Character Personality: Ra'en is a dark, shadowy character who rarely talks. He seems clouded to others but he always knows what he is doing. When he does talk, he is quiet, but speaks wise words. When he is thinking he becomes very closed up to everything around him, so often people don't like to be with him. Because of his quiet nature, he can also be misunderstood often. Ra'en has a tendency to see the hidden side of people, and does not judge them by first impressions and politeness, but the deepness and strength of their heart.

Weapon Name: Steel Blood
Weapon Appearance: Chrome color handle with inscriptions, has a long, steel blade shaped like the blade of a Buster Sword only not so wide. The blade has black designs running its length. The hilt has a long black ribbon running from it and a set ebony stone in its pommel. The sword is surprisingly light and easy to handle.
Abilities:
1. Glide - Allows Ra'en to glide for short periods of time
2. Heart Breaker - By going through memories of death, Ra'en is able to create an immensely powerful dark explosion with about a five foot radius. This is especially good against heartless.
3. Swift Feet - Allows Ra'en to move especially fast for a time.

Ra'en was born in the Radiant Garden, in a dark, make-shift house. He only had his mother for 3 short minutes before she slipped away to eternal rest; his father was already long dead. That night, however, the full moon shown especially brightly. The child's soft gray eyes reflected every beam of the moon and stars, and sucked in with them the vengeance of the night. As he grew older, he began to practice the art of the blade with his childhood companion, Yaller, whom he had met in Hollow Bastion. Squall was another defender, and was proud to help another one rise. He helped Ra'en obtain his blade and a little money for other useful items. Squall would also help him train. Soon, he became a master, swift and silent, at his art. Later, he also met Shallen, who showed him the secrets of swiftness and the shadows, and how light feet could help him win a battle. When he was 14, The Radiant Garden became Hollow Bastion - Heartless began to slip in. After talking with Tren, an old friend, who told him some more about the issue, he decided to help defend the quiet town. With his blade, Steel Blood, he fought as many as he could. Now he is setting off to travel to other worlds and defeat the heartless, not to mention find their source to destroy.
