"Ah..A case of brain failure. That wouldn't have happened if you'd hooked into the community as a child like- ...Wait, I forgot. You people don't do that..." she mused as she dragged him. Her walk still had the usual bounce she'd been displaying since her arrival. She continued, the paused in the middle of town, looking around. "...Whoever made this world's database was an idiot." she stated, then giggled and turned to him..

"You aren't sleeping on the streets. From what I've researched, being on out the street doesn't heal wounds. It gives you infections and causes limbs to turn black and fall off. Inn rooms are suggested by the database....but the database has been wrong here. Which would you like to chance?" she asked, a gleam in her eyes that were shielded by her rose tinted goggle-glasses.

"Well, I wondered If I could stay with you". Haru said looking straight into Serenity's eyes, this was a rare moment. Even though Serenity had Haru's arm around her shoulder to help him walk, there was not much oppurtunity for eye contact. Yet there they were, staring at eachother, Haru's heart was beating faster and faster by the second. Haru paused, he then shut his eyes for a few seconds and went on to say.

"I mean, with you I'd be safe right? If this crazy man Is still out there, maybe It'd be best If we stick together". Said Haru, his heart beating out of his chest.

Serenity nearly cackled. "Fine fine, my room it is! I have to find it...I got it when I got here but haven't stayed in it yet. It doesn't even have any inputs!" she blabbed, starting to lead him down a street. She had a good memory. Now that he'd reminded her, she knew where the Inn was and that she'd already gotten a room. She had forgotten with all the snooping around she'd been doing.

And it seemed people on this world were against people sleeping in their ships.

Soon she was leading him into the quaint little in and to her room, all the while looking up medical procedures and other various first aid things. She sat him on the bed, stepping back to pull her helmet off, revealing more pink hair. She pulled her goggles off too, revealing her eyes were a charcoal color, and possessed no visible pupil. Only circuitry designs if one examined them closely enough.

Wispy pig-tails bobbing, she turned to the bathroom to retrieve what looks to be an ancient metal white box. Well..it seemed old and outdated to her..but she was from the most technologically advanced world in existence. Setting it on a table she opened to to look over the contents. No lasers...no cyber scalpels or medical crawlers. No reconnecting gorpheion wires...ugh.

"How bad is it?" she asked, turning to look at his arm now.

Most of the blood had dried by now but there was still a dirt filled wound. Haru pointed at the wound and said softly. "It just needs some anti-septic I'm guessing, though It'll leave a nasty scar. You're here, so I won't be decapitated in my slumber".Haru smerked slightly before realising how much it hurt, he strained gritting his teeth then fell back into the bed.

After seeing Serenity's pink hair, Haru saw that she really was as beautiful under that helmet as Haru had thought. He noticed that her pupils weren't the usual, but Haru didn't care. She was different, different Is good.

"So, where will you be sleeping? I'll sleep on the floor, I may be injured but you're still a lady". Said Haru, unable to move his arm.

"Nonsense. I don't need a bed. I don't sleep much. I'll sit in that chair over there." Serenity giggled, pouncing on the bed with the bottle of stuff he mentioned, a towel, some ointment and bandages. Oh, and a roll of tape, just in case. She carefully moved his arm away from his body and turned a way she could get best access to the wound. She tried to be as gentle as possible. Wiping as much dirt away as she could, she started to clean and disinfect the wound using the towel, watching his face almost curiously.

"Does it hurt?" she asked, tilting her head as she peered into the wound to see how deep it was. Sewing stitches seemed like it would be fun. Well, to her anyway. She'd never done something like this before. So primitive...yet hands on. It and an odd kind of interesting.

Haru became taken away, he would've asked for numbing cream or something but as his heart kept thumping and thumping, that was all the numbing he needed. He realised he was also quite tired, he hadn't shared a bed with anyone for a while. Not that he was going to now, but something about her made him want to listen to everything she said. He lulled his head to indicate that he wasn't feeling any pain, and admired the gloss of her candy pink hair. He could smell perfume, but maybe It was just his imagination.

"Thankyou, for doing this.. I mean, I havn't been near anyone for quite some time. I suppose It's my own fault, depression normally leads to isolation when I'm involved, but I suppose you're bored of my trivial blabber". Haru said while having his arm stitched back together. His eyes glazed over and a slight shade of red covered his
face while a crush grew inside him.

Stitching WAS fun. Amazing? Something about...ah, nevermind. Too gory. It was fun though, and helpful at the same time! Who'da thought. Soon she was finished stitching and applied the ointment, then started to gently wrap his wound. She listened in silence as he talked, fascinated by the primitive man's talk of emotions and feelings. She seemed to think a moment, her dark eyes flickering to him, then back to what she was doing.

"Depression? What had you depressed?" she asked, really not considering that he may not want to talk about it. Rude? Maybe..honestly she was just pretty blunt. Especially when she was intrigued and wanted to know something. At the moment, his personal matters were more important than finding something she could hack into.

Besides! Depression was pointless, right?

The girl had finished stitching up Haru's arm, this was it, this was the limit. Haru's heart couldn't be going any faster. 'I-, I can't take it any longer'. Haru looked at his arm and then glanced back at the girl sitting on the bed. Without second thought Haru dived onto the girl and before anyone knew better their faces were together, his lips on hers. They were soft, delicate...

Why...

Why did this feel, like it was meant to be. Like, this was all planned. Obviously It wasn't but Haru, felt like he'd found home. Or If not home, the start of something.

"ACK!"

Serenity's eyes went wide as she found herself on her back, her mouth held shut by his. Her arms recoiled to herself, her fingers outward, tense, and slightly formed into the shape of claws. It took her a moment. This was....a kiss. Yes. She tilted her head a little in confusion..in startlement...but half to see what would happen. Should she kiss back since it was her first? Her brain was honestly completely overloaded by this, and thus shut down on her. She'd never experienced one, but this would be defined as such a term. She also knew another term.

Rape.

RAPE!! RAAAAAPE! RAPE. Rape....

Then she calmed down, un-clawed her fingers and placed them on his shoulders. He wasn't going to rape her... Gently, she pushed him back, separating their lips. She blinked about twenty times before she spoke. "I. Thought. Your arm hurt." she said oddly, staring into his eyes, her heart about to fly out of her chest and onto his shirt. That'd be messy... Her fingers flexed on his shoulders, then she abruptly flipped him over and held him down.

"You are injured and shouldn't be moving around so much, including tackling me and kissing me out of nowhere mister...whatever your name IS! I didn't sew you up for nothing! why did you kiss me anyway? Is that a form of other world thank yous or what 'cause I'm confused and there's no input in here for me to hook in to search for a reason or something to explain what just happened other than complete random circumstances I don't know how to process in this particular moment." Her words were VERY fast as she spoke them, her eyes still wide.

As Haru lay there, realising that he'd made such a sudden move, his eyes widened and he looked upset. Tears ran from his eyes and he lay there listening to all she had to say, after all was said and done. All he could muster up was:

"I-I'm.....Sorry".

That's it, Haru... Found this girl, amazing. Heck they'd barely known eachother a full day and his feelings were this strong. Maybe this was going somewhere, but It needed time. Time was of the essence with these things, Haru then got out from under Serenity and stood up straight, his arm bandaged up he said to her:

"We don't even know eachothers names, so let's start there. My name Is Haru".

After Haru said this he flashed a polite smile at Serenity.

"A-....Are you CRYING?!" Serenity asked disbelievingly, her lips gaping as she sat on her own legs against the mattress. "It's..ok. You don't have to cry.." she blinked. This man...stumped her. Completely. She had no idea what he was going to do now. Completely unpredictable. She wasn't used to such a thing. Pulling a pigtail around to the front of her, she ran her fingers through it quickly over and over.

"I'm 162.0106012....but you can call me Serenity." she answered him, smiling impishly now. "Nice to meet you Haru."

"Nice to meet you to, now I'm tired, I don't know about you but I think I should hit the hey". Without a thought, Haru began to undress. He pushed Serenity aside as he slipped between the sheets, baring his flesh for only a second.

"So, where are you sleeping then?".

Haru said tucked under the covers, almost mumbling. There was nowhere else to sleep, but the one bed. This was pretty awkward."I can sleep on the floor If you want, I really don't mind".Said Haru, he was drifting asleep. He moved his arm and he fell out of the bed, he was out cold. Lying on the floor, the world could see him. This was awkward.

Serenity just sat there as everything unfolded. What...was wrong with him? Before she could even respond...he was naked, in bed, asleep, then out of bed on the floor.

Once more she found herself blinking like an idiot. What the hekz0rs?

Hesitantly, she leaned forward onto all fours and peeked over the side of the bed with only one eye open before both eyes flew wide. Her mouth gaped and she then pointed, to no one's benefit to herself. "T-Tiny..."

She then flopped back on the bed and coughed, rubbing her eyes before trying to figure out how to get him covered up and back on the bed. Hopping off the bed, she took the sheet off and blindly covered him, then attempted to shake and wake him.

"HEY! WAKE UP NAKED MAN!" She squealed, squishing his face. "WAKE UP."

She pulled his good arm a bit, trying to see how heavy he was and if she could get him onto the bed. She was tempted to leave him on the floor.

Haru's eyes opened to a sight. A very scared looking Serenity, Haru then looked down and saw himself... Exposed. Haru immediatley reached for the covers to cover himself and tripped again, he rubbed his head before diving back onto the bed.

"I'm sorry about that, I have a habit of sleeping heavily".

Haru then turned and positioned himself, he got comfortable before falling back to sleep. Tonight was eventful, but definetley not to be forgotten.

Everything was as it should be, kids sneaking over to Destiny Island on weekends, said kids getting scolded Sunday night for sneaking to the island on weekends; not finishing homework. Yep... this was how life should be, normal. There wasn't a need to save the world, there was no need for a big mystery. "Aaaah, I'd forgotten about all the homework I left behind, it's really catching up to me." the slight exaggerated stretch was from one Sora, whom happen to be looking up at his namesake; lost in thought.

The adventures were put to an end and he, was barely holding a C-average. Life isn't all fun and games people, commitment, education, hard work... the very principals his teacher kept trying to stick in his head. Who tells the hero of the worlds about commitment anyway? Didn't he just save the world... twice? Ploping down onto the sandy dunes, arms held behind his head for comfort; Sora wasn't too concerned with life right now. Nope, it was all about lazing the day away.

Sometimes we all just needed to keep it simple and clean...
