Yeah, I decided to put this up because I'm curious about everybody's favorites up here. Why am I curious? I dunno. Because I'm nosey, maybe. I dunno. Anyway, my favorites would have to be:
Larxene - She has that twisted playfulness about her that I just simply love.
Marluxia - He's pretty, diabolical, and graceful with his attacks. What's not to love?
Zexion - Shady, but lazy. Not that that's a bad thing. The fact that he can disguise himself to be exactly like others, coupled with him using a Lexicon? I like that!
Luxord - Enigmatic, yet straight to the point. And he uses cards and die. Yay~!
Soo...who are your favorites, and why? =3

How many times have we had this thread already?
Anyways my answer is still the same, Xemnas. He is a great example of not only a Nobody, but also a heartless villain with a mysterious past that makes you wonder "what if..". Plus his fighting style was always cool.

This isn't even a question.
Xemnas was a jedi >.> To me, he was kind of like Ultimecia. The kind of villain just tacked on at the last minute with no real rhyme or reason and only becomes important in the last parts. Now Marluxia, he was engaged with the whole adventure from start to finish.

Aki's description of Xemnas sounds more like Xehanort's Heartless to me << >>
Larxene is the best. No contest.

No, I'm sorry, but Xehanort's Heartless was epic. >__>
SUBMIT!
Ahem...
I don't have a favorite.
Wait, actually, I might...not. I know I have one I hate. *coughroxascough*
But as for the rest of them, they were all OK. Two that literally stuck out were Xigbar and Demyx, who for some weird reason, being the weakest of them all kept kicking my butt...
I like em better when they're not serious. XD

One last side remark before I run away. Xehanort's Heartless is rather amusing, but you have to admit that he was just randomly tacked on. They needed someone ultra powerful for a final boss, so they just came up with Ansem. Before the final two worlds of the game, he only had one vague scene with Sora.

You do recall all those Ansem Reports we were collecting the entire game right? lol. But that aside, I don't feel like either of the last bosses were tacked on at the end. Just suitably keeping themselves under the radar with their respective organization fronts.
My favourite member of Organization XIII is(Currently)... Axel.
I'm a sucker for the friendship-inspired redemption kinda thing. Haha.

I dunno, mine are either Demyx for his attitude, or Saïx for being a conniving little monster.

Marluxia has always been my favorite ever since I played CoM.
Pink hair and Scythe FTW!

Wow, and I didn't even have to bribe Niklas or The Wandering Bum. xD
Besides the obvious, Marly-kins comes next, followed by Smexy-Zexy, and... was there anyone else? Nah, probably not. =p
Wait, I take it back. Would Xemnas' zebra print coat count?

Oh, and Demyx. He's probably my other fave.

My favorite character is Lexaeus, because he's the ugliest. And he doesn't do anything. XD

Clearly Luxord.
Because time interests me a great deal.

Major credit to Xigbar for having what I thought to be one of the most interesting combat schemas out of all the Organization members, closely followed by Xaldin. Fighting those guys the first time around felt like going up against a force of nature...

I know just what you mean, Nascent.
I also enjoy the Saix fight for the same reason, even though is less... finesse than those two. Wit him its like the force of nature is there, just bottled up inside.
