Appearance: A girl with dark-brown, nearly black, midlong hair, about 5'2" tall, of rather slender build. Her eyes are a mix of grey and purple, a delicate balance. They seem often to sparkle with a mischievous excitement.

Black hairband with white outlining. A black jacket, with a black tanktop underneath. The tanktop is adorned with a white flower emblem. Brown shorts, with black cloth underneath; presumably spandex. Long, black boots that reach to the knees, almost, with little ribbons at the cuffs.

Personality: A girl whose ego is matched only by her incredible talent. A girl who performs well at anything she puts her heart to. Fun-loving and cheerful, she's easy to get along with - that's probably for the best, too.

Weapon Name: Fuuma Shuriken

Weapon Description: A large, quad-pointed shuriken of unusual size. Its larger than usual size allows it to be used as a fencing weapon, while it retains the shuriken quality of being a throwing weapon.

Unique Notes: Whenever thrown, the Fuuma Shuriken is able to find a path back to its user... Always. Yuffie's uncanny skill with the weapon makes her be able to throw it at an angle that always ensures the weapon's return path. Otherwise, she can just summon it back. Hey, sometimes you're a ninja, sometimes you're practical.

Weapon Name: Wutai Shuriken

Weapon Description: Tiny, quad-pointed shuriken with a hole in their center. Though they deal far less damage than the Wind-Blade Shuriken, they're only used for Greased Lightning anyway.

Unique Notes: Everyone knows a ninja has an infinite number of these on their person. ~ Quoth the Bilby

Abilities:

Base Ability: Shuriken-jutsu; Honed skills of the Wutai school. Unique abilities mastered by Yuffie alone. Allows her great expertise of her weapons.

Sub Abilities:

Greased Lightning: Yuffie rapidly throws a number of quick Wutai Shuriken at a target. The Shuriken are coated with a yellow aura that allows them to bypass any supernatural barriers or abilities that attempt to halt them, but they can be blocked by purely physical means. A good choice for quick and dependable damage.

Bloodfest: Yuffie generates a clone of her Fuuma Shuriken, which is encased in a purple colored aura. The purple aura only propells the Shuriken, and does not in any way impede its attack power. The cloned weapon bolts around the field at high speed, homing into enemies with every pass. If deflected, it'll simply fly towards the next target. Bloodfest lasts for five turns before disappearing.

Gauntlet: Yuffie encoats her Fuuma Shuriken with a green aura. Like the purple aura of Bloodfest, the green aura only propells and does not impede its attack. The Gauntlet attack makes the Shuriken generate three replicates of itself, while spinning around Yuffie several times at close range. The three replicates spin all at different "corners", ensuring a full cover of Yuffie's person, but they do not necessarily replicate the altitude changings of the original or any of the other replicates.
As can be assumed from implication, this move causes damage to all that are foolish enough to cut themselves on the spinning shuriken, and may cause damage to or repel any incoming projectiles or objects.

Base Ability: Ninjutsu; Honed skills of the Wutai school. Great abilities to complement Yuffie's Shuriken-jutsu, and to just kick arse all around the battlefield. You'll be providing the arse.

Doom of the Living: Yuffie improves on her Shuriken-jutsu! Doom of the Living is automatically implied to any Shuriken-jutsu ability, unless Yuffie specifically opts not to use this ability. The aura accompanying a Shuriken-jutsu attack will now have the added property of generating an explosion anytime the shuriken is deflected by an object or opponent - to disallow any counters after the deflecting, to keep its flight path and momentum regardless of an opponent's attempts to send it off course, or to cause force damage to things it cannot slash through. If a clean hit occurs, Doom of the Living still activates - in this case, the explosion adds extra damage, as the explosion occurs within the cut created by the Shuriken.

Landscaper:

[/i] Yuffie strikes the ground with her fist, sending a shockwave of power through the ground - this is actually rather visible. For as long as Yuffie holds her fist to the ground, this shockwave travels in a forward direction to whatever target Yuffie is aiming for. Once Yuffie lifts her fist, there is an upward burst of power and rocks wherever the shockwave of power's tip is at the moment of fist-lifting. The damage from this attack can be mitigated by jumping into the air, but unless one can fly, the damage Landscaper inflicts can be avoided only by getting out of its way.

Clear Tranquil:[/i] Yuffie summons a haze of blue, temporarily encompassing each person present in the area with a blue bubble. This lasts for a moment so brief it hardly affects any ongoing movements, but from the moment the bubbles burst, any effect bestowed on all characters is immediately canceled. (invisibility, poison, enhanced strength, the works) This ability does not cancel out natural or passive abilities, such as Hercules' inhuman strength, but it would return, say, Sora to normal when he's in Drive Form. Clear Tranquil affects all on the field, irregardless of their alignment to Yuffie, and has an effective range of 50 meters. Yuffie can only use Clear Tranquil once every 3 turns, but may continue to use other Abilities within Clear Tranquil's cool down time.

Ah, Yuffie Kisaragi. The great ninja from Radiant Garden. In a world parallel to hers, Yuffie fought the Shinra company, saved the world, travelled the earths for materia.

Well, that's not this Yuffie, though. There's actually fairly little known of Yuffie of Radiant Garden. Though undoubtedly still a great Ninja, her connection to Wutai seems less apparent. While she retains her great fighting prowess, she no longer lusts after the shine of materia.

Radiant Garden Yuffie lived life as she knew it, exploiting her multitude of talents to perform many a job. Whether teaching children, or reporting the news, or working part-time in a shop, Yuffie had and has many talents. Though one day, darkness befell her home world and she was cast to a town called Traverse Town.

There, Yuffie met up with Aerith, Cid and Squall, three other Radiant Gardeners who had suffer'd the same fate she had. They met a young boy called Sora, who had a promising future as a Hero of the Keyblade.

Yuffie did her best supporting the boy, while altogether looking for a way to return her world to normal. And one day, it happened. The Radiant Garden became free again, and soon enough the young girl moved back there, where she continued to do her best at... Chasing her dreams, apparently.

She still helps out Sora whenever he swings by, and prowls the city under the name of the Radiant Garden Restoration Committee. At times, she's out to draft people into working with or for them. At other times, she's impressing young kids, performing small theatrics for them or teaching them about basic things. And, at much other times, Yuffie even prowls the Heartless, slaying them as she sees them.

The Ninja girl leads a very active life.

Okey Dokey, you are the first in a long line of profiles I have to grade. So let's see...

The only real problem I have is the second sub of your character, Bloodfest or whatever. I would need you to limit its time on the field to four turns, and give it a three post cooldown till it can be used. A technique like that gets really irratating really fast, which goes along with Yuffie's character now that I think about it. lol

Oh and can you give me a better explanation of what your third sub actually does? Yeah it covers Yuffie's person, but is it a shield or something? What's its effectiveness and limitations?

I'm hurt. You talk as if you expected me to use the same move in countless consecution! ... Yeah, I put it that way because other profiles seemed to get accepted when they had the same property. (continuous damage over turns with no cooldown time)

Third sub? Uh, ever played Kingdom Hearts 2? It's what Yuffie does when she makes the Shuriken whirl around her. (albeit powered up a bit by doubling the amount of spinning shuriken)
She uses it in the first few seconds here, immediately.

Its effectiveness is that it repels people that are close to her, and I guess it can also deflect large objects (or at least attempt to destroy them). Its limitation is that it circles her at close proximity so its really only useful when surrounded or the target's close.

Well for now I can't do anything about your second sub since that is a blatant fact, which I will bring up soon since some of those attacks are rather unfair to be kept around for that long. I'll trust you to use it well I guess.

Aside from that, put its effectiveness and limitation you just told me into the description of your third sub. Obviously not verbatim, but you know what I mean. Also don't assume I'm going to know every single attack each character uses in KH2. I never really cared to pay attention to, Yuffie since she was around for like a minute and then poofed off to , whateverland. I don't really take the time to notice detail, which is why I hate art galleries, but that's a story for another time.

Anyway, when that's fixed I'll let you go.

Calm down, mate. You take my comment a bit too far. I meant nothing as in, "Gee, if you've played KH2 you should know it", but meant it to say it's the action she uses in those games.
That's mostly what I played at. I write things and, later, when I think of something that substitutes, I just write new lines rather than write over the old ones.

So relax, mate. And uh, it already says in the third sub that they fly around her at close range, and I guess it's implied that if giant shuriken whirl around someone it's going to hurt you badly if you get near, or could cut and slice up things that get thrown at her. I'm... Going to append it to it regardless when I return from school, but yeah.
