I was thinking about something, and here it is.
Xemnas' Heartless was human looking. So it is assumed that all humanoid Nobodies have (or had) humanoid Heartless.
That being said, do you all think this was the case with the rest of Organization XIII? I mean that humanoid Heartless can't always be paired with humanoid Nobodies, since Sora's Heartless form was a Shadow.

Personally, I suspected some of the more powerful 'unique' Heartless, the bosses, might've been the Heartless of Org XII.

Incorrectamundo!
For those of us that don't remember, Xehanort's Heartless popped up as a Heartless that looked kinda like a pseudo-Grim Reaper.
Eeeugh.
Upon taking over Riku's body, though, he regained human form.
Therefore, it can be assumed the other Org people's Heartless are maybe kinda normal-ish.

And even then, his true form could've been the World of Chaos/Final Multi-stage boss.
However, there's one thing most of you are forgetting: Xehanort and Sora can't be used as examples here. They are exceptions to the rule in how they became heartless.

So what can we call the norm, chief?
