Appearance:

Physical Features: Cookie is of a medium height. Her body is very curvy, and because of this she usually leans to one side. She has the weight of a person who modern-aged people would call ‘normal’ or ‘fit’. Cookie’s hair is black, and is a mess, and her skin tone is quite fair. Finally, Cookie has a British accent, and her voice is very clear and pleasing.

Facial Features: Cookie’s face always has lots of powder on, making it pale and concealing the few wrinkles she has. Her eyes are wide and of a curious, light blue color and they stick out amongst the features of her face. Her lips are usually laden with a lipstick of a light shade, but she doesn’t wear any other cosmetics. Cookie’s face is heart-shaped, but a little circular. And lastly, her hair is a mess.

Clothing: Cookie is very lazy with her attire. She usually will simply wear a tank top with a pair of denim shorts, but to her it doesn’t matter what color they are. She cannot be bothered to put on socks and will wear high-heels or stilettos that click as she walks.

Miscellaneous Items/Articles: Cookie has a piercing on her tongue and a tattoo on the lower to middle section of her back of a black skeleton curled up with fire around it. She also has an MP3 player which she carries around with her all the time and keeps in her short pockets.

Personality:

Resolve: All Cookie wants in life is to use her powers for something ‘useful’ and ‘meaningful’, as she believes that what she already does (refer to Abilities and History) is unimportant.

Pursuit: Cookie has no choice but to do what she does, because if she doesn’t, the spirits that gave her her powers will become angry and punish her. But besides this, she wants to use her powers for something useful.

Fears: Cookie is afraid of the wrath of the mighty spirits that threw the curse of her abilities upon her. She tries to avoid having contact with them as much as possible. Besides this, she’s afraid of many other irrational things, including: talking to rude or strange strangers, being near or coming into contact with snakes, being humiliated in front of many people, being the center of attention, and any other general negative contact with a person.

Hopes: The woman wishes to use her powers for a good, meaningful cause for mankind, before she dies.

Hobbies: Cookie usually has a lot of free time in her hands. In this free time, she will either try to find lots of information about Hearts and the Elements, or else she will draw or listen to music.

Public Personality: Cookie does not react well to strangers at all, nor people in general who she doesn’t really know that well. She is extremely paranoid in the public and will instantly become very self-conscious. It has become habitual that Cookie thinks that everyone else is analyzing her with negative thoughts. However, even though she has low self-esteem, she will still be free with her emotions to most people, these emotions usually being negative (such as frustration or anger, sorrow, etc.). She will usually be a sloth and will be negative in public.

Private Personality: In private, of course, Cookie is very different indeed. She is far more comfortable being alone rather than being with others, or being with people who she befriended in the distant past. She still will have low self-esteem, but surprisingly she will show her emotions less in private, adding to the fact that she wouldn’t be as anxious as she would in the public. She will generally show more positive attitudes toward things. Still, in private, Cookie is usually lazy and negative, as well as in the public.

Weapon Name: N/A (kunai)

Weapon Description: Cookie wields a set of steel, especially sharp kunai that can easily cut through certain surfaces. They are exceptionally light and come in sets of four. Cookie is very skilled at throwing the kunai, if her opposition lies at a far distance, and once she has run out she will summon them back to her hand. For close combat, she will place them in betwixt the fingers of her right hand and curl her hand into a fist so that they won’t fall when she fights.

Unique Notes: When Cookie wants to hide her kunai from the public, she will place them in her pocket or hold them in her hand inconspicuously as if they aren’t weapons at all.

Abilities:

Base Ability: Hearts (manipulation and examination)

Sub Abilities:
Cut – Cookie may ‘cut’ a Heart away from its possessor or from Darkness. Basically, if she comes into contact with a Heartless, she may separate the Heart from the Darkness caging the Heart; and she may separate the Heart of a living thing (this only applies to NPCs). Cookie personally named this process as Cutting or to Cut. However, since this ability is highly complex, it takes a minute or two of high concentration for Cookie to perform it.

Observe – Cookie may examine the qualities of a Heart in ways she cannot comprehend. This includes the Hearts of anything, such as the Hearts of worlds, the Hearts of people etc. All she needs is to focus on the Heart, and she will be able to see attributes such as: the balance of Light, Darkness and Nothingness, the strength or power, and memories (but only a few at a time). She can also observe her own Heart, if need be.

Shield of Diligence – Cookie may conceive a shield of the power within her Heart. This mysterious power is an element beyond that of all current knowledge about Hearts, as Cookie believes. The reason why this shield is called the Shield of Diligence is because it requires Cookie’s determination and effort to create it. It will act as a circular bubble surrounding her, and those outside of it will be unable to see within as it would be glowing with a blinding opaque radiance. Since using the shield requires a lot of Cookie’s patience and effort, things which Cookie find difficult to muster, she usually becomes frustrated after using it.

History:
As stated before, Cookie was an angel. But she was no typical angel of the heavens. In fact, the term angel was only a title given to those with power beyond all knowledge. The ‘angel’ grew up in Traverse Town, in an orphanage run by a mysterious man. Even though most of Cookie’s childhood years are already a blur for her, she still recalls the important details. Cookie never enjoyed her childhood years with the orphanage. In fact, at times, she utterly despised it, but this was only because of her monstrous emotions.

Cookie’s relations with the other children were far from friendly. During Cookie’s adolescence, these relations took on a whole new level of negativity. Cookie became hostile as a result of her raging emotions, and soon the mysterious orphanage owner had to calm her. They didn’t accept her at all and shunned her because of the way she looked and because of her general aggressive attitude that made it nearly impossible for her to befriend any of them.

Many times, Cookie would run away from the orphanage, attempting to find other people who would accept her and who would tolerate her differences, unlike the orphanage children. She also wanted to find out who her real parents were, especially her mother, as she felt deprived of a female role model in her life who she could look up to and love. She would escape from the treacherous orphanage and run down the quiet, dangerous streets of Traverse Town where nobody lurked, just so she could be alone. Whenever she escaped, she would either sob for hours or throw ear-piercing tantrums, usually both.

One day, when Cookie was walking down the street of the Second District where the canal lay, she found that the canal gate leading through an unknown tunnel was open (and usually, it never was). Especially curious, Cookie floated down the canal and ended up in a secret cave. Stunned by the drawings on the far side of the cave, and by the effect the water had on the walls, she wondered why there even was such a cave.

The second time Cookie came here, there were already others there. They were a group of adults who were just like Cookie, except there was something strange about them; they seemed calm about nearly everything which Cookie would expect a normal adult to be very concerned about, such as the wellbeing of Cookie herself and of children in general. She figured that they didn’t or couldn’t have children, but they told her otherwise. Soon, Cookie learned that these people were ghosts who were humanoid, but who had separated from their bodies and Hearts. They also spoke in an extremely fluent tongue and Cookie assumed that they were the ghosts of people who lived long ago.

Their leader said that they traveled to Traverse Town to find her and give her a gift. They also said that this was their destiny. However, several of them told Cookie that they were there to place a curse on her, and not a gift. They did so anyway before she could even attempt to stop them, and soon she had new abilities that marveled her. She decided that they weren’t any ordinary ghosts at all.

Time and time again Cookie would go to the cave and consult the people for advice on life. One day, she asked them what they thought she should do next, and they told her that she should ‘help people who meddled with the affairs of other worlds in order for the greater good to be unleashed’. It was then that they announced that they would leave Traverse Town to go to a place ‘beyond all knowledge available to these planets’.

When Cookie came of age and decided to leave the town, however, the orphanage owner stopped her and asked her to marry him. Appalled, she tried to leave yet again, but he still managed to stop her and blackmailed her, saying that he would harm her if she didn’t marry him. She remembered the ghosts and used her powers to analyze his Heart in order to find his weak spots, and was very surprised to find that he was a Heart. She used a set of kunai given to her by the ghosts and used them to destroy him. Upon destroying the Heart, she knew that the children of the orphanage would have no owner, so she found a trustworthy old woman to take his place.
So, Cookie left Traverse Town before anyone could become suspicious of her after the so-called ‘murder’. She sought out a way to use her powers to benefit worlds, and to use them for a great cause.

The profile looks good, but there's one note I'd like to make. With the weapons being called back to her when they're thrown, make sure this is only done once all the weapons have left her posession. If it is only when they have all been thrown, and not whenever she chooses, it should be fine.
