Physical appearance ~ : Neiya is small and lean. He's very skinny, and not very tall. However, muscles are evident all over his body. His hair is black, and he wears a strange metal spike attached to the back of his head. On his right hand is a tattoo crest of the Ace of Clubs.
Clothing/Accessories ~ : Skin-tight suit: Neiya wears a black skin-tight suit that covers his whole body up to his neck.
Spike-chain: Neiya has what looks like a long spike attached to the back of his head. It droops downwards, as if it was a cable. If it was part of his hair, it'd be like a long ponytail or braid. It's made of 10 spikes attached to each other seamlessly. It's about 24-inches long.

Behavior ~ : Neiya is arrogant. He acts perverted sometimes, and loves fighting very much. He'll test his strength against nearly anyone who asks, and tends to support the underdog in a fight. He gets touchy when insulted, especially about his height. He refuses to lose at all costs.

ID: Metal Spear: A pole of metal, with a sharpened point on one end. It's 5 feet long. Neiya can separate the spear into 8 parts, connected by chains in-between each segment. He can also revert it.

ID: Spike-chain: Whipping his head around, Neiya can whip the Spike-chain as a close range weapon. It's about 24 inches long.

Separation
Neiya separates the spikes of the Spike-Chain into 10 2.4 inch spikes. They fly through the air at the opponent for two posts before returning to Neiya and reforming the chain. They fly at the opponent in the post they're released, like missiles, and then attack once more the second post before returning. Like a boomerang, only more precise. 2 post cooldown.

Fire Breath
Neiya breathes a line of fire out. It has a range of 10 feet. 3 post cooldown.
Strength: Moderate
Uses: 3 per thread.
Ring of Fire
Neiya duplicates his spear into 8 and throws them around the opponent, surrounding them and preventing escape by normal means. Normal means being walking, climbing the poles, etc. The poles are too slippery to allow climbing, and too close together for anyone to get between them without removing one somehow. The next post, he breathes fire onto the ring, creating a tornado of fire that causes constant damage.

Shin Ryuusei Kochouken
Neiya surrounds himself with green fire, boosting his strength and speed beyond his normal levels while his suit turns golden. His strength is almost Herculean, and his speed like a car. He can't turn fast at top speed. This green fire extends about 6 inches away from his body at all times and burns those it touches. This lasts for 5 posts, and has a 10 post cooldown. During the time it is up, the green fire saps his lifeforce.

Neiya was born on Rayth, a world of great natural beauty. He was raised by his parents amongst one of its great forests. His father trained him in a dying school of martial arts, and he learned it quickly. He fought his way into one of the tournaments that pitted martial artists against each other to determine the ruler of Rayth.
However, during the tournament, something went horribly wrong. As Neiya defeated yet another tournament, a dark creature appeared from the shadows. More of them appeared. To Neiya, they seemed like horrible bugs, all black and crooked with yellow eyes. The more he fought them, the more of them appeared. He fell into blackness as it spread over his world.
He woke up in another world. Soon thereafter, he joined the Shuffle Alliance, not seeking revenge, but merely a way to keep one power from destroying another as his world had been destroyed.
