The gangs in the run-down city of Steelpoint are starting to lose it. Multiple raids, heavy shootouts and crime syndicates are taking over.

Police aren't around anymore, especially since the gangs killed them off. Many of these gangs who committed the homicides decided to hide the dirty work by posing as the former policemen so as not to attract too much attention from other cities and the federal authorities.

There are, however, some "good guys," to add to our story. Several groups are against the violence, but still want the spoils and riches at the end of the crimes, although some of them want to leave Steelpoint because--let's face it--war is hell. These guys control most of the riches and homes here. The "bad guys," on the other hand, will slaughter anyone who even looks at them with the slightest disrespect. They own the most firearms and they block all methods of escape from Steelpoint.

But the only people in the city aren't all gang members or assassins. There are pacifists, pedestrians and people who just want to get out of this urban hell. The "bad" gangs make sure that nobody suspects anything terrible from them, making public announcements and small press-conferences in Steelpoint. So, the neutral people in the city aren't really targets, but they're still prone to being caught in a heavy-fire riot. The majority of the neutral people don't know abut the crime syndicates and the fact that they can't leave the city. The pedestrians who do know are eventually tracked down and killed to keep the plans under control.

To clear things up, Steelpoint is a fictional city created for the purpose of the RP. It's located on the west coast of the U.S. The RP is set in the present-day. Steelpoint has a very small population and very little resources but has hundreds of old, abandoned, foreclosed buildings that haven't been demolished yet. This is the perfect battlefield.

It's every gang for itself, and every man's will to survive, and even escape, this city. It's fight or flight in this urban jungle, and it's your choice to decide who you want to be, and what gang will accept you.

Well, what's it going to be?

Are you tough enough for the heroes' crew?
Are you enough of a killer to survive the slickers?
Or are you a loner, who'll side with whoever has the most money?

About us:

We are a new, PG-13 site, and we've got a great layout and default skin. But what's unique about us is that this is a freeform RP site, which means there is no set plot, and the site kinda revolves around the miniplots for the original characters. Sometimes, the threads started by the admin will have a "Goal," or direction for the thread to go to listed in the first post. All characters have gotta be human, though.
