It's almost time. Ten minutes left. Post your team, hopefully I'm not the only one following this.
GO ILLINOIS!
(not a sports freak, Illinois just grew on me)

5th seed in the South region. First game against Western Kentucky, at Portland on Thursday!
GO ILLINOIS!
If things go well Sweet 16 with a revenge game against UNC for 04-05. (Everyone else's enthusiasm for this is staggering. Are you all still in High School? ;D)

So four letter network has been trash talking the Illini and Big Ten all week. Oh well. In other news Morehead State beat Alabama State in the play-in game to face overall number one seeded Louisville. Tomorrow is the day!!! GO ILLINOIS! And for fun here's our President's Bracket that he released today. He picks Gonzaga over the Illini, okay. HE THEN PICKS UNC TO WIN IT AT ALL!?!?!? Have some Illinois pride Mr. President! NEVAR SIDE THE TARSCUM!

Yeah, the Zags have a reputation to be feared, pretty good offensive scheme going there, EXCEPT, the defense in the WCC is nothing like the Big Ten. What the Illini will have to do if they reach it to Gonzaga (barring a loss to WKU...) is not become inept on offense. Normally the Big Ten is pretty good against other conferences though. So I'm still afraid for Illinois's chances to beat Gonzaga without Chester Frazier, but with him there's a real chance the Illini go to the Sweet 16.
