Simple. Have you ever created or played a character that had an actual "catch phrase" they used often or always used in a specific situation? If so what was it?
You can include other types of quirks besides catch phrases if you like.

I have a lot.
"That all you've got to give?"
"Hey, why don't you stop that right now!?"
"You just ruined my apple. Do you know what I do to people who do that?" or "I like apples, big whup." or "Don't ever interupt me when I'm eating an apple, or smoking." also "Give me back my apple. That's the quickest way to lose a finger or two. That is, if you're lucky."
"Not the face! I swear I'm telling the truth! I'm no good at fighting!"
"I... want... a sucker..... And judging by what just happened, you'll work just fine."

That last one was epic funny, Angelous-- I MEAN OOGIE BOOGIE-- I MEAN ARKE-- I MEAN--!! Aaaaaaanywho. "Pants count UP!" A char of mine elsewhere steals people's pants, ninja-style. All for comedic effect, I assure you!
"Oh hey. Are you the loser of the week they told me about? Hold on, lemme go grab my FAIL stamp." Hrm... guess that's all I've got. ^_^;;

Does an introduction count? On another KH site, I work with a villain who always introduced himself as "Doctor Thaddeus F, professor of Heartless zoology and pathology." He wasn't sure just what he meant by that, and truth be told I'm not too sure myself. Heck, I never figured out what the "F" stood for. Faust, maybe...
I've always wanted to do a character that shouted out "EXCITEMENT!" when they did things Leeroy Jenkins style. I tried it out on one of the members of a gag duo, but the little guy who said it ended up acting so dang serious that I dropped it. Which was all right because it turned out making them seem completely serious while they bungled things made them even funnier. I'm thinking of making Sir Theo say it, but...

Can "..." be a catchphrase? All of my characters indulge at a certain point. XD
If not, then, no, not that I remember.

If "..." isn't a catchphrase, then Perry the Platypus doesn''t have one. xD
Oh wait. "Grrrkrrkrrkrrkrkrr" is another one. Hmm.... what other secret catchphrases does Perry have...?

My character Malidan has a lovely catch phrase. "OH SHI- -gets bricked by Shia-"
Lovely, no? XD
Aside from jokes, he does have a catchphrase. It presents itself in many ways, but it all says the same thing "Shia, get inside the house, I`ll teach this guy table manners", meaning "I`ll give this guy a swift kick in the butt". XD Shia is his wife-to-be, hurhur.
I`m thinking about making a character similiar to Bugs Bunny, but more obnoxious, that has the catchphrase "What`s up, Dork?" XD
