches. Teams will be determined by the staff member(s) who judge. When it gets down to two people left, those two will fight each other.
Winner will get a sweet prize, an awesome glide ability, and 600 Munny. Since there is a prize, there will be no betting, which means that no one has anything to lose.
HOWEVER, like all other arena matches, people are free to place bets on each individual match.
In the event one person from each team is defeated, and the other two fighters call it a draw, or if a judge determines the match a draw, the two who were beaten will not go on, the two that remain will then be paired up.
In the event of cheating, via Godmodding (or anything along those lines), using abilities not previously mentioned, or using an ability mentioned before the fight, but after it has been edited (such as with upgrades), the "cheater" will be warned, and/or disqualified, depending on the circumstances. Abilities can be upgraded and used then, but not until after the match they are currently in is over. If your teamate cheats, and you do not, you will be pulled from the match, and then you will fight a member of your choosing from the opposing team you just fought, and fight them for their place to continue. The team with no cheaters would be considered the winners of the two on two match in this case, but both of them will not continue unless the chosen one of them beats the challenger from the other team.

And lastly:
This is a story based rp, so feel free to post as spectators and the like, but if you do anything to interfere with the fight, you will be disqualified automatically, and someone else will replace you.
And this rp is for those who sign up only, but those who don't can still bet on the fights.
p.s. One last detail is being worked out, but it shouldn't take too long.
