Audition post (400 words):
Surrounded by four Dusks at the top of Memory's Skyscraper, Roxas looked at each one of them with an angry and annoyed expression on his face. "Don't you guys have something better to do?" he said as he summoned forth his Keyblade. "Why don't you go bother the one who has the real Keyblade instead?"
The Dusks ignored the young Nobodys comments and went to attack him all together, they crept around him each in their own strange ways. Finally one got in close enough and went in for the first strike. Roxas spun behind it avoiding the Dusks strike and began whacking away at the Dusk until it vanished away. "I told you already I'm not Sora!"
Moments later Roxas delivered the last blow to the last remaining Dusk watching it vanish away into nothingness. These random attacks by the Nobody's was beginning to really annoy Roxas. As he took a few seconds to take a breather he couldn't help but look at his Keyblade and became almost disgusted with it. He threw it off of the building trying to just rid himself with that constant reminder of just who he was. Roxas couldn't bare to accept his fate as a Nobody of Sora anymore. He would find Sora himself and prove once and for all that he was his own being.
As he looked over to the Castle That Never Was he knew this decision meant that he could never return to the Organization. He knew what consequences would occur if he were ever caught. He had seen this before with another....
No, he shook his head trying to not recall those past events and instead just turned his back from the building. He didn't care about any of that stuff anymore, he couldn't anyways he had no heart. At this time, confronting Sora was his top priority, screw whatever the other members had told him about doing this. What was wrong about meeting with him? A part of him wondered if it was such a good idea after all. But he knew he had to do this if he ever wanted closure in his life. Once he met Sora and settled things with him he could finally live a normal life. Maybe he could go back to that world here he was first found and live there. He remembered seeing kids who looked his own age living there, maybe they would be friends with him.
It was not the time though to be thinking about that kind of stuff. Roxas had to go and find Sora now. He remembered from his memories of Sora that he lived in Destiny Islands. That would have to be his first stop. Hopefully he could find him there and not run into Kairi or Riku. For some strange reason he just felt that meeting them wouldn't be right. As much as he knew about them due to Soras memories going up to two complete strangers whom you have known all your life was way too complicated. He just wanted to meet Sora and the two of them could get on with their lives after that.
As he continued wandering the streets of the dark city Roxas looked over and saw an all too familiar face standing at the corner. He had hoped that he wouldn't see him again under these circumstances. But he didn't have time to say his goodbyes or talk to him. It would just be another anchor on his journey.
