A large part of why we're celebrating is that Bilby is one of FM's most veteran members, having been here through thick and thin while contributing greatly to things like the Shop system, Keyblade Abilities, and numerous other vital and innovative aspects of FM's operations, not to mention all the work he does as our official Forum Adviser. Without Bilby, FM would look radically different... and not in a good way, I'd say. We all owe him a debt of gratitude for his contributions in making this place as awesome as it is.

The reason why we decided to put this up, as I had mentioned in my way too corny PM, is...basically everything Nascent said in his post. Without you, this place would look so different! D:
And so we picked this day out [randomly, to be honest] to celebrate your contributions to the forum and to tell you how much we appreciate all the stuff you've done for this site and for us.

To be honest, this feels a little lame; but I digress, the person who came up with it has not the right to say that.
They're right in saying the person who influenced this place most of all may be you, Hero, but you were only doing what you enjoy, right? It was a symbiotic relationship, this forum and you. Nevertheless, you've done a lot and now you get a collective pat on the back.
