Though he'd had his suspicions, Kayin had been made fairly sure his target wasn't here. Numerous patrols had never revealed her again. Much less his primary target. Then out of nowhere he found her, idling about. He was fairly certain it was her. Kind of. It didn't help that his boss wasn't too specific, or one to ask questions to. So Kayin's best guess based off of feeling would have to work. Unlike his co-worker, he was willing to try and fail than do nothing.
The set time and place was in motion, right outside the train station Kayin waited for his target to appear. From there his boss would come, and their plan would begin. How exactly...well, it was a kidnapping that was supposed to go off with a hitch. Kayin could make no promises. So he sat and waited outside the train station, reading a travel pamphlet and keeping watch to signal his boss.

Darling breathe...
She needed out. It was final she had to leave this world. Twilight Town held nothing more for her. She had just crossed over what little of a line was left with her parents, but really she couldn't be more thrilled about that. Those two fools didn't know what to do with her, and frankly Domino was done putting up with their idiocy. She wasnt a bad person, she was just someone who was in control of her life. Right?
She looked down as she walked to the train station. The sound her shoes made on the stones brought a small smirk to her lips. She was going to get out of here, she could just feel it in her. If only she really knew how she was going to be leaving maybe she wouldn't be as excited as she was now. Oh the possibilities what where awaiting her in her mind. She had heard stories of the other worlds but never dared to try and leave. Until now.
The sound of her shoes on the stones stopped once she was up at the Station. Standing a ways away from it she looked at it and then back down the way she just came. "Well world, this is good bye." She mumbled to the path behind her. "Its time for me to look for the secrets I want somewhere else." Shoving her hands in her pockets she made her way to the station doors.
It was a bad habit of Domino's to look down as she walked. Maybe it was because then she normally could see pocket sand purses better. Or maybe because it made her seem more invisible to the people around her. What ever the reason maybe if she walked looking up she would have caught a glimpse of the man reading the travel pamphlet, and maybe then she might have seen him keeping a watch. But since she walked head down Domino saw nothing. Well she saw nothing except her untied shoe. "Darn shoe...way to slow me down.." she muttered as she knelt down and tied it a good 20 feet away from where Kayin was sitting.

A black cloaked figure was walking towards Kayin and the target. Far ahead of schedule, which amazed Kayin, but his discipline allowed him to just keep reading. The cloaked person ambled about, whoever they were apparently was a normal sight in this town and no one paid mind. Probably a beggar that was merely accepted.
For no reason Kayin dropped his pamphlet, while grabbing his right arm. He attempted to say something or perhaps scream, and all he managed was a bloodied gurgle, the red liquid dripping from his mouth as he hit the ground.
Across the way a beautiful blond woman had been distracting herself with the wares in a window advertisement. She was dressed casually, though she made her clothes look too bland to be fit for her. Apparently she heard Kayin's distress, what with the gurgle and thud against the ground.
"What happened? Someone get help!" She cried, dashing from her side of the street over to the fallen man's side. She looked at him then turned her head, looking for help. A young girl was the first person she'd noticed, it would have to do. "You, please help! I think he's going into shock. There isn't time to move him far." Who could resist such an honest, kind, gorgeous blue eyed face paired with a voice of goddess?

Now count to five...
"Build a tee pee, Come inside, Bring a friend. Close it tight so we can hide. Over the mountain, And around we go. Here’s my arrow, And here’s my bow!" Domino stared at her now tied shoe with pride. She didn't marvel to long, she did have to get on that train still. Upon looking up a swirl of events unfolded before her eyes. Some man had fallen and bleeding from the mouth, what a pity. And now some lady was asking her to help.
Dino choked on a laugh. This lady must be new around here or something. Because she seemed to be serious in asking her to help this man. Domino gave a sweet smile. "No." She looked at the lady, still smiling and then looked at the man for a moment. If she had more time a pick pocket might have been in order but this clearly could get ugly if she stuck around. Surely the lady's feelings would be hurt or something, or maybe Dino's cold hearted answer would be confusing. But no matter what the man was in trouble and sticking around would mean risking her own neck.
"He can get his own help lady, or even you can but I have a train to catch." With that Dino shoved her hands in in pockets and walked away from the two. She didn't feel bad about leaving them. In fact she couldn't even tell you what they looked like. To Dino it was just some unlucky man and a stupid lady who stopped to help. Dino looked up at the sky for a moment. The train was coming soon, meaning she was leaving. Removing her hands from her pockets she ruffled the back of her hair and then adjusted the goggles that rested neatly on top of her head.
After here goggled where adjusted Domino's glance was once again at the ground. She liked this feeling, maybe she was now invisible as she got closer to the Station. Maybe now she wouldn't be bothered with some man dying and some pretty lady trying to get her to help. Should have she helped? She giggled to herself for a moment because she thought for a split second about maybe helping. No. Pretty lady wouldn't give her anything but a thank you. How lame would that be? And the guy? Eh surely he would die. Oh well. Dino hopped up the stairs, never looking back to the man and then lady.

Priscilla watched the girl casually brush both her and the "dying" Kayin off. She glared back and bit her lip, however when she found the robed man was gone, a smile came to her face. "It's time. He's found her, we have a job to do."
--
The train was ready, doors open, sun setting on this once in a life time chance. Freedom for any lost or courageous spirit was within this metal box's confines. The train whistled, encouraging any stragglers to make their minds up soon. Funnily enough, there were no passengers yet.
In the train sitting on the open seat in front of the door was a music box, set to repeat. It's melody was a young child's lullaby, probably a one of kind hand made piece left behind by a careless tourist. There was a little girl dancing on the top, on each side she appeared older playing music and wearing a mask on a stage, while on the back whatever had been there was missing. In the front the keyhole was wedged full with something. Even in this state it was a marvel.
The train whistled again, and if one was close enough you could swear there was a cold chill coming from the train car.

Make a wish...
She stood in front of the train waiting to take her step in. The doors where already open and she thought she could hear a faint melody playing. A whistle. She shook herself from her little trance she had fallen into. One step. That was all it was going to take to get to where she wanted to be. One tiny little step.
A leap. That was what she took. She hopped right into the car of the train. It was almost as if every little trouble she had fell away with that leap. Her lips parted into a wide smile. This was it, she was leaving. It was...What was that? It caught her eye. The music she heard, that must be what it was coming from. A Music box.
Domino took a step closer. Was anyone here to claim it? As she thought it she glanced around. Not a soul in sight. Was someone coming for it? She heard no one, just the music...and another whistle. The train would leave soon. She took another step to where the box sat. She slowly knelt to examine it. A chill ran down her spine. But Dino payed no attention to the goose bumps on her skin. No she wanted this music box.
Her eyes grew large as she watched it and looked at it. Yes this was a find. This was going to be hers. Her finger tips tapped the seat lightly. 'Take it!' she thought to herself. No one was there, no one was coming. It was hers, the easiest steal ever. "Finders keepers!" She said as her hands snapped forward and grasped the box eagerly, her face holding that same smile she had when she got onto the train.

A final whistle came and the robed figure was behind Dino. "Excuse me." In the next moment the figure walked straight through Dino, before disappearing. As it passed, the cold chill would move straight through Dino's body. The music box which she thought was in her hands was gone.
The doors closed and the train went on its way, slowly the final light of the sun was trickling off the skyline into the water; the descent of night was imminent.

Slit your throat...
"HEY! Stop!" She stumbled up but the doors closed. "No! no no no no no!" She pounded her fist against the window. Frustrated. "They stole my music box...who where they anyways?" Frustrated and bothered she crossed her arms and flopped down into a seat.
It was such a great find and now it was stolen...from her! She was a lone and music-boxless. She blew air up at her bangs to get them out of her eyes. Her eyes seemed to be a bit wet almost like she would cry. But she wouldn't. She was frustrated but she would not cry. "I want my music box back..." She said to herself, but louder, almost as if she was saying it to the figure who had vanished. "just you wait...I'll find you...and I will get it...I always get what I want."

Only silence greeted Dino. The train rocked gently. There was no longer any sunlight, just the faint lights inside the train car that did nothing to alleviate an unforgiving atmosphere.
For some time the cloaked figure had been sitting behind Dino, ever so quietly minding their own business. Eventually she'd notice them, what with the feeling they gave off, imminent doom, an unfeeling void.

Now is not the time to cry...
Domino grumbled to herself. "I know you're there..." she said quietly. It had been a while before she admitted this but it was true. "That's my music box." You would think she would be scared. But she wants. No Dino was to mad to be scared. She stood up. Her back to the hooded figure. "You don't scare me..." her words where soft but strong.
Dino wanted her music box. She was dead set on getting it. This person...thing..whatever, it was just something getting in her way. Sure she was a bit shaken with fear on the inside. But really she was to determined to get what she wanted.
ooc: kelly - I'm gonna get what I want! hahaha...>.>

"You mean this?" A hand came up with the music box, followed by another with a matching one. "Or this one?" All at once the figure disappeared again, music boxes and all.
Somewhere unseen the little girl's singing voice came, echoing throughout the train car.

Close your eyes...
Domino growled deep in her throat. Mind games where not something she cared for, well no one did, but she hated them. "Just give me my music box!" She shouted as she clenched her fists at her side. Her nails where digging into her palms a bit but she didn't unclench them. This was more frustrating then anything she had even been through.
A girls song echoed through the train. It was a small train so the direction was easy enough to pick up. She took a few steps forward. "You think you're cleaver I bet? well, you aren't. You're STUPID. Playing games like a child..." Dino wasn't sure if she was crossing a line but she didn't care. That box was going to be hers. But was she taking this to far?

"Oh, your music box?" The robed figure reappeared in front of the connecting car's door. In one of their hands was the music box from before. "Do you know who's singing this?"
They opened the top and pressed a button inside, then closed it as the little girl's voice began. "If it's your box, you know who it is right?" Again they disappeared, only to reappear behind Dino. "It's curious really, not many people are interested in cursed items. Though not many get on trains by themselves at night, isn't that just as dangerous?"

You don't belong here...
Dino stopped in her tracks. Who did sing it? She bite her lower lip and thought. "Of course I know!....its....you know..." The person disappeared and reappeared behind her. She felt them behind her. Dino's neck hairs stood on end. "Cursed? psh. Yeah, right. Its not cursed." Was it? Oddly she couldn't help but smirk. She turned around to face the figure.
"Ok you got me, its was not mine, but I found it." She crossed her arms and puffed up a bit. "And who cares if its dangerous getting on a train alone, I'm not some little kid who needs to hold mother's hand and be told what to do." She turned to the window. "I do what I want."

"You do what you want? Indeed, children have often done that."
Silently the figure walked around Dino, seeming and looking more like a ghost. "This music box is very special. When it was first made it was intended to be a work of art, a sign of enduring music throughout the ages. It could record sound as well, and so it was prized among young singers. However, the maker would not sell it, he negotiated that he wanted only the most worthy of singers to preserve themselves. Auctions were held, bids placed, and in the end the maker refused. Still the singers wanted to use this new piece of technology, and so in secret they made a deal with the maker that they would each record themselves and the he would decide who was the best. The singers went to him one by one, and none pleased him. Some realized that the prior entrants disappeared, yet they believed their shame hid them in seclusion. The music box maker could not find the perfect voice, so when each singer failed he stole their hearts and erased their recording. Then our dear girl now, the youngest of them all, she watched her sister disappear before her ears and her heart stolen. Though the maker saw her there, she insisted she sing before her heart was taken. She sang this lament, a requiem for the ambitious souls that she and the others had been, and at after she was done she found she had stolen the heart of maker." The figure turned the music box to the back and showed the stripped area. "There used to be dial and a number here, the maker kept track of how many hearts he'd stolen. Before I broke it, there were 90 in all. Their hearts and even their souls, are within this box."
"Are you sure this is your box?" The person behind the hood smirked, this girl while sticking to her defenses, was not in the least bit bothered in this setting. Had the obvious not donned on her?
