As you are heading out the door of your house, a small glimmer of light catches your eye. You turn around and see a mirror, putting you face to face with your reflection.

Physical appearance ~ :

Starting with the young man's height, Cloud clocks in at 5'7 (Haha he's shorter than me!). A young man who's more than physically fit, saying he's of an "athletic" build, does the SOLDIER no justice. Rather, it's safe to conclude he's a well built light-medium weight contender on the battlefield. Portrayed with blonde hair, it's spiked towards the back, along the bangs as well as his trademark styling with a long strand spiked towards the top. If one were to take a glance, his hair would resemble that of a spiked cloud formation; giving his name a bit of edge! Despite his unusual hairstyle, what stands out the most for people is Cloud's eyes. Even when hardened by combat, they portray the lost soul of someone desperately seeking the light.

Clothing/Accessories ~ :

For the SOLDIER's attire of choice he wears a modified garb. Starting with a sleeveless turtle-neck, it's grey and features a zipper (cause Tetsuya Nomura-sensei loves shiny objects xD). It's sewen with cotton base material, giving off the texture of traditional sweaters. Crossed along his torso in a diagonal cross shape are several belt straps. They connect with the portion of his leather trench coat which has been modified extensively. First, there's the emblem of fenrir on his left shoulder. It's hemmed well along the shoulder guard of his trench coat. Beneath the shoulder guard is the remnant of the left sleeve. It should be noted that Cloud rarely zips up his shirt all the way, leaving plenty of breathing room for his big collars.

With the top portion described, the belts connecting to Fenrir also go down towards the waist Keeping the bottom portion of the modified trench coat together, it forms an x-shape with the straps. The bottom portion isn't being worn exactly as it should, thus the parting which would allow for easier leg movement sways towards Cloud's right side. This reveals the dark grey pants he's wearing. They're of a cargo make, with various buckles and pockets hidden mostly beneath the sway of black leather. Cloud prefers his pants loose somewhat, giving the impression of baggyness, but not much.Finally his polished grey boots are worn, mostly for comfort but they help him get the job done when action calls.

As you're walking through the door, you see many sights that influence your mood. The different feelings that suddenly wash over you are many, leaving you with a strange mix of emotions.

There are some key things to note about Cloud. He's fiercly loyal to his friends but he hasn't quite opened up to them either. Within his heart rests the pains and burdens of his past. A darkness which has grown so much it has risen out of his body like an alter-ego come to life. Due to this alter-ego and his terrorizing, he's often mute during social interaction. A man of few words but all simple and to the point. Deep down, he longs to simply be happy with his friends/companions. Yet in order to protect them he must tap into his darkness; which he believes to be his true strength. Since Cloud is strong physically he attempts to leverage this as much as he can to support his emotional weakness. His heart and mind are in a state of constant turmoil. Morality on the battlefield is hard when your friends can be ripped away from you. His turmoil tends to cause mood swings, though nothing too drastic.

Suddenly, a Heartless appears in front of you, brandishing its claws and threatening to attack. You reach for your weapon and equip it, ready to defend yourself.

ID: First Tsurugi (First Sword)
Bandaged in an attempt to sheathe the large boardsword is the First Tsurugi. It contains up to six other Tsurugis in an interesting pull apart mechanism. When broken apart, First Tsurugi reveals the fandubbed Apocalpyse. When Apocalypse is broken down it reveals the fandubbed Butterfly Edge. Although far from an "ability", the mechanism provides much more options to Cloud in combat. Breaking apart and putting the sword back together is a simple feat for the SOLDIER as well. In order to reach such an advanced stage, the sword's bandage wrap is drawn back and wrapped around the arms and hilt of the blade.

SOLDIER:
Cloud is... not an ordinary human being. While the details of this may be forever locked away in his heart from others, what it comes down to is that Cloud has something human beings normally don't: True strength. Cloud's body surpasses human standards in every aspect, be it brute force, speed, endurance, stamina, perception or recovery time. Cloud has a great power within himself that elevates him in this manner, though because it is an overall improvement to his human condition the effects are not as great in each individual area as they would be for someone who was reinforcing just a single trait.

Cloud's inner strength had been suffering due to the chaos in his heart, but the SOLDIER has now made a full recovery. At its full level of strength this ability grants strength beyond even what is needed to allow Cloud to wield his large, heavy sword in battle with the ease a normal human would experience with a short blade, his skill in doing so now great enough that batting and reflecting enemy attacks with his weapon without detonating them becomes possible. It also makes Cloud tough enough to sustain much more damage than most other warriors in battle before succumbing to defeat, even enduring blows to vital organs and blood loss(3 Turns before needing to heal max) with the ability to recover from them outside of battle given enough time to do so.

Strength: Strong
Uses: Passive ability. Reflecting enemy attacks with weapon can be done once every five turns and applies only to projectile attack abilities and magics that have a projectile nature.


Climhazzard:
Simple thrust is all this is. A thrust with three levels of execution.

Fast Thrust: Holding his large sword in both hands Cloud swiftly jabs it directly in front of himself. This action is pumped with a burst of superhuman strength and causes the SOLDIER to go sliding forward across the ground as if pulled by his own sword's momentum. A spark of energy lights up at the tip of his weapon during motion but has no effect on the attack quality itself. Fast Thrust can zip across a distance of three meters(Measuring from the tip of Cloud's weapon) at Cloud's top running speed even from a standing still position and he comes to a gentle stop afterward with little recovery time or impact on his personal balance. The attack's main asset is its speed, however, and it carries no more punch to it than an ordinary thrust from Cloud(Which is admittedly still quite a bit of punch).

Sonic Thrust: Cloud pulls the large sword back close to his body while pointing it forward, then thrusts it ahead with all of his strength. This causes the SOLDIER to blast ahead with great force, surrounded in a whirling shock wave on all sides but directly behind. Cloud slides forward across the ground as he travels with the Sonic Thrust, ignoring any environmental friction. Sonic Thrust can shoot across a distance of four meters(Measuring from the tip of Cloud's weapon) at twice Cloud's top running speed even from a standing still position and he comes to an abrupt stop afterward, requiring minimal time to recover his balance. The attack takes a moment to prepare and aim, but if it connects even by a glance Cloud's attack and pushing power is enhanced by a factor of three over normal.

Flash Thrust: Cloud pulls the large sword back close to his body while pointing it forward, then glows for a moment with blue electric-like energy. Cloud will then jab his massive weapon, causing the SOLDIER to flash ahead at great speed while leaving a trail of blue energy in his wake. Cloud simply skims right across the ground as he travels with the Flash Thrust, ignoring any environmental friction. Flash Thrust can shoot across a distance of five meters(Measuring from the tip of Cloud's weapon) in under one second. Cloud must recover his balance and can not move again until his next turn after Flash Thrust ends, but at this level the SOLDIER is capable of performing the move immediately again in any direction after the last several times in a row. The attack focuses on speed and building up a combo on the enemy so the attack power of the actual strikes is slightly less than Cloud's normal sword attacks.


Strength:Strong
Uses:Can only be initiated from and across the ground and forward from Cloud's body. Preparation time varies based on level of execution. Fast Thrust requires ten seconds before it starts up. Sonic Thrust requires three seconds to prepare. Flash Thrust requires no time to prepare. Fast Thrust has no usage limit, Sonic Thrust can be used up to ten times per battle. Flash Thrust can be used up to three times per battle with a maximum chain of six attacks per use.

Omnislash:
Cloud charges himself with power and a glowing radius wall of bright blue electric-like hazardous energy flashes around his body, acting as a barrier while he charges up. After that initial spark Cloud's entire form is covered in an electric-like current of that blue power. This current amplifies Cloud's attack power several times and makes it possible for him to attack magic and supernatural powers as if they were physical things. Because it surrounds his entire form this energy also offers Cloud protection while he uses it. The SOLDIER is by no means invincible while using Omnislash, but he is capable of shrugging off physical and magical attacks of a lower strength level than Omnislash without slowing down much despite any damage taken. The aura of power grants Cloud the ability of flight and an overall increase in speed. The blond can zip back and forth across a battlefield or over long distances in the air many times faster than most people can run and the slashes of his sword leave blurs of grey in their trail. When Omnislash ends Cloud flies up and then straight down at top speed, impaling the ground. This releases his aura outwards in a six-meter radius shock wave bubble that will deal heavy non-elemental damage and blow away anyone too close to his landing zone.


Strength: Strong
Uses: After activating Omnislash Cloud can maintain his powered-up form for up to four turns before it has to end. Upon the fifth turn, Cloud will impale his sword into the ground, leaving Cloud vulnerable for one turn. Regardless of how long it lasted, however, Cloud can not use Omnislash again for at least ten of his turns due to the amount of power required for it. After ending Omnislash Cloud can not move again until his next turn, but the ending shock wave is usually enough to buy him that recovery time.

Sephiroth and Cloud were whisked away in a flash of light that very day. His friends knew that Cloud would be facing a great battle. It encompassed many worlds but our story begins in one particular world. It existed along the same plane as Twilight Town, yet it was much different in scope and nature. Many tall buildings and skyscrapers encompased this world. A looming city that held an unusual light in the sky, despite being constantly shrowded in darkness. It was as if the sun could never rise in this city and so it was called "City of Dawn". Atop one of the highest buildings was Cloud and Sephiroth, ready to engage in combat. The building in particular was owned by Tempeste Inc, a group specializing in weapons manufacturing. Needless to say that with the SOLDIER and his darkness squaring off, significant damage was done towards the establishment. Destruciton however, tends to breed more destruction. Starting Tempeste Inc's weapons building (Adminsitration only), it lead to their Manufacturing plant, and finally their Headquarters.

Cloud tried his best to minimize damage but Sephiroth's agressive attacks left Cloud open or being the source of damage due to his body being sent around like a ragdoll. The commotion did not go unoticed, within the shadows of the night careful eyes observed the situation. These eyes went undetected by Cloud who was caught up in this physical and emotional conflict. When Sephiroth was bored of the playing field, he'd lure Cloud to another world. Thus the battle of SOLDIERS continued elsewhere. Where was that final battle? The one which left Sephiroth on The World That Never Was? Why, it was at World That Never Was of course. The final battle, Cloud unleashing Omnislash as he summoned the light from within. He didn't beat Sephiroth alone of course. It was thanks to his friends believing in him, for Tifa constantly searching for him, that he delivered his deadly attack.

Looking out into the distance, relieved about his victory, Cloud finally began to pick himself up. There was much work ahead of him. He needed to really re-evaluate himself, to truely find the light that his friends believed he had. Withdrawing his blade from the earth below, it'd be placed in it's usual resting spot before disappearing. Thus the lonely SOLDIER walked into the distance, there were worlds that he needed to revisit. Worlds that he owed his time to work in until the damage they had incured was repaid in full. Despite this resolve to right the wrongs he made, he felt an eerie chill as we traveled. Was Sephiroth truly dead...if not was he the one that followed him?

1. When you say endure blows to vital organs, you don't mean he can keep fighting for very long, yeah? He'd be pretty messed up. I'd like for you to clarify that even if he could still move after a blow to his vital organs, he'd be a very weakened and would not last for very long. Still, he wouldn't be immobilized like most others.

2. Make Fast Thrust requires no preparation time (as it is now), make Sonic Thrust require a few seconds to prepare and make Flash Thrust require at least ten seconds to prepare before execution. The sheer speed of Flash Thrust almost guarantees a hit, so that's the only real way to make it evadable. You mentioned something about Preparation time anyway. You can keep everything else as is.

3. Remove this part of Omnislash

and the energy will also harm back anything that touches it.

Make the number of turns it last four turns and you impale the sword on the beginning of the fifth turn, leaving you vulnerable until your next post.

I hope you're aware that, at least in my eyes, the more extras (e.g. deflecting projectiles and chain mail skin) you stack onto increase physique (SOLDIER) the lesser it is, though not to too significant an extent since those two are decent enough.

Also, you have some coding typos and on you wrote 'Fast Thurst' instead of 'Flash Thrust' when you made mention of Preparation times. Finally, want to tell me how much munny I need to deduct so I don't have to bother doing it myself? -lazy mod-
