It's time for a new round: STUPID QUESTION 3
Duuuun duuuuun duuuuuuuuuuuuuun!
Okay, here's the question. What exactly can you do during a 'charge-up' post? I'm under the impression that you can do exactly nothing but given our format that'd be kinda like putting a big sign on your back that says: KILL ME, KILL ME NOW.
Soooo... is it more 'I cannot perform any other abilities' or 'I cannot attack' or is it really a 'I shall stick in one spot with a bulls-eye on my forehead and pretend Goku's got Raditz in a chokehold'?
For those of ya who didn't get the last ref it basically means, 'stay still.'

If you refer to the equip Charge then yes you need to stay still.
Physically, at least.

Charge, I admit, has a valid mechanic. But when it's written into the description of an ability...? Is it up to the ability-writer to characterize this 'charge-up' phase or is it assumed to be similar to the charge equip?

We assume nothing except what you write.

So the standard interpretation for the 'charge-up' phase applies to any such abilities? Hmmm, kay.

The standard interpretation is unless you say you have to sit still while charging then you don't.
Mind you, an ability of any level is considered to be more powerful the more limitations are placed upon it and its use.

*fondly dusts the old question thread*
STUPID QUESTION FOUR!!!
Now the minion system has me a bit confused. S-ranked minions and the 'extra' set of minions must be summoned simultaneously, aye? What happens when the 'extra' set bites the dust then? Can the next set no longer be summoned because, technically, the S-ranked minion is still present upon the battlefield?
Some clarification would be nice before I blow off a good amount of cash on minions Bishop shall not even be able to call into battle. xD

As long as the S minion is still around and the extra set died then the next extra set can be called after the standard waiting period. If the s dies as well before that is up then the wait starts over again from when the last "set" of minions was killed or sent away.
Also I did update the minion rules earlier today to try and make them cleaner. Moved their technical desc. out of the marketplace, at least.

So I assume sending a set away and replacing it with another set will entail the usual costs as well?
Most excellent. =3
Thanks Bilby!

Wow, haven't been here in a while.
Well, for questions Five and Six:
5. Can mystics heal their minions/summons?
6. Are transformation summons (exactly what it says on the tin) implied to have a health bar that's combined with their character?

5. A while back, I had a character themed for this purpose. I think that you can do this, but the 'Absolutely No Healing Abilities' makes me wonder if I heard wrong. I'd ask one of the Cmods. In short, I don't know, but I was wondering this myself 6. These summons (from reading a character that had this) should have a shared health bar. (see Brezzen's post)

The reason number six needing asking, Rolt, is that it isn't that simple: I have a transformation summon character that did the two separate health bar thing that Brezzen didn't like, and it got accepted. So I'm paying attention closely to this thread, cause if it turns out that it would be better to do combined, I have to go back and change my summon a bit.
