Umbrakinesis
Jason has the ability to manipulate and control shadows. He can meld them with other objects, control them, make them solid, become a shadow and more.
Sound Elemental
Jason is an immortal being. He has the ability to ‘tune’ his body and weapon to a certain element, although he is much stronger in shadow than others with his violin. With other instruments, his strength decreaces in shadow and increases in other elements. When he focuses, he can get into a state where he can generate any type of music along with his own. This is only possible when he is playing his violin, though.
Spirit Being
Jason has the ability to transform into his Spirit Being. His inner form, if you may, and is called ‘The Dancer’. His shadowmancy abilities are increased almost threefold along with his strength. He also gains the ability to create sound. His appearance also changes:

Character History

Jason Bennet was born into the Bennet family, one of three families that formed the Dancer clan a thousand years ago. The Bennet family, The Caring family and The Eliamoor family. Jason eventually joined The Apostles of Serenity once his dear friend, Mallory Caring, died and the trio broke up. He then lived as a powerful agent of darkness until finding another place in the Guild of Heroes. He helped his new friends defeat Ryuu Ranmiaku and restore peace to the world when Johnathan Eliamoor revived him after he was assassinated.
When the heartless came, however, the world was completely unprepared. Only a lone scientist had found a way to detect darkness and had known of the coming incursion for a long time. It was only when Jason visited him when he learned that the scientist was serious and they managed to create a conduit into the Corridors of Darkness, saving the heart inhabiting his world. Jason was then ejected into the Corridor of Darkness and reappeared in Twilight town. Jason then searched for his friends for a few momths and is still searching.
