Physical appearance ~ : Marcus stands at 4' 9" in height, with blonde hair neatly cut with a bit of spiking in the front. His eyes are light blue in color. His skin is white in color, with a flush to it. On the left side of his chin he has a bandage that covers up a scar he has when he was younger. The scar itself looks like it does a web effect in a 3" diameter.
Clothing/Accessories ~ : Marcus wears a modify cassock the right sleeve of it is shorten so it isn't caught when he ties the buckler on his arm. He also wears yellow sash around his waist showing his rank. His shoes are black cotton kung fu shoes. When he isn't holding his staff he attaches it to the inner side of his buckler for storage.

Behavior ~ : Because he is going through the "transition" from child to teen, his moods will swing alot. For the most part he tries to act like an adult, so people could stop putting him in his father's shadow. Unfortunately that doesn't work so he becomes frustrated, however he bottles it up. So there is a possibility that he may burst with anger, and take it out on someone.

A slender oak staff, that is about 2 yards long. At the top it has a curve to it like a khopesh. The staff has natural magic embedded into it allowing Marcus to use his abilities.

With the ability to turn his staff into a ring this gives him more mobility with hand, and it beats carrying it around.

Marcus charges the magic around and in his staff to form a bow of magic, by pulling back on the "string" of the "bow" he creates an arrow, by holding on to it he can create up to three arrows to shoot at once.

Letting the magic overflow through his staff (or ring), Marcus turns it into a razor's edge for his weapon allowing him to do more damage.

A weapon thrown by the character that detonates into an explosion of physical damage, covering a blast radius of five meters. Rivals the strength of a moderate ability. Up to 5 uses per purchase, but can not be used in more than one thread.

Allows the user to shoot a head-sized spiky ice crystal at high speed with slight homing ability. Very difficult to dodge at medium range. Shatters upon contact and deals weak ice-elemental magic damage. 10 uses per battle.
4. Thunder I - 150
Allows the user to surround themselves with a dozen randomly-falling thick yellow lightning bolts. The lightning comes down anywhere within five meters around the user. If any targets are within that range when cast at least one bolt will always come down in their direction, with more often focused in the general area. The strikes deal weak thunder-elemental magic damage to anyone they hit. 10 uses per battle. Lasts one post.
5. Magnet - 200
Create a magical orb in the air above the user that sucks in all nearby objects, abilities and opponents within 20 feet. Three uses per battle and only lasts 1 post. The user can not attack in the same post Magnet is used but any characters caught by it will remain there for their entire post as well.
6. Gravity - 200
Increase the gravity above a target in the form of a dark sphere of magic that flattens out to shoot down and to slam it into the ground. Damage is equivalent to a moderate ability and is multiplied if the target was in the air and fell a farther distance or if the target's body mass/weight is quite high. The opponent can escape only by moving in a horizontal direction any vertical movement will get them caught. Five uses per battle, only lasts 1 post and can not be used again for 1 of your posts.

Marcus lives a life that would be normal, if it wasn't the fact that his father is part of council of mages. With this fact hanging over his person, he's always been told that he'll be just like his father or his father would have learned this in a shorter time than him when he was younger. This has bothered Marcus alot, and he didn't think of anything that he could have the upper hand in. But his chance came with Lucilia, she was captured and tried for her crime. When Lucilia had made her offer and the council agreed on it, he jumped on his chance and took the offer to make the Pact. His father was against it, but he saw what Marcus was trying to do, and with much dislike but love in his heart he allowed for his son to do it. So when they had started their journey, for a time all they could do was follow a trail that kept getting colder. But finally they were able to track it to a scientist who thought that with the powers store inside the artifact he could go to different worlds and use the darkness to control them all. Marcus didn't want that to happen so him and Lucilia tried an attempt to get it back, which fail miserably. So like a evil scientist, he started his experiment but something went horribly wrong (typical really) and heartless came out and masses of darkness swallowed everyone in the castle up. Coming to Marcus saw that he ended up in a town with neon lights, but when he looked around the sqaure he didn't see Lucilia. So now he's trying to find his partner so they can get back to their on world, wherever it is.
