"Listen. I like to keep my past a secret... I can't say it's the worst, butit's pretty damn painful to even think about. Dante rubbed the back of his head and walked forward, keeping his eyes away from Mora's. His hand was flexing. He could just feel Madam waiting... but then the feeling of her not being there was also occuring inside. This was aggrivating him to the highest degree.
Dante began to think about his family... his homeworld andh is neighboors and all of his friends. He once thought that they were all gone and then found out that nobody even recognized him. That person... when he had the choice to become either one... why did he give it up? He could've become a Nobody or a Heartless... anything would be better than to be stuck choosing one for the rest of your life.

Mora seethed. She didn't enjoy being out of the loop, and she certainly didn't want to be tagging around with smoeone who looks like they're liable to snap at any second.
But she could hardly blame him, if his past was half as bad as he made it sound.
"...alright. I can respect that." Mora gave in in that respect. "Just none of this coffee junk, okay?"

"Alright... If anything happens, it's normal, K. At least for me." Dante sighed as he stopped rubbing his head. He looked up at the great Manor and then his hand became stiff, like rock. It wasn't Madam's work, it was his doing. He could feel the immense amount of darkness that made this place reak. Whatever was in there, he didn't like the scent or aura it gave off.
He clenched his hand into a fist and walked on letting nothing hold him back from what he was going to find out.

Hmm.... Mora gave serious consideration towards turning around. Dante's obviously not at his best...
"You want to pull a U-turn?" she asked nonchalantly, in the hopes that Dante wouldn't take the question as an insult. "We could always, I dunno, come back when you're up for it."

"No... It's alright. Lets keep going. Dante wasn't going to have Mora ruin his chance now. If he didn't do this right now, Madam would run away and he would never find her again. If Mora wanted to leave, then that was fine with him. All he cared about was Madam and his answers.
Dante came up to the doors of the Manor staring at them, yet not able to touch the handles to open them. He wanted to walk through the demonic threshold, but he was hesitant. Was this really where Madam was? Was it where the Heartless were hiding? Whatever it was, he had to find out, no matter what the circumstance.

Harumph.
Being out of the loop ain't fun. But if he says he's okay...
Throwing caution to the wind, Mora jogged after him toward the mansion entrance. She couldn't help but wonder about what might lie within...
...or what might not. Mora frowned.

Dante quickly jolted towards the handle and pushed the doors open, walking in with an annoyed look smeared across his face. It looked somewhat like Madam's Manor, but something wasn't right. Dante searched around, walking into a room and finding books of all kind. He remembered what he actually came here for in the first place and turned around to Mora. "So, where is it you need to go? I think I can navigate..."

"I... uh..." Mora stopped abruptly, mentally checking over her notes. After breifly looking upwards during this thinking period, (at nothing in particular,) Mora shrugged. "...huh. Guess I don't know."
Smiling sheepishly, she continued, "All I know is that the guy--" if you could see it in the faded light, you might notice a slight blush-- "used to hang around a big place he wasn't supposed to in this world.
"Kinda fits the bill, wouldn't you say?" Mora asked as she threw her arms up pointedly at the expansive entrance room/hall/place.

"Sure. I could say that." Dante was scratching his chin, thinking of a way that he could drive out someone if they were in here. Calling once more for Madam, Dante closed his eyes, speaking mentally. Hey, Madam! Did you hear me the last time!? Are you here!? No answer was given from the other side. The young warrior sighed, opening his eyes again to the faint light that shone through some of the holes in the ceiling and through the doorway.
"So, where do you wana start looking? We could check the many rooms down here, or go upstairs and look around. It's your call, Mora." Something still agitated the Ex-Apprentice. Nothing like this had ever happened before, but castles were always different in a sense.

Shrugging, Mora replied, "Doesn't matter to me. But if I had to choose... I would start with checking the rooms down here first. That many holes upstairs kinda worries me."

"Hm... Well, lets start, shall we?" Turning back around, the young warrior began to check the other rooms, opening each door and searching the interior for any signs of life other than spiders. From what he had checked, the place was lifeless. Still, he had to check every room, no matter how small or big. He had to find the source of the immense darkness.
He stopped, thinking of a question to ask Mora, because this silence didn't help the agitation. "How about we ask each other questions," Dante proposed, continuing after a short while. "Someone asks one person a question and if they answer it, they get a chance to ask a question?" Continuing with checking the rooms, the warrior started to speak again, his voice echoeing through the silence. "I'll start. This guy, the one you're talking about, what's your connection with him? Boyfriend, Husband, Friend, Crush, Rival...?" Dante kept listing possibilities. The only thing that would stop him would be the answer from Mora.

He... and... buh-whaaaa?
WHAM went Mora's hand against Dante's shoulder. "HUSBAND?! Hell no! Do I look that old to you?!" Todd?! Yeah, right! "Just a guy I know, okay?" Mora raised an eyebrow at the question.
"What makes you think that?"

"ACK!" Dante yelped as Mora's hand landed on Dante's shoulder. Damn that girl can hit! He began rubbing his shoulder as he answered her qeustion. "Well, damn. You never know! For pete's sake. Alright, anyways, your turn. Damn." Seriously, what was her problem? He was just stating what could have been true. It didn't matter though. The girl was weird as it was. Looking through another door, he kept watch for another hand, making sure that he wouldn't be hit again by the hand of death.

"Hmm...." Mora thought as she continued the look around the place with Dante. "I dunno..."
She snapped her fingers. "Okay! Here's one: what's your homeworld?"

Dante nodded at the question. There was no need to think about this one, for the answer had been embedded into his head. "Destiny Islands. Well... What about you?" The warrior tried to open a door, but it was locked. Dante, being the person he was, didn't enjoy being locked out, so, with a forceful kick, he busted the door open. In this room, there were books.
Cases of them were on each wall and some were even strewn across the room. Nothing to see here, unless Mora wanted to check.
